Consumer Complaint: PNC will NOT allow electronic transferring of money. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to remove money from their accounts. They limit the amount to XXXX per day and XXXX per month. They lie saying it is a security risk. It is not.
I am NOT eligible for grants because PNC will not accept electronic handshakes. See attached image ... this is a grant I qualify for but can not get because of PNC bank 's greed in not allowing online transactions.

Consumer Complaint: Continuously blocking my debit card, my PNC visa credit card and now will not allow my bank account to connect to XXXX XXXX. I have tried making SEVERAL purchases! On different site. I have called at least 5 times to have the problem resolved. I tell them I want purchases to go through. They say they reset everything and it should work and it keeps happening. This is my account and cards. I have proven my identity multuple times!!! What is the point in having an account if they refuse to allow you to use your money and block purchases!!
