I recently pulled my credit report from your Bureau and my attorneys and I had a chance to go over my credit report and in amazement, that you have decided to report me 90 days late on this account in XX/XX/XXXX I immediately disputed this information with XXXX and the results of the investigation came back " verified ''. Not only was I never late on this account, but according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the information furnisher is required to notify me of the insertion of negative listings. Since I have disputed the lates with the creditor, and you obviously " verified '' them, I am very curious as to what kinds of " records '' you may have for this alleged account. Not downplaying an XXXX XXXX XXXX because I'm glad to have it, but in some high schools this program is offered. There's no way I should have a debt of {$97000.00} for an XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX University, for that matter anywhere! They never follow up with a receipt and I don't understand why they can take my money but they never want to send me a receipt. I use to mail payments now I got smarter and do it by credit card to show my payments. Also so they never report the correct information on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I mailed on XX/XX/21 by priority mail to Dept of Ed - Navient six disbursement checks from my mortgage company to pay off XXXX federal loans. USPS confirmed delivery on XX/XX/21. 4 checks included were not cashed. The mortgage company confirmed a check in the amount {$3200.00} was cashed on XX/XX/21 and a second check in the same amount {$3200.00} was cashed on XX/XX/21. I called Navient on XX/XX/21. Spoke with XXXX she said no payment was received. She told me to check my account online or call back after XX/XX/21. I called back on XX/XX/21 and spoke with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. They told me to wait for 72 hours. If no response to contact the office of customer advocate. Ive been speaking with XXXX XXXX in the office since XX/XX/21 with no resolution. The uncashed checks were canceled and reissued by my mortgage company. I needs the two cashed checks to be allocated to my account
