Consumer Complaint: I had $ XXXX deposited into my account by the us government which were my 1st 2 stimulus checks ... .i didnt have a debit card so i transferred XXXX to my sister-in-law to withdraw so i could pay my rent. XXXX immediately put a hold on that transfer so my sister-in-law refunded it and we tried again. Same result. Except now paypal froze my account. Now im being told i have to wait 180 days for money the united states government acreditted me for EMERGENCY FUNDING due to the covid pandemic. Due to paypals stunt i am now homeless, penniless, and carless. I dont want to wait 180 days for my money when i have done nothing wrong. I want to be able to use my money immediately

I contacted venmo to see if they could get my money back and today, XX/XX/XXXX I heard back from them saying that it was denied and I was not getting my {$1000.00} back.

Consumer Complaint: I applied and received a PPP loan through XXXX ( paypal ) of {$20000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I've applied for the loan forgivenss through them two times. Once in XX/XX/XXXX and Again on XX/XX/XXXX. Every time I call to follow up or login to check the status the system doesn't work. Then they don't answer. My security questions won't work. Then when I call to rectify the problem they put me on hold or transfer me from person to person causing me to be on the phone for long wait times averaging about 45 minutes per call. Then they can't answer simple questions as to when i can expect an answer from the XXXX. They tell me to complete new forms. In XX/XX/XXXX I submitted the XXXX XXXX Form. Then this XXXX they told me to fill out the XXXX Form. They can't provide me the exact dates of when the forms were submitted. I have confirmation and receipts and they refuse to email me copies. They seem to intentionally give me the run around and won't give me answers as to when i can expect a response. They told me today that the beginning of this year that the XXXX stopped taking applications. But yet they said to fill out the form in XXXX. Also why wasn't my original request in reviwed in XXXX of XXXX? The attachement has all the pertinent loan information.

Consumer Complaint: I made a complaint earlier this month about an account I have gotten closed that wasn't under my name, and I completely understand why that is. But now, I have opened an account under my name and information, and after I submitted my correct Passport to the PayPal account, it got permanently shut down the next morning. Consumer Complaint: Hi, I opened a PayPal account on XXXX XX/XX/2021, and had my account limited, upon the registration, and according to the message that I saw on my PayPal dashboard, was that it was limited for fraudulent reasons, and I believe there's a huge mistake somewhere. I registered a business account with the right details, and also included my National ID number, which is : Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ID : XXXX PayPal Email Account : XXXX I've never used PayPal business account before, though I have a PayPal Personal account, which is : Name : XXXX XXXX Email : XXXX And I didn't see the reason why my PayPal business account was limited. I was asked to submit an ID ( Identification Detail ) in order to lift my account, in which I submitted my national ID as a form of PDF. Then after some hours, I received a shocking message from PayPal that i can not use PayPal any longer. I'm still very shocked and depressed, because I didn't see any reason at all for this. If there was a reason, PayPal would've let me know or should let me know. I can't wait after 180 days according to the message that I received from PayPal. I am a merchant, affiliate marketer, blogger, and a XXXX. I really need a business PayPal account for receiving payments online. I do use XXXX, but I prefer PayPal to XXXX. Later they limited ( I could not withdraw, send or receive funds ) my account for a period of 180 days which ended on XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX at XXXX pm CAT I was sent an email that stated that I could withdraw my funds unfortunately, I am still unable to withdraw my funds.
