Consumer Complaint: Previous filed complaint # XXXX. Company responded to inquiry but when cause of problem was discovered to be different than complaint, company was not required to do anything other than what was submitted on complaint. therefore filing new complaint in attempt to resolve situation. My previous mortgage company was XXXX XXXX. I made a scheduled payment to XXXX on XXXX 2014 ( exhibit XXXX ). In XXXX of 2014 Nationstar purchased my loan. Nationstar said they did not show a payment being received for XXXX. Nationstar also reported that XXXX ( previous Lender ) had applied a charge of {$390.00}. Nationstar supplied requested financial history from XXXX that showed {$500.00} payment being received and did not show a {$390.00} fee. ( Exhibit B ) Nationstar then reported that only a partial payment had been received. ( Exhibit XXXX ) Nationstars requested financial history shows no partial payment, but does show the {$390.00} previous lender charge as well as multiple charges for inspections and late fee. ( Exhibit D ) I have contacted every representative they have sent me contact info for since XXXX of 2014 and have left approx XXXX voice mails for these representatives and have only been contacted XXXX ( XXXX ) time. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. ( Exhibit E-H ) Nationstar continues to place flyers on my door imploring them to contact them and threatening foreclosure, but then refuses to return my calls. ( Exhibit I ) I had a contract with XXXX XXXX to pay back taxes from XXXX to XXXX of 2014. This put my payment amount at {$500.00}. I paid this amount in full. ( Exhibit J ) My current payment is now {$240.00}. I have been paying these amounts correctly and timely against the recommendations of Nationstar representatives when I call in to pay. I have made every payment I am required to make to both XXXX and Nationstar on time. On XXXX separate occasions Nationstar refused to take my payment because it was not the amount that they said was due. I am and have been paid up to date on all of my contractual obligations and yet Nationstar continues to try to force me to pay inspection fees and late fees as well as an mystery {$390.00} fee that they can not explain. Nationstar is trying to foreclose on my home because it has equity. Their claimed late payments has damaged my credit. I am requesting and imploring for some type of assistance against this criminal activity.

Consumer Complaint: I was rated by the XXXX in 2008 to be XXXX with service connected problems received from service in XXXX. I had to shut down my construction business of 35 years due to medical problems. Right about then the economy went bad. Wife and I lost all of our savings and almost out home. Had a mortgage with XXXX and it was sold to nationstar mortgage. We thought B of A was bad until trying to get a loan modification from nationstar! These people should be in prison- what XXXX We went through all the making homes affordable deal, and they set us up with XXXX XXXX Counseling Service. After submitting all the modification papers to XXXX they sent a letter to nationstar recommending a modification! They along with us sent all the papers to nationstar- which they lost after months of waiting. We sent more updated copies to Springboard and nationstar and after months of waiting they lost them again. We submitted more and more copies over the period of 2 years only to be asked to send more. These people are the most incompetent crooks I have ever dealt with. They kept giving us a new so called- " dedicated loan specialist '' every few months. You could leave messages to these jerks forever and never hear back. I was told 2 times by nationstar people that all papers were complete, and they would have a decision for us soon. Only to be asked for more papers again. My story with them could go on for hours, but must stop. We finally gave up, and filed a complaint with my local congressperson. It helped a bit, but then once again the request for the same submitted paperwork. We have completely given up all hope of dealing with them. They know I am XXXX, and that we are struggling. That 's why they will continue to torture you until they know you will give up. What is our once great XXXX coming to when a company like nationstar ( I refuse to capitalize their name ) can treat people like this, and get away with it. The very people you they make a living off of- so they can pay their greedy CEO millions of dollars a year in bonuses.

Consumer Complaint: We were foreclosed on by NationStar Mortgage last XX/XX/XXXX. We were denied our due process rights by them. We were in a loan modification process with them when I was told that we had been denied. NationStar told us not to make any payments during this time frame as it would only XXXX up the process and would take more time to complete. I called Take XXXX XXXX, a credit counseling company, that I had been working with and asked, " What do we do now? '' They said not to worry, the state of Arizona has a program for this scenario where they make up the past due amount and the loan resumes as if nothing had happened. We just needed something in writing from NationStar stating we had been denied. I continued to call them every week to check the status of our property and the notification of the denial and to see if a sale date had been set yet. I kept getting told that things were " On hold. '' In XX/XX/XXXX a woman came to our front door and said she was the new owner of our house. This came out of the blue with no notification at all. If we had received something in writing this would have all been averted. We never received a thing in writing from them. We were evicted!!! I am realtor and just found out about your agency in a continuing education class this past week. Please help us, ASAP!! We are now in a rental and our landlords are also mortgaged with NationStar, they are in an interest only loan and want to refinance it at current interest rates but are being denied that option. Our landlords have told us they need to have something setup by the end of XXXX to allow us to stay here. I was recently hospitalized for XXXX, XXXX and a XXXX. I was involved in a XXXX car crash on the freeway shortly thereafter and have been under the care of a XXXX for XXXX and XXXX. Any move in the future would simply kill both of us. I am XXXX and my wife is XXXX. We had owned the property in XXXX for 20 years. It was always kept in pristine condition and that is same way we are taking care of this home now.

Consumer Complaint: I had a closing on a property that had many errors and problems and rescinded on the same day as closing. XX/XX/XXXX. When I rescinded this on the ground of fraud, they obtained a bogus Settlement Service named XXXX which did not have anything to do with this loan, that service was XXXX from my original settlement statement and charges document signed by XXXX XXXX XXXX and the Sellers Legal representative. There were no witnesses, no agents for the lender, no Notary on site in XXXX, PA, and no signature from XXXX XXXX XXXX, on the originals. Even the note is not dated or witnessed of the assignments that were not filed XXXX XXXX records as Pennsylvania law requires. There are no certified copies of any assignments, or transfers filed and recorded into Public record, and what was filed were forgeries with my signature, with the XXXX stamped on page XXXX. XXXX XXXX of the Mortgage does not state the borrowers name, just as Borrower is on the main page. I have all the Original Certified copies that the court would not let me introduce into record on my motions and strike petitions. All my petitions have been denied, even my discovery request was ignored before Judgment was passed. Nationstar is producing false records to foreclose on properties that they do n't own, or even made consideration for in any purchase by using XXXX that did not track any assignments to this mortgage either also documented. Then there is XXXX claiming they own the mortgage, but they don'r show standing and on the XXXX XXXX loan lookup site it also states the XXXX does not own my loan, with the address of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX ; last XXXX of the social XXXX. But I get letters from XXXX that they own the loan, and I just received another default letter from Nationstar Mortgage that I owe on a loan to their account No. XXXX in which I have no contract with that I signed. and also XXXX has a loan number # XXXX, and XXXX XXXX with another loan number of # XXXX. Each one can come back and file judgement against this same mortgage, when it was already being in foreclosure. I did not care about this home and did not want a free home, I am interested only in winning against Nationstar Mortgage for fraud and all the TILA and RESPA violations and collecting back all the funds I had to pay since the Deposit to the Real Estate. I did not put up the closing fees, my wife received an award for negligence of her mothers death and put up over {$8000.00}. My income was not considered in the pay back, and they just needed my signature so I would default and they would have unjust enrichment, and all the actors have made at least XXXX times the loan amount from the Mortgage bailouts that never helped me, but enriched all the scammers I mentioned here. I want my day in court, but in XXXX County even the recorders office is corrupt along with the Judges. Citizens have no chance of finding justice here, and the only way to find justice may be to file a Federal complaint and report the criminal activity of XXXX County to the authorities, which I plan on commencing soon as I can fight this unethical Judgement that is selling my Home tomorrow XX/XX/XXXX at XX/XX/XXXX. I already filed a Lis Pendens on XX/XX/XXXX to give me time to get the proper authorities to investigate, and I also intend on filing another Quiet Title XX/XX/XXXX to slow this runaway train of Justice.

I applied to refinance it and yet Nationstar refused to assist me. I have owned the property since XX/XX/XXXX and it remains on Adjustable Rate and the principal has remained same since then. Even though I applied for modification of the loan, when it was denied, Nationstars put the house on foreclosure. i had to pay back all the owed amount including the late fees when I appplied for modification, before the foreclosure was lifted Now I paid XXXX extra in XXXX XXXX and instructed Nationstars to apply this under the principal. The following day, I saw that the money had been divided into smaller amounts which they called legal fees and LATE FEES, I called and spoke to a lady who told me she has put in request to apply the posting towards my principal. I checked my account again today I noticed it had not been changed. I called Nationstar 's staff by the name XXXX, at about XXXX ET, who told me the amount was applied towards late fees and it would not be changed.or credited towards the principal as I requested I told him I have not made any late payment since the house was out of foreclosure and I had paid the accumulated late fees when I applied for modification. He insisted that my payments were late and when he went through my account he could not find any late payment and he now told me the amount was applied towards Corporate advance, which I am not aware of. I asked XXXX to let me talk to his supervisor, he kept me on hold for some time and later on hung up the phone at XXXX Eastern time.I have the following complaints 1 ) When I applied for modification and it was denied, I did not have to pay late fees but nationstar made me pay the late fee with the threat of foreclosing on my house after the death of my wife 2 ) I have Adjustable Rate and I am allowed to pay down the principal since my application for modification and refinance were denied. I request Nationstar to post my payment according to my request, towards principal reduction 3 ) Nationstar should reimburse me the money I paid on late fees when I applied for modification and it was denied 3 ) XXXX is unprofessional and rude. He should never hang up the phone on a customer. I have the right to speak to his supervisor if I am not satisfied with his response I would appreciate if my complaints arfe properly reviewed and a response sent back to me at XXXXXXXXXXXX Thanks.

Consumer Complaint: NationStar acquired our mortgage from XXXX in XXXX 2014. They told us since it was an acquisition loan, that we had a 60 day grace period before making our first payment. Now they are writing us telling us that we have to pay those two months that they previously told us we had the grace period for. When I finally got someone on the phone who was willing to help me, she said she apologize, she see we was told that, but we have to come up with the money. I feel like they are bullying us, not holding up their promise, and just overall unprofessional, unorganized, and uncaring.

Consumer Complaint: My father died in XX/XX/2014. He had a reverse mortgage on his home. This company, XXXX, initially told me to provide a copy of the will, death certificate and request for extension on the loan so that I could sell the property once the probate court issued the Letters of Administration to me as the executor of the estate. XXXX then for XXXX months refused to speak with me advising that I was not the borrower while simultaneously acknowledging that the borrower had died. I filed a complaint with the California XXXX XXXX and XXXX finally acknowledged I had provided everything they needed to speak with me and to review an extension, but they also began foreclosure proceedings on the home. Now, although they have provided me an extension until XX/XX/2015 to sell the home they have filed default with the county where the home is located. They have yet to respond to any of my requests asking to resolve this seemingly unethical behavior. Their hired attorney refuses to return my calls or requests for information in writing. They filed the default while having all of the information they requested to provide an extension. There is equity in my father 's home and I believe this is why they are acting unethically. I believe they are trying to obtain the property through underhanded tactics.

Consumer Complaint: NationStar Mortgage located in XXXX TX has been calling and writing letters harassing us about our Mortgage payments. Our original mortgage company was acquired by NationStar and XXXX located in XXXX XXXX sent a payment to them. NationStar is now requesting our bank statements. We have confirmed with both parties via telephone that all payments have been made. Nationstar continues to call us daily looking for more money. they are not providing any invoices for monthly payments. The call center is located in the XXXX and every time i request to speak to a manager they seem to be in an emergency meeting. This is looking more and more like mortgage fraud, our credit is being ruined. They are requesting bank statements and still not fixing the issue.

Consumer Complaint: Regarding my situation with Nationstar ; the following is an overview of what transpired. I am going to attach all that I can but I might need to send you a cloud link. The XXXX day sale date following my XXXX XXXX hearing is scheduled for this Monday, XXXX XXXX ( See Attached ) I am not trying to save my home ... my only goal is to have a deed in lieu of foreclosure. This, in addition to the possibility of a short-sale is all that I have been trying to achieve from Nationstar. However, I was told that I must wait until after the hearing to present any offer to them. That was told to me by their counsel as well at the hearing in front of the judge. Nationstar told me XXXX days after the hearing date when I called them regarding a deed in lieu / shortsale that I must have a minimum of XXXX days from the actual sale date to be considered for either. Obviously the math does not add up. This is after I desperately tried to modify my loan before this began. Nationstar put me into foreclosure for a reason that was not valid. Nationstar told me in the foreclosure notice that they did not receive the requested information, which I have proof of providing to them. All of this was to no avail. Timeline : On XXXX XXXX, 2014 I sent in the requested information needed to be considered for a loan modification. I received a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2014, requesting additional information for the loan modification. I sent all of the requested information in by the date of XXXX XXXX, 2014. In a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2014 that I received stated that all of my modification options were denied because of " Request Incomplete ''. I have all documentation and proof that these items were sent in through fax and email logs. Following that notice / letter we were placed into foreclosure. I can provide proof that all of the requested items were sent to Nationstar for the loan modification process, per your request.
