Consumer Complaint: I am very upset with this issue. I sent a letter to the Creditors and Collections agency regarding inaccurate accounts on my report. It is now 45 days and I have not received a repsonse. I did my research and I am for sure that they have 30 days to reply back and they have not. I know that failure to respond is grounds for immediate removal.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a claim last year in reference to my Santander loan. But wasnt given any solid information. Santander consumer is known for charging unnecessary fees and preying on their consumers with outrages APRs. I had my car for over 5 years and the balance never changed from {$17000.00} ( XX/XX/XXXX ) until XX/XX/XXXX and it finally moved to {$16000.00}. They are trying to show that I was late XXXX times, when I WASNT. I do not owe over {$15000.00} after having the car for YEARS!

How? it's reporting incomplete, inaccurate, misleading and multiple inaccuracies. therefore it's in violation of section 609 & 611 of frca. It's unverifiable. Delete now!!!. Consumer Complaint: I had a loan through Santander Consumer USA. After about a year and a half my vehicle was repo 'd and I had no way to pay off the remainder of the balance. I was already involved in a lawsuit against Santander Consumer USA regarding them purposely giving out loans to people on terms that they knew they could not pay back. I was advised that once settled ( which it was ) I would receive a check ( I got {$480.00} ) as well as removal of the repo and account from my credit report. I have disputed the report now twice and twice now Santander has retaliated and reopened the report tanking my credit score by over 100 points. This is not fair, this company fraudulently was caught and now they are continuing to make my life hard instead of just moving on. They lost the $ XXXX suit and are still badgering me when I have moved on.

Consumer Complaint: the company is santander consumer USA. the interest rate that was on the vehicle before repossession was 18 % even though i had good credit at the time. i know i had good credit because i had one late payment on my credit report at the time, in XX/XX/2019 or around that time whenever i got the vehicle. i have reported this company to the department of justice state attorney general 's office of north carolina where i reside. during the pandemic i was struggling to make payments because of the high interest rate. there was no way i was going to keep paying over XXXX dollars a month for the vehicle.
