Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I received a notification from Navy Federal Credit Union that a XXXX transfer in the amount of {$500.00} was made and approved to a XXXX XXXX account. I immediately went into NFCU to let them know of the notification and that it was not me. I have never used XXXX and would not know how. NFCU said that a secondary cell phone number had been added to my account by a hacker and that it had an out of state area code. They also said that they were aware of the massive XXXX fraud occurring within their banking system. I did not ask to have XXXX and I was not given an opportunity to opt out of this third party service. I have also never used my debit card in an ATM machine. They did an investigation and said they would not refund my {$500.00} and they concluded through their sham of investigation that is was me and they would not be refunding my stolen money. The XXXX XXXX was easy to follow in that I have never made a transaction hike this and am a XXXX XXXX XXXX widow with low IT skills. They made me feel like a liar and a criminal which I am neither. Please help me so others in my demographic are safe.

Consumer Complaint: I called Navy Federal on XXXXXX/XX/2023 and advised the representative that I still have my card, however, there were some charges that I do not incur. They credited my account back the same day. On XX/XX/2023 they made the adjustment. This is the second time Navy Federal Credit Union has failed me as a consumer. I have been a member with them for years. Whomever in the dispute department did not do their part to investigate my matter and this is really frustrating when you work hard and put all your XXXX owned money in the bank. The amount totaled {$890.00}. I spoke to the rep and the rep advised that the XXXX team does not give any reason why all I can do is appeal the decision. I would like this to be investigated along with Navy Federal XXXX team to see what measures they are taking to make sure their members do not experience what I have.

Consumer Complaint: I have been with the company for years and my direct deposit has been with them for almost a decade. They closed my account and could not give a solid reason as to why they closed it. I have spoken with multiple reps who said I would need to reapply in order to open the card back up. It should have never been closed since I was making the required payments. It also appears in my dashboard for online banking. I noticed the accounts interest increased even though the account is closed. I should not pay an increased interest rate when the account was closed prior to the increase.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 After a consultation an being DENIED opening a busines checking account while being a personal account holder, I was forwarded to speak with solicitors concerning a debt. As a Natural Man, I reserved my unalienable rights and gave no authorization to make any payments as the account was closed and the agent became hostile. I noticed the next day that {$2600.00} was stolen out of my account, without authorization, without notice. I called to seek remedy and to make them aware that this action caused me harm, i was told that nothing would be done and after requesting a Supervisor, the agent let off petty retorts before sending me to voicemail. I am a XXXX Veteran and this organization has been causing me enough harm with their persistent automated calls and unprofessional phone calls after i specifically stated I did not want to receive calls and only consent to emails and letters through the USPS earlier this year. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Navy Federal took {$1500.00} from my checking account which is a joint account with my husband and took {$830.00} from another checking account in spite of this auto loan # XXXX, being in dispute. This auto loan was in dispute since XX/XX/2022. Navy Federal 's response was that the account was validated but according to federal law, just stating an account being validated does not determine that it is, pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1692g. Also, Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1692g, when an account is in dispute Navy Federal must stop collection until the information that's required has been sent. I called navy federal numerous times just to be transferred to the collection department and the fraud department and nobody can get me an answer, some tried to tell me to consult with an attorney even though they are clearly in violation. Because of this action, I have not been able to pay my personal bills or supply things for my home. This is defamation of character and unfair and abusive debt collection practices by Navy Federal. This account is still in litigation and the Navy Federal has yet to notate in their systems or contact the credit agencies about the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I was informed by a Navy Federal Credit Union representative that I could go to a XXXXXXXX XXXX located in XXXXXXXX XXXX and withdraw a XXXX dollars each transaction at a time. But, the ATM only let me only draw only up to {$400.00} dollars at a time! I only did XXXX transactions then the ATM advised me to contact my financial institution! So, I contacted Navy Federal again! They transferred me supposedly to someone who could help me, but she was sarcastic! She told ne that on my debit card that I could withdraw a XXXX dollars on the debit card, but it is up to the ATM if it let 's me do it. I told her. That's not what the representative told me! She told me that at XXXX XXXX ATM would let me withdraw a XXXX dollars each transaction! So that was misleading information! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Not only that I am getting charged ATM fees for each transaction! Something needs to be done about Navy Federal and their misleading practices! Now! I want all this to end now! Whatever fees I enquired or encurre from now on! I want back! And maybe the FTC needs to step in or another Federal entity. Because they are not just messing with veterans and their spouse and dependents, but XXXX XXXX military personnel and their families who are risking their lives all around the world 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Some don't see their wives or children for months or even years at a time, but the employees some of them at Navy Federal have the NERVE TO LAUGH! I know about XXXX XXXX. I was an XXXX XXXX United States XXXX at the age of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I went to XXXX, XXXX for a year at the age of XXXX! I went to XXXX XXXX at the age of XXXX! Left on XXXX XXXX 1990 and landed in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 1990 to fight! And some of them want to laugh! Clean house at Navy Federal is what I say it's not the same like when I was in!
