Consumer Complaint: I am concerned about the corrupt activity going on with Mr.Cooper formally XXXX XXXX XXXX. The company lied about my earlier complaint suggesting that I had mistakenly authorized 3 loan payments in the month of XX/XX/XXXX. When I log into my account to view payment history they have failed to post the 3rd payment they illegally withdrew from my bank. After several calls and countless time on the phone with customer service representatives and supervisors, I have still not gotten my insufficient funds XXXX dollars paid back caused by their illegal withdraws on my account. I have provided a bank statement showing the fees as well as a voided check. This company did not pay the earlier overdraft fees of XXXX dollars which my bank paid when they withdrew the 2nd mortgage payment.

I filed a complaint with you XXXX XXXX, 2017 and now they have deducted for property taxes they did not pay and still deduction forced insurance. My account is a mess even though I have never missed a payment of principle and insurance. Now they are selling my account to XXXX XXXX. This forced insurance has been going on for months and numerous conversations from me and multiple faxs of declaration page has not resolved this.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: This is to show that Nationstar Mortgage that holds my current VA loan is blaming the credit bureaus with not correctly reporting all of my payments that have been made on my loan since XX/XX/XXXX. I have also attached two bureau reports, current, showing only XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX as reported as payments being made. I have a paper trail showing via cashed checks otherwise. I also have submitted Nationstar 's payment report file that does n't not reflect accurate information on all three credit bureaus. I have kept in touch with the credit bureaus, in which, I was told that Nationstar will need to fix the errors regarding inaccurate reporting, as well not reporting all payments that have been made on my loan since XX/XX/XXXX. Regardless, if my account is in forbearance, payments, regular mortgage payments that have been made, should still be reporting to the proper bureaus. I was told by the bureaus through numerous phone calls that the issue is not with them. They only report what is being sent by Nationstar. This is the sixth complaint and will continue until my payments are being correctly reported to all three credit bureaus. As per attachments. Nationstar can clearly see the issues that I have continued bringing up to them. Yet, still not being resolved. I was also 'suppose ' to receive a call back from a XXXX consumer advocate this afternoon and a representative from Nationstar . I never received that phone call. I did leave a voicemail with XXXX. I have a buyer on my home and can not proceed ahead with a new loan due to the underwriter with that bank needing the information corrected with the credit bureaus reflecting any and all payments that have been made on my VA loan. Nationstar ... you are holding back me moving forward with the purchase of my home by the buyer. The deadline from the buyers gave me until the end of the this month. The clock is ticking. SO I ASSUMED MY ORIGIAL APPRAISAL FROM XX/XX/XXXX IN THE AMOUNT OF {$87000.00} WOULD BE APPLIED TO THE LOAN. SO WHEN I CALLED TO REQUEST THE PMI BE REMOVED BECAUSE I AM AT 80 % XXXX, THEY TOLD ME MY APPRIASED VALUE WAS {$77000.00}. WHEN I ASKED HOW THEY GOT THIS NUMBER, THEY SAID IT WAS THE " SALE '' PRICE, OR THE PRICE OF THE LOAN THAT THEY USED. I 'VE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH, XXXX MORTGAGE ( ORINGAL LENDER ) /NATIONSTAR/MR. COOPER, FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, TO NO AVAIL. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I BELIEVE THIS IS UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE, AND I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO TELL ME IF THEY ARE CORRECT, THAT THE LOAN VALUE CAN BE USED AN APPRAISAL.

Consumer Complaint: The issue in question began back last year when we received a letter from Nationstar stating that our loan was being sold and that we would be contacted by our new provider. However, after a month with no response from any such provider we were finally notified that Nationstar was going to still be our Mortgage provider ( apparently a new investor within Nationstar was going to buy our loan ). This caused us to be ONE MONTH behind in our payments. We made a payment arrangement directly with Nationstar/Mr. Cooper. Nationstar agreed to make arrangements and an agreement was reached where we would pay the amount of {$1200.00} for four months which began in XX/XX/XXXX. This would make up the missing payment of {$980.00}. The payment of {$980.00} ( regular payment ) would then resume in XX/XX/XXXX. This payment was set up completely by the Nationstar Representative. We upheld the agreement and made our payments per the agreement. 1. The first made on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1200.00} 2. The Second made on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1200.00} 3. The Third made on XX/XX/XXXX 4. The fourth and final payment made on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1200.00} The XX/XX/XXXX payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX for a total of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Payment was made XX/XX/XXXX {$980.00} Also on XX/XX/XXXX an additional payment was made in the amount of {$980.00} which should have gone for the XX/XX/XXXX payment. HOWEVER, it appears that Mr. Cooper/Nationstar applied it ( XXXX ) completely to principal. This is causing me to be ( 1 ) One month behind On XX/XX/XXXX a payment in the amount of {$980.00} was paid for the XX/XX/XXXX Payment they are claiming it is for XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX a payment in the amount of {$980.00} was made for the XX/XX/XXXX Payment they are claiming it is for XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX a payment in the amount of {$980.00} was made for XX/XX/XXXX payment. they are claiming it is for XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX a payment in the amount of {$980.00} was made for the XX/XX/XXXX Payment. they are claiming it is for XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX a payment in the amount of {$980.00} was made for the XX/XX/XXXX payment. They are claiming it is for XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke directly with their customer service representative XXXX XXXX. I was asked to email her my bank statement which I did She claims to have submitted a reversal for the " missing payment '' but She ( XXXX XXXX ) claims in an email received this date XX/XX/XXXX that they will NOT credit me with the payment. I have the email correspondence from her. Every payment was made on time as agreed and they even claim to have refunded money back to me which I have not received. The Accounting is wrong on this account and I have sent letters, faxes, and emails attempting to straighten it out. It should be noted that this loan was modified prior to Nationstar/Mr. Cooper acquiring this loan. It is NO LONGER a HELOCK loan it was modified prior to them acquiring it. They made a mistake and will not fix it.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by Nationstar Mortgage via first class mail my XX/XX/XXXX payment was past due and they were requesting payment. My monthly payment is auto debited and was reflected as paid on XX/XX/XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXXmortgage statement. This is the second time I 've been notified my mortgage payment is past due in the last 4 months, the first past due notification came from XXXX the previous lienholder. XXXX notified me in mid-XX/XX/XXXX their monthly Mortgage Account Statement reflected an incorrect total amount due and assured me via that letter no missed payment history or negative credit reporting was done. I 'm concerned as Nationstar has reflected non-payment, indicated there may be late fees assessed and possibly reported this loan as past due to credit agencies. To date I 've not received any communication from Nationstar regarding this obvious error and what steps are being taken to ensure customers are not negatively impacted. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: Our mortgage was with Nationstar and was on Autopay. Our interest rate is low and we were constantly hounded by this company on a weekly basis to refinance. They called our cell phones, emails and mail profusely. We asked them to stop. They did not. The mail increased with weekly junk mail. In XXXX they sold our Mortgage to Mr. Cooper. We did not pay attention due to the fact that our payment was on auto pay. The impound account had increased and so they denied our payment. They called but we had the numbers blocked due to the constant commercials. They then put us in default. We caught this when they sent us a default notice. We immediately checked in to this and even paid the late fees. They sent us to collection and it lowered our credit scores over 120 points. We have never had a late payment for anything. We have always had sterling credit. Now due to such ridiculous business practices they have lowered our ability to get XXXX XXXX. I have contacted the company and they will not turn around the credit report. They do n't care about their fraudulent tactics of business. They said they tried to contact us when the auto payment was denied. I do n't know because they were so obtrusive with their harassing phone calls to refinance. I could not be more disgusted with a mortgage company.
