Consumer Complaint: I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the reporting practices of LVNV to third-party credit bureaus. Upon reviewing my credit reports, I have identified discrepancies in the information provided by LVNV across different bureaus, particularly on XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. On my XXXX report, there is an indication of a past due amount of {$4600.00}, whereas both XXXX and XXXX reflect that the account in question has been paid off, with no outstanding balance. Such inconsistencies raise serious concerns about the accuracy and Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the debt associated with this account has been transferred to a third-party debt collector. As a result, it has been charged off and is now considered a certificate of indebtedness, constituting income. According to applicable regulations, such discharged debt should not be reported, as it may lead to inaccurate representations of my financial standing. In conclusion per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization I consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbal and nonverbal per 15 USC 6802. 16 CFR 313 OPT OUT

Consumer Complaint: I am expressing my serious concerns regarding the unauthorized access to my personal information and the reporting of information to credit bureaus by your XXXX XXXX and LVNV Funding Collection. After a thorough examination, I am not aware of any contractual relationship or agreement that would authorize these agencies to handle my personal information or report any details about my financial obligations. I understand these companies may be engaged in debt collection activities ; however, it is imperative to emphasize that the absence of a contractual relationship between me and you raises questions about the legality and validity of their actions. As a consumer, I have not entered into any agreement or contract with either agency that permits the collection of my data or authorizes the reporting of such information to credit reporting agencies. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), consumers have the right to accurate and fair credit reporting, and any information reported must be substantiated and legally permissible. Consumer Complaint: Please note that a mere summary of the account or a statement indicating that the debt is valid without supporting documentation is not considered sufficient validation. On XX/XX/2023 I specifically and precisely requested the following documents. 1. The original contract with the original creditor with my picture and my signature 2. The complete and unredacted purchase agreement showing when this alleged debt was purchased and how this alleged debt is somehow tied to me 3. Any and all payment history regarding this alleged debt. I received a response from a totally different company called Resurgent Capital Services whom I also have no affiliation with. On XX/XX/2023 Resurgent Capital Services uploaded 94 pages of documents and not one page of these documents bares my signature as requested nor my photo id which I also requested. I also requested the purchase agreement from the company reporting to my credit report. I have It is obvious that this account that is being reported by Lvnv funding is being reported inaccurately. I dispute the validity of this debt and, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I am formally requesting that you provide me with the necessary documentation to validate, not merely verify, the legitimacy of this debt. I understand that the difference between validation and verification is significant in ensuring the accuracy of the information being collected. Verification merely confirms the existence of a debt without providing sufficient evidence of its authenticity. On the other hand, validation requires the presentation of detailed information that confirms the debt is accurate and legitimately owed by me. Being that the company reporting which in this case LVNV funding as well as Resurgent Capital Services are not able to provide me with the requested documents then these items are to be removed immediately and permanently. Please note that a mere summary of the account or a statement indicating that the debt is valid without supporting documentation is not considered sufficient validation.
