Consumer Complaint: XXXX XX/XX/2020 I contacted experian, XXXX, and equinox about fraudulent loans being furnished on my credit report. After sending a police report, FTC fraud report, equinox deleted the inaccurate information but experian and transunion denied to fix the issue on several occasions after sending affidavits, police reports, fraud reports, court rulings, and phone calls. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had lost a case for fraudulent loans. According to documents, all fraudulent loans were to be cancelled and cleared from reporting. That has not happened. This has caused adverse harm in seeking housing, and solid transportation.

Consumer Complaint: I had taken out approximately $ XXXX in federal student loans. I have easily paid back this amount to Navient loan services over the time paid on the loans. Navient claims I still owe $ XXXX. I believe i have over paid by approximately $ XXXX. The only options Navient provides is to continue paying on the loan. Navient will also not acknowledge that these were federal loans. No pause was observed on the pandemic relief. And despite a confirmation email from the federal gov that my loans would be forgiven, Navient countered the email stating they will jot acknowledge the forgiveness.

I asked them is the call recorded they stated yes. The dates that they provided for XXXX state was inaccurate as I did not attend and those said dates. I paid private pay out of my own pocket with XXXX state and I can provide proof if needed. I asked them to provide me the documents I signed with me taking out a loan to XXXX state nothing was never provided. They also have this delinquent on my credit report for 180 days messing up my credits profile. Please pull calls that were made to me. I told them they have inaccurate information as it pertains to me and I have no idea where they get that information from. Please assist me with resolving this matter. Consumer Complaint: Navient reported 4 late payments to the credit bureaus for the months : XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Note, I was and am on income repayment plan and my bill was and is $ XXXX. Certainly, I can not be late paying $ XXXX. I reported this to the credit bureaus- they said that they could not remove and only Navient could and Navient confirmed to them that I was in fact late those months and refused to remove the 4 late payments. I contacted Navient directly on XX/XX/XXXX - I spoke with XXXX who insisted over and over that I was not late and that Navient never reported my account late for those 4 months ( or ever ). I insisted that they did since it shows on my credit report and she said that they did not so this so they can't tell them to remove something that they never reported in the first place. I asked if there was a formal appeals process or any avenue to have them look into this and she said no. So, I am stuck with this on my credit report because they are denying the existence of it so I can't appeal something that they say doesn't exist. Can you please help me. They verbally confirmed that this wasn't reported and shouldn't have been reported so there should be some way for them to allow me to do a written appeal at the very least to Navient directly. Consumer Complaint: I signed up for auto pay and noticed that the auto pay date scheduled auto pay was well past my due date. I called customer service and they told me to make a payment before my due date on XX/XX/XXXX. I made a payment for {$1100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Without warning, Navient made a withdraw from my account even though auto pay was deactivated for {$1100.00}. My checking account is negative and I am unable to make my rent or feed my children. Furthermore, Navient has posted inaccurate late payments on my credit causing my credit score to drop by XXXX points. My loan was in forbearance from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and Navient has posted XXXX late payments during that period. My credit is ruined and unable to get a credit card. My checking account is negative all because of Navient.

Consumer Complaint: I took out the private loan when I was very young and doesn't understand private loans or interest. I've paid back more than I borrowed, and still owe double what I borrowed. I'll be paying until I'm XXXX XXXX XXXX due to the predatory interest rate. Every ten years of payments actually DOUBLES what I owe them rather than paying the balance down. It's a web I'm caught in that I CAN NOT pay off, ever, unless I win the lottery. The interest rate means I'll pay like XXXX what I borrowed which wild be illegal usury if any other type of loan. I just want a fair interest rate so I can actually many headway towards paying it off. Instead I've paid for over a decade and instead of going down, the balance of the loan has doubled. It's predatory. I've asked for a fair and reasonable interest rate and they refuse to help me. This is not what I signed up for, I didn't signed up for a life long sent until I'm XXXX XXXX XXXX. You shouldn't have to pay for 50 years just to get a college degree.
