Consumer Complaint: I received an alert on my credit report that I had a delinquent account. We I looked to see what it was I found that Nelnet loan services reported the delinquency. I contacted Nelnet by phone and also went online and immediately paid the bill. I explained to the person I spoke with that I was under the impression the loans were deferred due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The lady asked if I was active duty military or in school at the time which I stated NO. She then said there was nothing she could do for me. I stated that I had not received a voice mail or email regarding this. Of course, she stated that they attempted to call but I had never received a voicemail. I believe this should be wiped from my record due to a misunderstanding with all the COVID related info coming out and confusion this is causing. I would appreciate any help with resolving this matter as I was just following the federal governments information being distributed to everyone and I immediately took care of the situation upon discovery.

Consumer Complaint: Around XXXX XXXX, 2020, Nelnet made programming changes that caused Nelnet borrowers with older browsers/computers to be cut off from their account data. The Nelnet homepage works fine. The dialog boxes used to login by providing user name and password work fine. But once logged in, the XXXX XXXX XXXX is not presented with their " dashboard '' as previously was the case for many years, but is instead presented with only a blank screen and two buttons : HELP and LOGOUT. Browser XXXX XXXX. This browser can not be upgraded on my computer. This browser works for all other websites.

However, Great Lakes Educational Loan Services Inc. acted as the servicer and debt collector for this alleged loan. They have violated countless federal laws by collecting, attempting to collect an alleged debt and illegally sharing transaction details of a federally protected consumer with several other uninvolved parties and without my prior written consent. Consumer Complaint: My account was transferred to this new agency and at the time I received my new balance the balance was thousands of dollars more than what it c was worth the previous agency. Covid indicated there were to be no interest in the loans but this DID NOT take place IT WAS ADDED. I asked the agency why it was so high and they blamed it on the previous agency I need a breakdown of the last year balances and any fees and /or interest to state where all these fees came from. I need them to be removed as per the law states due to the pandemic there were to be XXXX INTEREST!!!!. Great lakes is the agency it's with now

I have one account with Nelnet that has reported my account as " current '' one month, then on month later, reports as " 90 days late '', then reports as " 120 days late '' the following month before reporting as current again durning the following 4th mont ( Current - 90 Days Late - 120 Days Late - Current ). This has happend on three separate occasions : - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX When I log into my account, the latest account information dates back to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Attached ). When I call to get information that dates back further, I am told that it is not available, which makes it impossible for THEM to furnish this inoformation to others. I have asked for a correction with through mail, email, calls to representatives who can not make changes even at the supervisory level which is the highest level you can get to in a call. LASTLY, this ONE account reports as 15 different accounts. Which means I now have 75+ negative incorrect reports from a Nelnet which can not provide information/proof explaining how I can I can go from " current '' to " 90 Days Late '' from one month to the other.
