Consumer Complaint: During XXXX of XXXX {$65000.00} disappeared from my account. I talk to the representatives on several occasions, but they could not find out about the account. The representative that open my account was no longer there. I was a XXXX and I had a donation that was given to my Church. However, my Mother passed away, and some how the individuals that she took care of in her home ( XXXX XXXX ) was confused and considered as family members. After several times going to the bank, they stated that they had been threaten ; therefore it was necessary to go to the corporate office. Hence, I called the corporate office and told them about the incident, and that each time I go to the bank, I was being followed, with the bank representatives feeling the same. The corporate office stated that they would do an investigation, however, I have not heard or received my funds that were donated to my Church at the time. I have lost my Church and the money. Additionally, my funds were being diverted to someone else in the bank which is the same family that stole my funds. I would pay my electric bill with my stipend check while in graduate school, and each time my bill would not be paid and the money would disappear. The attorney general placed a watch group over my XXXX XXXX XXXX and they stated that each time that I would pay my electric bill, the payment would disappear. My bank account was with PNC ; therefore I suffered living with no electric and experiencing detriment to my health. I continued depositing my check, when I would receive my stipend, because I did not know what was going on. However, one of the bank tellers would not deposit my check, and I could not understand why ; and found that when I cashed my check ( I put the money on a card ) and paid my bills with cash, the money was not stolen. Consumer Complaint: So half way thru my vacation last week Pnc bank decided they didnt want to business with me no reason and closed my account before that they put a hold on my account and didnt notify me and me and my XXXX children got embarrassed at XXXX XXXX and we had to wait so my brother could come pay our bill and know its been two weeks and they still have not given me XXXX XXXX dollars thats in my account me and my kids are sleeping in my car borrowing money for hotels and these people have no sympathy for position they have put me in and I have talked to several people since then even this morning and they have to mail a check which they should have done last week instead they mailed me six letters telling me my account is closed they refuse to give my money at a local branch even tho the branch is XXXX XXXX and no one is the banking system has communication anything or put anything that I called several time I have constantly made them aware of my situation I have XXXX XXXX in my crypto account and I need XXXX for the processing fee and they are about to make me loose out on this opportunity to better me and my children life the are about to give my account to someone who can afford it as part of the program I sign up for help me please we will be homeless by tomorrow

Consumer Complaint: I began my loan process on or about XX/XX/20 with PNC financial. They have repeatedly lost paperwork or delayed the underwriting process. Loan went towards closing on XX/XX/20 with the loan processor. I have had my mortgage insurance certificate delayed due to errors on their end 3 times as my loan was to be closed 2 weeks ago with a closing date of XXXX per my XXXX contract. PNC has charged me multiple times over what was originally quoted without explanation. I was given a quote of {$9500.00} for closing costs that included all taxes and fees but duplicate charges I had previously paid. In bringing this to their attention they removed the fees but then added an additional {$2400.00} to bring my new total to {$10000.00} to close. I gave a 30 day notice at my current residence that expires in 2 weeks, have no alternative housing, unable to hire movers or plan the next phase of my move. I have reached out multiple times to the individuals and their supervisor and have received only vague responses that essentially kicked the can to the next person. They are still unable to provide me with a closing date as of the time of this complaint with my file being sent again to underwriting. They held my file for so long that I neared the expiration date for my paperwork that was originally submitted.
