Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I was sent an email from Paypal , Inc. Stating that my account had been limited and I was no longer able to use their services or hold an account with them. They made the claim that I was " Selling XXXX oriented Content '' Yet I have not used the account to sell anything in years, and when I did it was never anything of a XXXX nature. Looking at my transaction history shows I haven't sold anything to anyone, I have only recieved money from family, the same two people who have been sending me money for years. Paypal in making this false claim against me has frozen all the money I have to my name for 6 months wrongfully and had made a massive inconvienience on my life. I have attempted to contact Paypal , Inc. And they refused to do anything to resolve the issue or provide me with any further information.

Consumer Complaint: The transaction was done at XXXX on XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Texas I deposited cash {$460.00} on my PayPal cash card account at XXXX business center I got a receipt of cash deposit with reference my PayPay cash card last 4 digits of my pay pal master card number this is a routine transaction that I have done before and usually money is in the account in 10 minutes but this time when there is a pandemic going on in money so tight it doesn't go through and PayPal says that you don't know where the money went XXXX says you have to call the card issue or we did our job so I didn't do anything wrong I followed the proper channel offered by PayPal that works all the time and didn't break any rules or any guidelines any fine print I have receipt for it and they don't want to even acknowledge it

Consumer Complaint: I have been contacted -- called directly, my sister has been called, and I have been getting physical mail -- by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CO, XXXX They state that I owe {$8400.00} from PayPal debt. I have contact PayPal directly and have confirmed that I owe no such debt, and they have advised me not to give any information to this collections company as it is likely a scam. I couldn't get the company I " owed '' the debt to over the phone from XXXX XXXX unless I gave them my information, but that is what is listed on the letters I am being sent. The main person calling is XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX but the number has been changing since I continue to block their calls, previous numbers are : ( XXXX ) XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX ) and she refuses to release any information to me about this debt unless I give her my Full name, date of birth, and last four of social security number. When I refuse I am sent to a " manager '' who yells that they already have all my information and need to verify that it is me, asking me to comply and give them the information they need. At one point they said in order to verify they needed to call me back to " set up a secure line. '' At this point I hung up and have been blocking their calls but they are rather relentless, and it is now harassment. They have called my sister asking for this information as well -- I am unsure how they got this information. The first call was on XX/XX/2021 and have been consistent since then to present. Recently I have now been getting letters from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding this debt as well.
