The XXXX Credit Bureaus are reporting inaccurate information on CHRYSLER CAPITAL ; this is in violation of the FDICs Uniform Credit Retail Credit Classification and Account Management Policy. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be deleted. Evaluate this reporting by making a revision of the information provided. Modify and perform any corrections or withdraw this from my personal file.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. This account ( SANTANDER with account number XXXX ) is inaccurately and erroneously reporting. Their intentional and willful furnishing of inaccurate information is a violation of FCRA Section 623 and according to FCRA Section 611. I have done many attempts to reach out to XXXX and XXXX Credit Bureaus but they failed to give me any results or feedbacks about this concern, and where is the proof of payment history for this account? Please investigate properly and remove it from my personal credit file. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I financed my car with Santander Consumer USA in XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX. I paid roughly {$15000.00} for it. After 2.5 years into the loan my payoff is {$14000.00}. I called for a payoff last year during this same time and it is still the same amount this time this year. Ive only been credited about {$900.00} into the principal after completing 27 payments. My interest rate is 27 %. So far Ive invested almost {$13000.00} into paying for my car and havent been credited {$1000.00} towards my loan.

To this day, I have not receive a single letter or email verifying that Ive been making these payments. They have not provided me a single account or case number associated with said debt. Ive made numerous calls in attempt for explanation as to why I am still receiving debt collector calls and I have not received a single form of communication from these so called debt collectors.
