Subissue: Reporting company used your report improperly
Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal unlawfully reported these accounts to my consumer report without my written permission also without advising me that they will disclose it on my consumer report. Nor did they give me a option to opt in or out of it being reporting. I was misadvised for their own interest. They have broken several of my consumer rights according to consumer laws. One law in particular that they broke was ... ... 18 U.S.C 1028A ( Aggravated identity theft ). Thats just naming one. I have written them several times about this unfair and unlawful treatment and nothing has been done. They have yet to send proof of how I owe this debt, instead they send a letter saying is verified. I did not ask them to use my personal information to verify these accounts but send me proper documentation that this debt is valid.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted numerous disputes to each credit bureau as well as Navy Federal Credit Union regarding a credit card balance. On XX/XX/2023, I sent another dispute with identity theft affidavit and proof to NFCU and each of the credit bureaus via certified mail return receipt. NFCU received the affidavit and letter and proof on XX/XX/2023 XXXX signed by an employee at collection at the post office. On XX/XX/2023, NFCU ignored the affidavit and refused the remove the identity theft related credit card from my credit report and instead only issued a statement that the account is under reinvestigation. Per FTC requirements, upon receipt of the FTC identity theft affidavit, a creditor is required by law to remove the identity theft related debt from the credit report permanently.

Consumer Complaint: Saw a post about puppies that were being given away with a rehoming fee. Due to where I live from where puppies are suppose to be, a delivery fee would be charged. I sent the money for XXXX puppies to XXXX account and the delivery fee to another. The morning of the day I chose for delivery I was asked for more money for a vet fee. They kept going own on the new amount they were asking for supposedly for the vet ad stated they could not move puppies until it was paid for. When I stated I was not paying anymore money and that I wanted a refund I was told I could not cancel. {$200.00} went to XXXX XXXX with an email of XXXX. Receipt of payment was confirmed. I have all message communications between the other party and myself. Post about puppies being given away was reposted again and has again since been taken down but I have a photo of the post. I sed XXXX through Navy Federal. I informed my bank that this was someone I knew and had documentation they stated that their was nothing that they could do. They only kept advising me to only send money to someone I knew.

Consumer Complaint: I XXXXXXXX XXXX with account number XXXX have requested that Navy Federal show proof of claim that they gave loan by providing the on and off ledgers according to XXXX rules and FAS rules. The Bank never gave a legitimate form of consideration. They never debited their account and rendered a loan. The check they showed me as proof is fake and I never signed a check. That does not prove that a loan was actually given. XXXX XXXX name is the only name shown on the promissory note. In fact it was a barter signature exchange for fund access, a 1099b has been filed with IRS, a 1099C has been filed with IRS and both accepted. They have been reporting wrong information to credit report even after IRS canceled the debt and insolvency filed. They lied like they are not for profit and put the same on my online profile but sent a letter saying they are debt collectors. 3949a and a whistleblower form for non profit entities has been turned in to IRS investigation team for identity theft and lies. Navy Federal denied compel for Private Arbitration. The automobile has been sold to a company in Delaware at my discretion because I am the owner of the promissory note as beneficial owner. The bank did not sign. I am seeking for recoupment of federal reserve notes that was sent to them in error. They used my signature as actual cash value, securitized my promissory note, received funds and then erroneously charge me interest payment and gave the deposit back to me in the form of a loan, this is identity theft and security fraud. I also sent a International Bill of Exchange to Navy Federal XXXX XXXX, XXXX which is the in house Trustee, to set-off the debt because according to comptroller that is a legitimate security to set off and settle debt. They kept it, sent to TT & L dept of treasury to make presentment and kept the proceeds and then said I owe them a loan. I will not make another payment to a loan that doesnt exist.
