Consumer Complaint: Am in the process of stopping the use of the account due to pncs ineptitude. Forgot to switch one of my accounts and funds went over, I transfer from my other and account and they said it was complete but the funds did not appear in my pnc account. I went to pnc to physically transfer money from accounts. They had no issue charging me a fee to withdraw money from my other bank, but would not allow me to deposit money in my pnc account. I went to the inside atm and the same issue, you can not deposit cash. They will probably, again, charge me a overdraft, but this is the issue, I can not deposit money into my account, so I can not logical see how one is supposed to deposit money. Some people work during the 2 hrs the bank is open during the day. When they block the only option to actually deposit money that is very predatory. Not to mention the blockage of linking accounts and transferring money with third parties. They dont want to spend money on real security so they block customer access. Shameful

I have been using XXXX with PNC for a year and having my purchases through PNC rounded up to the next dollar and that difference invested in my XXXX account.
