Consumer Complaint: All asked for info provided. Delay in response at another point, they found attorney third party with said office near my home as requested, turns out never had one at all. When asking Bar Assoc about location of said attorney, # was given to me and info spoke about. Attorney stated she never heard of firm representing me or myself. Office environment was asked for, being scammed by attorney in XXXX for 6 years caused for need of not being Pro Se, complicated case needing help, joined XXXX, a few years be a member, the time and amount of contacted attorney to move fwd in my quiet title, securitization audit, payment history after XXXX XXXX payment was needed to be picked up has a lack of Relationship Manager, with scheduled appointments with certified HUD council XXXX XXXX involved since XX/XX/20, recorded conversions are being written by staff member to show negligence on their end. The servicer has merged with another and interrogatories are being asked to be answered after a attorney for investor offered, I excepted via phone only, due to interrogatories was recommended to have council but to no avail. XXXX seems to have conflict of interest with banks.

Consumer Complaint: I fell behind on my mortgage payments about 52 days. I called my personal relationship manager at ocwen loan servicing because I was concerned. She informed me that ocwen would accept payments as long that they were made before 89 days. I still had 37 days to work with. A few days later I called my relationship manager to ask her a question and at that time she said you only have 2 days to make a payment. just 2 days ago I still had 37 days before ocwen would not accept a payment. I could not believe what I was hearing and I could not make the full payment then. I could make the payment in 5 days not 2days. I sent a complaint letter to the research department for ocwen Some time later they wrote back saying your relationship manager did say she was sorry. They did not even address the timeline mistake for payments. They ignored all that was talked about between me and my manager about the timeline for payment, nothing. I was so upset. Sometime passed and I Applied for a repayment plan. Ocwen approved it so I had to e-sign and transfer a down payment to them within a certain timeline. I completed what they asked for before deadline. Then on the day of the deadline I called ocwen to check in with them and they told me that repayment plan was canceled because of nonpayment. Again I could not believe what I was hearing! I sent them proof of payment and some time passed and they realized they lost the money. Meanwhile the mortgage payments are accumulating. During this time my mortgage was moving from ocwen to phh mortgage. Today Friday XX/XX/XXXX, I was denied a mortgage payment modification. Ocwen and or phh mortgage owe me a fair mortgage rate for what I have been going through with them!!

Consumer Complaint: I sent in a complaint yesterday, and last night received an email from PHH regarding my account. The first email addressed bogus lates reported by PHH for XXXX XXXX XXXX, now I see that they also reported me late in XXXX. Here is my email to them today. I am responding to an email received XX/XX/XXXX from you, PHH. You stated that PHH did not make any error in reporting my XXXX & XXXX payments as late and accessing a late fee and or derogatory make on my credit report. I have reported you to CFPB, as you are wrong. You stated that if a payment is received after the XXXX of the month a late fee of {$94.00} will be charged. XXXX payment was paid in full as follows XX/XX/XXXX {$700.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$700.00} XXXX {$700.00} XXXX {$450.00} WELL BEFORE THE XXXX OR THE XXXX!!!! PHH just doesn't know how to credit payments correctly. Instead PHH puts them in suspense!! XXXX payment was also paid in full by the XXXX which is a friday, the XXXX fell on a Saturday and the next business day was a holiday/XXXX XXXX and many financial institutions were closed. So it appears PHH may not have processed my payment until the XXXX, which is not my problem, since I gave you the money on the XXXX! PHH is a nightmare and needs to stop harassing customers.

Consumer Complaint: We paid off a mortgage loan with PHH Mortgage in early XX/XX/2019 but they refused to confirm that payoff to our new prospective lender for almost 60 days during which time they reported our loan payments as delinquent. They have since acknowledged that error and claimed they instructed the credit bureaus to revise our history to eliminate the delinquency. Our issue is a simple one. It is now 90 days since PHH Mortgage promised to fix their error and yet the credit bureaus still report our fraudulent delinquency. PLEASE tell us what we need to do to finally provide a remedy for this illegal activity on the part f PHH Mortgage.

Issue: Applying for a mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2020, I was advised I qualify for a refinance my loan. I spoke with XXXX XXXX and he went over the numbers with me. He advised me that I would need to pay for my own appraisal which I was like hmmm only if I am approved he advised I was and it was ok. He also advised that I can put the amount on my credit card basically and pay it back because once it goes through I wont have a mortgage payment for 45 days. I then took his advise. My loan went on through the process and the processer then advised me that because of my student loans I did not qualify. She then advised me that she will submit the request for a refund. I called her back the next week and she then said she would again submit the request to her manager. I called her the following week no answer and I spoke with someone and they advise they will transfer me and still no answer. I emailed her and she block my email from getting though. Please help with this issue.

Consumer Complaint: I break down my monthly mortgage payment into 4 weekly amount to satisfy the monthly requirement by the XXXX monthly. PHH does not apply my payments as they are received, they put them into a suspense status or apply the amount to the principal. I have written to them several times in addition to calling them regarding the correct posting of my payments. It doesn't help. I am disputing 2 late charges with them again for XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX payments. PHH reported me late on XX/XX/XXXX. All final funds due ( {$1100.00} ) were paid by Monday XX/XX/XXXX, which was the next business day as the XXXX fell on a Sunday. Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX, my mortgage was transferred form Ocwen Loan Servicing to PHH Mortgage Services. Since my account has been transferred to PHH there has been gross negligence with the processing of my monthly payments. I have made a total of nine ( 9 ) payments from that date to PHH. However, there has been a lot of confusion and back and forth with PHH locating and posting my payment in a timely manner. Upon reviewing my credit report from all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, I found that PHH has been incorrectly reporting most of my monthly payment amounts and balances. I have given them every opportunity to investigate this matter and correct their wrong doings, but they continue to report to the credit bureaus that the information they reported is accurate. I made two ( 2 ) online payments from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX for {$810.00}, but the actual payment amount reported for XX/XX/XXXX on my XXXX report is missing the amount I actually paid ( {$810.00} ), and they reported the same balance amount of ( {$100000.00} ) for both the months of XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. Subsequently this error has caused the majority of my monthly balances to be reported incorrectly to XXXX, and potentially other credit bureaus. The information on my XXXX report shows that PHH reported and updated incorrect information to the credit bureaus despite the balance and payment information on my updated monthly mortgage statements. These statements show the correct dates that my payments were received versus the untimely dates that they used to apply my payments. Secondly PHH has carelessly misplaced my XX/XX/XXXX payment, and after days of going back and forth with them they found my payment that was received on XX/XX/XXXX, but was not applied to my account until XX/XX/XXXX. I was assured by the Escalation Manager, ( XXXX XXXX ) that my credit would not be adversely affected, because it was their error. Also my XX/XX/XXXX payment was received in a timely manner, but my payment was somehow lost or returned, and after a lot of back and forth I was assured by the Escalation Manager, ( XXXX ) that my credit would not be adversely affected, because it was their error. After all was said and done a stop payment was put on that XXXX payment, and new payment was sent out to PHH, and received and applied to my account on XX/XX/XXXX. In addition to the harm that PHH has already caused my credit, they continue to report inaccurate information. My payment information on my XXXX report states my actual payment reported for XX/XX/XXXX, was {$1700.00}. This is incorrect, because one ( 1 ) payment for {$880.00} was made to my account in XX/XX/XXXX, and it was received on XXXX and applied on XX/XX/XXXX. PHH has been reporting wrong information that has adversely affected my credit and any services that I have currently and previously applied for. Also services that I currently receive that were under review for renewal or increases were unfairly or unfavorably impacted. I have worked hard to have my credit in good standing and they have managed to destroy that single handed. It is egregious and predatory for PHH to believe that they can continue to cause harm and not be held accountable for their wrongdoings.

Consumer Complaint: After being approved for a modification on XX/XX/XXXX i attempted to make a payment online. I received a message stating unable to process online payment at this time. I received no confirmation number or email Since my payment was due i made a payment via XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the payment I attempted to make online was deducted from my checking account. When i called PHH mortgage i was informed there were issues with the website and or the wording of they payment denial issues. I asked for a refund i was informed they would have to mail me a check they were unable to refund to the how they payment was issued they could not say when but they would try to speed up the process I was refused the opportunity to speak to a manager. PHH mortgage advised they receive many calls about this issue I was denied a contact number for there corporate office and could only be provided a mailing address or fax
