Consumer Complaint: I have my account connected with lender so I can receive funds if account low. This keeps me from incurring overdraft fees. Pnc bank is not allowing me to connect account ; therefore, I have been charged overdraft fees totaling over {$100.00} which would have not occurred if company was allowed to connect and deposit funds. I also contacted PNC to get account credit for overdraft fees and they could not credit my account back.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, my husband and I visited the PNC Bank branch in XXXX XXXX, NJ to close on a home equity loan. The purpose of the loan was to refinance my 1st mortgage with XXXX XXXX, along with a small home equity loan currently with PNC. After the closing, we were advised that the right of recession would expire on Friday, XX/XX/2020 and that two loans will be paid in full within one to two business days and the net proceeds would be disbursed to me. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, both loans which were subject to refinance are still active, including the home equity with PNC. Additionally, the net proceeds have not been disbursed. I left a voice mail for the loan manager on XX/XX/XXXX which went without a response. This morning, I contacted the branch at which the closing took place, and it is closed.
Given that I am out of alternatives, and now the new loan and the existing loans are concurrently accruing interest, I was left with no choice but to ask for your assistance.
