The report is inaccurate as I was enrolled in-school and account should have been enrolled in in-school deferement, therefore no late payments should have been reported. My first payment was due XX/XX/2017, I graduated XX/XX/2017. The company that is reporting inaccurate information : NAVIENT XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I have not been able to log on to my Navient account portal in over a year. The website simply says " Were sorry an error occurred. Please try again. '' I have called the company numerous times and they have tried changing my login information and resetting my account but nothing has worked. When I call the company says they will follow up with me after they discuss the problem with IT, but they never call back.

Consumer Complaint: Hello Manager ; Something is wrong with the way this is reporting. There is no way that these companies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) investigated this student loan from NAVIENT. The same information continues to report on my credit. I honestly don't believe I that the information reported is correct on this student loan and I don't agree with the total balance that they are reporting on my credit, the fees that i been charged, the open date, and the monthly payment and inconsistent dates of last payment. It continues to report several inaccuracies among the 3 credit reporting agencies from the last student loan company. How is that possible? For example, Each bureau reports different dates of last payment, date of last activity, and questionable balance, etc Also, Hows it possible that youve reported those inconsistencies and errors if those info are furnished by the same company? Wasn't Navient sued by Cfpb before for not applying payments to consumers accounts correctly?

Consumer Complaint: Getting robocalls 3 - 5 days a week from Municipal Services Bureau saying they are calling on behalf of XXXX County. Since XX/XX/2020, I've received 46 calls from them. The ones prior to XX/XX/XXXX, I had already deleted. ( Call log attached ) The beginning of msg is always cut off because they start talking before my recorded greeting stops. I'm asked to log onto website www.msbpay.com or call XXXX. But I need to provide a reference # & zip code to log in. Problem is, I don't have a reference # and if they are referencing one, it must be on the first part of the msg which is cut off. Plus I am not aware of any debt own to XXXX County, CA. I do not live or work in XXXX County nor have I ever received a ticket while driving through XXXX County.

Issue: Struggling to repay your loan
Subissue: Problem lowering your monthly payments
Consumer Complaint: I have continually been steered towards forbearance and now to pay interest only. I am paying roughly {$1100.00} in payments each month and believe it is only going towards interest and not paying down my principal. They have lead me towards forbearance multiple times instead of an affordable plan. Any helpful things I have found on my own and was not guided by a professional. The website is too hard to maneuver and repayment plans were not easy to figure out. Im sure there are multiple recorded calls with me asking for help and not receiving educated/correct help that would not lead me to the position I am now in.
