Consumer Complaint: We took possession of our current residence in XXXX of 2011. Since moving in, we have received account notices and debt collection notices for the previous owner from PNC bank. We have put the letters back in the mail marked return to sender, we have contacted PNC bank, they just make more work for us. There seems to be no way to tell them to stop sending his mail here... and there seems to be no consequences for them continuing to send us his mail.

Consumer Complaint: I was subject of a " bait and switch '' by PNC Bank Mortgage Specialist XXXX XXXX. Specifically, I was promised a rate by XXXX XXXX which I locked, they pulled credit on, I moved money to a PNC account, etc. In a later email, the PNC Bank Mortgage Specialist XXXX XXXX confirmed I was locked on the rate I wanted. Shortly before closing however, I was told this rate was no longer available. I believe I was intentionally misled by PNC to start a mortgage process based on a rate which was never actually " real '', as they hoped I would go through the process anyway. This hurt my credit score, cost me time, and cost me interest on money I borrowed to move to my PNC account ( which was necessary to get the rate I was originally promised.

Consumer Complaint: We were informed by BBVA ( now PNC Bank ) that our mortgage loan would mature on XX/XX/XXXX, per a letter from the bank dated XX/XX/XXXX. To our surprise the amount due on XX/XX/XXXX was not our required last payment of XXXX, but we were informed that it was XXXX. We paid the XXXX in fear of foreclosure on XX/XX/XXXX. We have requested an explanation or payment record supporting the XXXX discrepancy from BBVA on XX/XX/XXXX and PNC Bank on XX/XX/XXXX. While we did receive a request for more information from PNC Bank which we provided on XX/XX/XXXX, we have yet to receive any information to support the balance we feel we were forced to pay.

Consumer Complaint: Dear sir/ madam, I am writing this on a problem I am encoutering with my account in pnc bank XXXX I opened my account with XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX. Recently I received email noticing that my PNC account is in low cash mode. I did not make any agreements or opening accounts with PNC, and they just started charging me some random fees after they acquired XXXX XXXX. I have called the customer service to check what happened. The agent told me he had refunded me and solved it to prevent further fees. However, i am still being charged this month. I went to a branch today and the lady told me she can not do nothing about it. The fees are not reasonable without any early notifications and ridiculous even after the agent claimed this would not happen again.

Subissue: Transaction was not authorized
Consumer Complaint: Hello Everyone, I am an international student at XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I want to bring up an incident that happened to me last month. On XXXX XX/XX/2022, a fraudulent money withdrawal transaction was done from my PNC Bank Account. The cash withdrawal slip made the withdrawal. At that time, I wasn't in XXXX ; I was in XXXX, Minnesota. There are no PNC Banks in Minnesota. The debit card was with me all the time when I was there. The day before the fraud, {$900.00} was deposited into my bank account. When I got the notification of the withdrawal, I immediately called customer support ; The representative told me that the signature on the withdrawal slip didn't match the signature associated with the account. And she also said that there is a policy in PNC that before taking out withdrawal, at least two ID verification proof is needed. The customer support asked me to wait for at least 1.5 months to 3 months. After returning to XXXX, I visited the bank for help ; the manager said that she couldn't do anything and asked me to wait for the period that customer support told me. Right now, I am only left with {$260.00} in my account, and my loan amount will not come to me until XX/XX/2022. I did a police complaint today, i.e., XXXX XX/XX/2022, about the same, and reported to the bank ; the manager again asked me to wait for the time frame and said we couldn't do anything for the complaint. Also, she told me that the affidavit was sent to my mailbox, and I didn't respond, so they closed the incident. However, I have never received any testimony. The incident number for my case is XXXX. And today on XXXX XX/XX/2022, again a fraud transaction was done by someone to pay a discover card payment of {$1700.00}. I also reported a police complaint about the same today i.e. XXXX XX/XX/2022. I don't know what is happening with my account. I am a student and this is my loan amount. Right now the current balance of my account is- {$1400.00}. I am really very stressed by this. I am not able to concentrate on my studies also as almost {$2700.00} is not a small amount for me. I have to pay my bills and I have to get groceries to eat food. Please help me with the same.
