Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 it was brought to my attention that the back office of PNC Bank had closed down my newly formed home equity line of credit, approximately one week after its initial formation. They then substituted my loan for an alternative product without my consent that changed my rate to variable vs fixed as initially agreed fully two points higher than the product initially issued. The branch staff were unable to determine how this happened and immediately escalated the issue to three higher level banking officials within their organization and no response has been received to date.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, PNC bank asked me to open their rewards Visa credit card. They told me if I open account and spend XXXX $ in the first three months ( which I did ) I will receive XXXX $ bonus. After I opened account with them and spend XXXX $ - the bonus they advertised was withhold, and after I called and reminded them - they decided to close the account instead of paying the opening account bonus under some " Unacceptable activity on other PNC account '' .When I asked what activity I did that considered unacceptable to PNC bank - they refused to answer. I am US citizen, have legal US job and never was or have performed any illegal activities. They have mistaken me for someone else most likely. Not only the didn't pay the bonus, they also stole XXXX $ in rewards on the account. Fortieth as it says. Any effort to dispute the decision with customer service resulted in the same answer - because PNC bank closed the account the XXXX $ is forfeited and would not be paid to me. Please help me to get my promised money back and stop them on this scam/fraud with advertising bonuses and not paying it to customers.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, initiated settlement on a equity loan account ( House in lien for this account was foreclosed on XXXX ) with PNC Bank thru PNC loss and mitigation ( LM ). As of XX/XX/XXXX, all application and documents were filed. It was confirmed by LM and confirmed that the account will be stopped and closed. As of XX/XX/XXXX, settlement offer was received from PNC. All payment was made as of XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX, received official letter from bank on receipt of payment and settlement in full with bank ( document available ). However, on my credit report from all three credit bureaus were showing as from XXXX XXXX to XXXX. XXXX as " Late Payment '' and from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX as " Charge Off ''. I tried first to talk to bank on this wrong credit report, but they would just keep transferring me to different departments, not willing to work with me. Then, I filed dispute this first thru XXXX and XXXX corrected all these incorrect information after reviewing my dispute and filed documents. Afterwards, I filed dispute with XXXX, but XXXX agent is saying even though all information is clearly showing it was incorrect, they need to keep it because that is what the bank says it is. I haven't received any results from XXXX, yet.

Consumer Complaint: This is for pnc bank. They claimed to give me a equity line of credit. It was a credit swap. They said XXXX XXXX you can get {$35000.00} to fix my house. I signed the promise to pay being young and XXXX. For that signature they got {$35000.00} from my trust ( cestique act trust of 1666 ) then when I signed the final document they got another {$35000.00}. I am confused. We have a book from federal reserve called money modern mechanics page two states banks can not lend money. Hmmm. Banks take promises to pay and exchange them for credits. Basic booking entries. Proof Daley vs bank of montgomery 1969. Daley argued the bank must put something up of value and they did not. Do you think a regular person can interpret a Morgage contract? No. You needed to provide a book called XXXX XXXX XXXX to interpret. They did not. This contract is void and refunded plus damages based on fraud and lying in contract. I have a certified public accountant under oath saying all bank loans are fraudulent. Banks have the borrower pay morgage insurance which they get paid again. Then if someone can not pay the credit swap which you call a morgage then they steal the house and sell it again. I also have a affadavid that all debts are prepaid signed by court official. It states clearly will represent all morgages. This is backed by the federal government 100 percent penny by penny. I filed the paperwork with government. They billed my bond every month and asked me for another payment trust fraud and illegal. I am willing to look past this for a full refund plus damages to be paid in federal reserve notes what you call money. I am not a U.S. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXt XXXX. I am a U.S. XXXX XXXX. I have rights a U.S. XXXX does not. The remedy will be my {$35000.00} for the credit swap what you called a loan plus damages. If we can not come to a remedy I will place lean on ceo surety bond, have you audited to see the books all called arbitration also willing to go to court. Your fraudulent system fraud is exposed. You already had a certified letter sent to pnc corporate office addresses to the ceo.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 PNC bank charged my Savings account with a {$3.00} activity fee, I contacted Customer Service and was told it was due to XXXX transactions and the fee was refunded. The next day I received another {$3.00} fee ; On XX/XX/23 I received another {$3.00} fee and contacted customer service by Chat and then via telephone ; the first agent told me I received the fee because I deposited money into the account?? and some other transactions. After XXXX minutes of debate the agent got help and came back with yet another answer. At the end of the day I had never had this fee previously, when it happened the first time I contacted PNC to find out why and how I could prevent it in the future. I was given incorrect/ incomplete information the and so it happened again this month - when I called back I again got incorrect information. At this point I understand why it happened and can prevent it in the future but PNC owes me {$6.00} for providing incorrect information that led to the fees and an apology for wasting so much of my time. The icing on the cake is that if I want to talk to a manager I have to wait XXXX business days for them to call. This is terrible service, PNC should train their associates and take better care of loyal customers.
