Consumer Complaint: The Covid Economic Impact Payment prepaid debit card was issued to me and I used the information to find an ATM machine in which to access the money " without paying a fee ''. See attached screen shot. The website stated the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VA was such a location. The machine is labeled " PNC Bank ''. The first withdrawal was no fee. The second withdrawal I was charged a {$2.00} fee. The fee needs to be returned by either PNC Bank or other applicable party. I would not have used that machine if I had known I would be charged a fee.
