Consumer Complaint: I got a loan for my car with Santander consumer on XX/XX/XXXX and authorize them to run a credit report on that day, all paperwork and account information was done and I got the loan, the day after that XX/XX/XXXX I have another hard inquiry from Santander and I did not authorized that one and I don't see why they would check my credit again for no reason. I called them and explain and they referred me to the 3 credit bureaus so I called them and they told me that this is coming from Santander and they needed to provide a deletion letter so the credit bureaus can remove that from my credit report, I circled back with Santander and this time they told me that they don't offer those letters and that there was nothing they could do and that if I wanted I could create a fraud report so an investigation can be done and that can be removed from my credit, so here I am, hopefully this can be resolved, once I get the letter or the report of fraud I can send that to the credit bureaus so they can remove that from my report.

Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon! I purchased XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I was young and bought the the car with no paystubs or anything. Dealership falsified documents to be approved with Santandor. Santandor has XXXX dollar lawsuit that I qualified for but the car was totaled and therefore forfeits the lawsuit. The car was at 16 % interest rate. The car was totaled in XXXX and was paid by my car insurance and the remaining amount was paid by XXXX insurance. Santandar is still reporting a remaining amount due which is completely false. I have tried everything to get this resolved and taken off my credit report XXXX and XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Its been 2 and a half years trying to get a new car or even a car at that under my name XXXX XXXX Ive never been able to get a vehicle I wanted my credit was always an issue and I never knew why until this year XXXX when I was searching for another vehicle I would think my credit was pretty good by now since Ive paid off majority of my bills and debt. Went to XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX ( where Ive leased vehicles before ) and never had an issue getting the vehicle but this time in particular my credit mustve been ran 6 times I do not know why! So now my credit has gone down a lot and still not in a vehicle I get a call from XXXX XXXX stating that no one will finance me due to having XXXX vehicles under my name! The car in question was a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which has since been sold of in an auction. I begin to investigate calling both XXXX ( my policy holder ) and Chrysler Capital but No one seemed to know what I was asking for it was the XXXX XXXX letter Chrysler was supposed to send to me when the car was paid off by my insurance XXXX. I had totaled the XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX was paid off in XX/XX/XXXX but still not removed from my credit report I have always wondered why my interests and XXXX was always soo high my credit had been ruined due to the high amount I was paying for cards and other types of things. As of now I have called a total of XXXX calls to Chrysler and XXXX calls to XXXX I was forced to get a vehicle cause i needed one to take my XXXX boys to school as I am a single father and now I am paying XXXX a month for a car i didnt really want. Ive been hung up on transferred to different departments and just lied to saying I would receive an email and letter from Chrysler Stating that the loan was paid off. I was transferred to an executive whom did not want to give me their name which baffles me all that the executive said was it will be off by tomorrow fast forward another 4 days and 10 calls later still have no answer and no emails stating they sent out the email with the lien satisfaction letter. I need this to work I am mentally tired and stressed and I cant take much more of this. please help me settle this issue. Its very unprofessional of way I am being treated by a company I was paying a loan on. Again its been 2.5 years and no one seems to know what happened. I also can attach all the calls I have documented and informed about my issue with no resolution

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I was offered a settlement offer since my loan was past the expiration date. A {$3000.00} dollar ( USD ) settlement offer was sent. I made a {$1500.00} payment on XX/XX/2022, and I made a second ( 2nd ) payment of {$1500.00} on XX/XX/2022. I am continually getting calls from Chrysler Capital ( 4-5 calls a day ). Some representatives have spoken that I would have a charged off balance and I could possibly see negative credit reporting due to not fulfilling the settlement agreement. I have requested from multiple representatives a zero balance letter since they have agreed that the balance has been paid in full on the settlement offer. I feel their behavior violates the UDAAP as well as the Fair Debt Collections Act.

Consumer Complaint: For starters I didnt see what I had signed until I took the XXXX XXXX I was given instead of paper contracts. I was promised a 14 % interest rate which ended up being 19 % on a $ XXXX vehicle. I was told if I didnt get an extended warranty the bank would not finance me. Much to my surprise when I finally printed the contracts there it was in bold letters, No need to get extended warranty to get financed? Lies and more lies. Ive paid $ XXXX in XXXX yrs. and only XXXX has gone down. Hows this even possible? Theyre Predators! And now Ive been asking them to come and pick up the vehicle and they refuse.
