Consumer Complaint: My account was closed without my consent, during a dispute and several charges are on my account and sent to collections. I called customer and was told my pay check was returned to my employer without email notification or letter via mail. I called customer and was referred to collections. I reached out to consumer relations several times and my call has not be returned. I tried to open another account and theres an inquiry on my credit report and my application was denied.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a dispute for 3 transactions. 1 unauthorized the other paid by another method. The third one I was advised it could not be disputed because it was past 60 days. Recently the unauthorized transaction was as denied ; reason it is past 60 days and the other there was no reason given. When I called the bank they referred me back to the merchant. I asked to speak with a supervisor, called and emailed consumer relations for assistance several times I have not received a reply or call back. Its been 4 weeks. Ive given them enough time to resolve the problem with my checking account. Since then it was closed in the middle of a dispute with no notification or correspondence. The only notification I received was asking if I made changes to my XXXX profile.

Consumer Complaint: i used my pnc bank debit card to make a purchase for XXXX at XXXX. the item i purchased stopped working about a week later. i went back to the store with my receipt and tried to return or exchange it. the store refused and said no returns on open electronics but the policy online says i have 30 days to return an item for an exchange or refund. i contacted pnc bank and was told i was protected for damaged or defective items as long as i can provide proof of purchase and date of purchase. so i filed a dispute and was told that it would take 45 to 90 days for a resolution and within ten days i would be issued a provisional credit pending the outcome of the review i called this morning to check on the status of my case and was told it was denied but refused a reason as to why. i was never able to provide documentation as to my side of the case. i feel that these actions violated my financial due process rights under XXXX XXXX laws and demand an inquiry of this matter and a reversal of this decision

Consumer Complaint: On the XXXX of XXXX, I went to the XXXX gas station On XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX and tried to withdraw XXXX, from a PNC BANK ATM using my bluebird card. I then realized I had to move my money out of my savings account to my checking first. So I canceled the transition. Using my cell phone, I moved the money out of savings into my checking account put the card back in the atm ask for the XXXX an waited! ( Nothing came out ) so I reopen my XXXX app looked in my checking account to find the money was gone then looked back at the atm to see a statement saying Temporary out of service I took a picture and then called XXXX a investigating was started Hi XXXX XXXX, We have concluded our investigation of the following dispute : Transaction Details Case Number XXXX Amount {XXXX Merchant ( XXXX ) PNC BANK We have completed our review and have determined that no credit is due. The transaction will remain on your account because : The ATM provider confirmed the funds were dispensed for the amount requested ; there is no error found in the amount of {$XXXX}. XXXX part After submitting my complaint with pnc bank by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau they investigated and found fault on their side and did a chargeback. I then contact bluebird to reopen the dispute and gave them the information and document that show i was to be issued back my XXXX. XXXX sent me a letter saying pnc didn't return the money that have completed their review and have determined that no credit is due. The transaction will remain on your account because : The ATM provider confirmed the funds were dispensed for the amount requested.

Consumer Complaint: I will enclose a breakdown of all payments which I have made and have supplied copies to PNC Bank. I have called this company almost every week sense XX/XX/2021. All I get is another agent wanting to go over the complete reason for calling and after a hour or more I get nothing. I have sent of XXXX letters trying to get a response and even sent a letter to the CEO again with no response. I have all but hired an attorney but that will be the next action I will have to take. I requested how I could get my pink slip once the loan is paid and got no answer. The last conversation I had was yet another agent which basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I want everyone to know what PNC Bank is about and to stay far away. I will provide my last letter and an XXXX breakdown showing all payments and balance as of XXXX. I have provided XXXX attachments to provide proof that what I have paid.

Consumer Complaint: On about XXXX XXXX, I applied my credit for a personal loan through PNC bank. On XXXX XXXX I called PNC via telephone and spoke with a spokesperson whom told me that I was DENIED a personal loan for whatever reason. She also stated that I will be receiving a letter on why I was denied MY OWN CREDIT!! ! As a consumer and according to the USC LAWS, I am allowed to have multiple loans out without it being held against me. Mind you, I already applied for XXXX loans before and was APPROVED! Why all of a sudden, this time I get denied? According to the USC laws 12 1431, banks are borrowers and can never deny me of anything! Pnc has broken numerous of USC LAWS. I am also going to attach the laws that PNC has broken and I will be filing a complaint with the XXXX. A copy of this letter will also be given to the attorney general.

Consumer Complaint: My account closure was PNC bank occurred by my request in XXXX, 2021. I had a mortgage with Compass, which became BBVA, which then became PNC. I refinanced the mortgage with another bank. I called to close the remaining checking account. After XXXX phone calls and multiple emails, and over 2 hours of my time, I have not received the funds. A representative explained that one check was sent to the wrong address, where I had never lived. My address has not changed since these accounts were opened. On XX/XX/XXXX, a representative stated the check would be re-issued. On XX/XX/XXXX, they stated the check had not been sent. They asked me again to confirm my new address but I explain my address has not changed since the mortgage was issued about six years ago. They stated somebody would call me to confirm my address that day but I have yet to receive a call.
