Consumer Complaint: PNC Reference : XXXX In email of XX/XX/2020 I instructed PNC Bank ( " PNC '' ) to close three accounts in my name. However, PNC refuses to close the account and charges fees for no service whilst maintaing these accounts active against my instructions. I have advise PNC of the following in writing ; 1. Issue: Struggling to pay mortgage
Subissue:
Consumer Complaint: I called PNC to see if they can help with a 90 day mortgage forbearance and they would not help. They said they do not offer the option to extend those three payment to the end of your loan. They expect a full three month payment at the end of the forbearance period. I said that does not help anyone. They said it is all they can do under the current Covid-19 pandemic. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: Every month XXXX XXXX calls and harassers us and lies to try and get us to make payments stating our payment is late when the payment is not even due, he called about 3 times a day and it very aggressive and nasty. He called and spoke to me and was so nasty i hung up then he called my husband claiming we owe {$700.00} my husband told him we don't owe anything but a couple late fees and our monthly payment which is not even due yet. When my husband caught him in his lie he changed the subject and said he wanted the payment anyway. We explain we caught up on our payments and we were on time he refused to listen and get very angary and aggressive. My husband told him to stop calling us and he said no he would be calling every day 4 times a day. My husband told him if he wanted payment for late fees that is what he should says because customer service told us that the payment of the late fees were put on the back of the loan as long as we kept making our monthly payments.
