Consumer Complaint: The concerns you had available, do not fall into my complaint. You should have had an other category. Anyway my complaint is against the policies of PNC Bank. The Feds have increased interest rates several times. PNC has increased interest rates on loans, mortgages, etc. However, savings customers have not received any raises at all from them. Around XX/XX/2022, I spoke to a teller at my local branch about the interest rates, and he gave me a telephone number to callXXXX. I called about XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and a rude woman informed me that PNC doesn't ever have to raise interest rates ; nor do they have any plans to do so. This is outrageous and should not be allowed. XXXX folks depend on interest rates to help pay for meds and other basic needs. Money is provided to a banking institution for their use and investors should be treated fairly, not be ignored or financially abused.

Consumer Complaint: The mortage thru PNC Bank in question was on a home we sold thru a realty listing XXXX XXXX, was paid in full thru a closing attorney, and we have all documents showing so. Approximately a month ago started receiving notices that our home owners insurance had lapsed, and PNC would be adding Insurance to the property. Contacted PNC, they showed a balance due of {$30000.00}, so it went downhill from there. Nobody has an explanation, after several phone calls including with managers, say they will get back with me. They claim they are working on it. In the meantime, I have received notices of {$4000.00} owed to the most recent of {$7000.00} owed. I have received calls from their collection department as well as they have turned info over to credit bureau. The closing attorney has been in contact with PNC and at this point to no avail. The story is much longer than this, bottom line is we do not own this property as it was sold, mortage loan paid in full, I have all documents proving so. Tired of being harassed.

Payments from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX were reported as not made, even though I had XXXX and XXXX XXXX issues that I informed PNC of XXXX The reporting is preventing my credit from being high enough to rent a home. I paid off the card, so the account and months are not delinquent and should not show delinquency. I called again XX/XX/XXXX and PNC told me that they were attempting to collect a debt before allowing me to speak further. I have no debt with PNC. PNC told me that they were not able to reverse the reporting and told me to file a complaint.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, a debit card was declined during a transaction. I checked the bank app and saw a list of unauthorized withdrawls from an unknown person citing it as a XXXX account. After speaking with XXXX, these were not transactions through their system, this was someone posing as a XXXX transaction. I called my bank and opened a dispute immediately. A total of {$2900.00} was withdrawn from my account and my balance was overdraft by XXXX dollars. I was told a new debit card would be provided. As of this writing I have not received it yet, likely due to Monday 's bank holiday. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call on my cell phone from someone pretending to be with my bank 's fraud division and started to openly speak with him as I thought he was calling about the recent incident. He was telling me about new transactions against my account and confirming if I made them while I looked online and saw no issues with the account. I got suspicious and asked for information. He told me he could walk me through getting a refund if I went on my app. At this point I told him I would need a number to call him back and he hung up. I believe these incidents must be related. I have also filed a police report and put fraud alert on credit reports. My bank did not flag a succession of incremental withdrawals and said they can take up to 10 days to replenish my account.

On XX/XX/XXXX got a call from PNC about the transaction as possible fraud. also spoke to the bank they advise if the merchant did not collect it will fall of. On XX/XX/XXXX the transaction posted to the account I filed a dispute that no services was exchange merchant did not get money and I am out of money. Callback the next day agent advises at PNC that the previous agent did it wrong. Contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to see if they can possibly credit it back because that would be faster. on XXXX and XXXX spoke to PNC was told document sent out why I cant receive digitally is beyond me. Agent advised information I should send in I send email to dispute for pnc on XXXX. On XXXX message pnc they said the issue is escalated and some will contact me in 24 hours. It is now XXXX no calls I have call everyday. Im going back between outlaw bailbonds who claims PNC rejected the credit and PNC not responding so I don't know whats going on because no one returns my calls and I am out of {$500.00} with no return call or care in the world

Consumer Complaint: I have reason to believe and do believe PNC Bank has been involved in many crimes against me and my property. They have committed securities fraud at least 3 times sending me fraudulent and different copies of a promissory note and deed of trust in the mail, they have committed mail and securities fraud, violated the Fair Debt Collections act, have refused to validate any debt exists, reporting false information to the credit bureaus that is also private information that they were not authorized to release, violation of RESPA charging fees not allowed as they were standard fees to be considered part of interest, violations of Tila and Reg Z. There violation of UCC 3-501 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( i ), UCC 3-501 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( ii ), UCC 3-501 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( iii ), Utah code 57-1-38 ( 3 ) . They are not Holder in Due Course of the note, they are in violation of public law 73-10, title 31 5118, title 18 XXXX. I have tried to resolve this with them administratively and they have refused and acquiesced. They have received registered mail numerous times since at least XX/XX/XXXX.

They sent a letter back saying they found the charges to be legit. I didnt make this transaction of {$2000.00}. This charge was made through XXXX who also refused to refund the money stolen.
