Consumer Complaint: Hi my name is XXXX XXXX, I live in XXXX California. I have a loan with NationStar Mortgage and iver been trying to get a loan modification from them for some time now. I have gave them all requested documentation and I have a sale sate scheduled for this property on XXXX XXXX, 2015. I 'm worried that they will not postpone the sale date due to some odd regulation they might make up on the way to just sell my home. I do n't know how much longer I will have to be working with them to receive a loan modification. Please help me to receive a good modification for my home so that I could pay my mortgage and not live on a stressful day to day basis with the foreclosures. I really want to work with them and I want them to do the same. I do not want them to play games and give me a loan modification that will be higher then what I used to pay before. ( It seems as though that 's what every company is giving out these days. My friends complaint about this issue too and im really hoping that we can get this resolved. Please help with the sale date its very close. Thank you for your time.

Consumer Complaint: In the beginning of this year, I refinanced my house the mortgage agentdid the loan with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX sold the loan toNationstar Mortgage. I received a letter telling me to send my payment toan address and a detachment portion. I am to send the detachment portionwith my payment. Which is what I did, however, I do n't know what theaddress was that I sent the payment to. But I sent them the payment onXX/XX/2015. For the next few weeks my check was n't cleared. I'mthinking the check was lost. In about the middle to the end of the month, I received a statement from Nationstar Mortgage informing me I owe themfor two months. No problem, I put a stop payment upon the check onXX/XX/2015. Then I paid them {$2300.00}, which paid them for XXXX paymentsof {$1100.00}, and provided {$32.00} left over to put upon my principal. Theyreceived that payment on XXXX/XXXX/15. Later XX/XX/XXXX, I receivedanother statement dated XXXX/XXXX/15, this statement informed me that the nextstatement was due on XXXX XXXX 2015, NOTE XXXX XXXX, 2015, NOT XX/XX/XXXX BUTXX/XX/2015. What am I supposed to think? I 'm thinking there is no Aprilpayment, I thought that until XXXX XXXX, 2015, when I received a call fromNationstar about where is my XX/XX/XXXX payment. I then sent them twopayments covering XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. As per their policy, I sent them a copyof the confusing XX/XX/XXXX statement with the XX/XX/XXXX due date. I informed themthat it was their fault not mine and I expect NO PENALTIES. Guess what? I did receive penalties over {$100.00} in late fees, I have triedcustomer service if you can call it that. I received long wait only to be hungup on, the waits were about fifteen minutes to get someone, then I wouldbe transferred to someone else, with no one picking up. My desireresolution would be to at the minimum get rid of the penalties and XXXX, have Nationstar sell my paper to another company like XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, they would be fine. I really do n't want to deal withNationstar anymoreNationstar informing me

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage was sold to Nationstar Mortgage LLC around 2 or 3 years ago. During this period, there were no issues with my account. In XXXX of 2015, I decided to make my payments directly from another account rather than have Nationstar draft payments from the old account. Not thinking, I did not update my payment options online in their system and consequently, the XXXX and XXXX payments were sent back because of NSF. I immediately reissued XXXX payments through Bill Payer bringing the account current. The payments for XXXX and XXXX were sent electronically through Bill Payer with no problem. When XXXX 's payment was sent in through Bill Payer, the payment was rejected and sent back to my bank as was XXXX 's payment. When I spoke to a customer service representative, I was told that for a 6-month period, all payments would be rejected unless they are in the form of a cashier 's check, a money order, or etc. I was not notified of this previously. As a consumer, it is apparent that Northstar is using tactics that will create additional fees for the company or even cause foreclosure. Consumers beware! XXXX XXXX

I followed his exact instructions and on Saturday, XXXX XXXX, 2015 I checked my bank account and they have rejected our payment a second time this month. They are closed today, since it is Sunday. Consumer Complaint: I filed a complaint with Nationstar Mortgage Services back in XXXX/XXXX/2015 - case # XXXX. Nationstar sent a resolution letter saying they everything was up to date. However, they started sending demand letters again in XXXX 2015. I have sent in supporting documents & canceled checks to confirm all payments have been made up to date. We have been sending in our monthly payments on time every month. We also asked why there were XXXX late charges in XXXX month - no one at Nationstar can give us an explanation. We have called numerous times and they say - '' will research '' and get back to us. No one has called as of today. We received another demand letter today via certified mail. We are under so much stress from Nationstar & their demand letters. They seem to send these letters out every month after they receive our payment. Please Help!! Thank you so much for your time.

Consumer Complaint: I had attempted to submit payments to this company several times through online bill payer, totalling XXXX different instances. I 'd even called to check the amounts being requested prior to making payments. Each time I 'd asked why my payments were returned an the reps were unable to advise me of why. I 'd requested to speak with a supervisor an the supervisor began to insult me stating that I had n't infact spoken with anyone and maybe I spoke with the automated system and believed I was speaking with an actual rep. I advised him of the many times I had spoken with reps an he told me he had no record of conversations nor payments. The supervisor then stated that my final payment would of been returned as the demand had now expired. I then called back to speak with my relationship manager to try an understand wgat exactly was going on however I was only transferred to a voicemail. I left a message and still no call was returned. I then called back a few days later and was transferred directly to the account manager. The account manager was rude, over talked me an when requested his supervisor, blind transferred me over to his voicemail. I left a message for the account managers supervisor who I have yet to receive a call back from. All I 've wanted to do is pay my account and bring it current so that I may keep my families home. This company has been awful, an just down right rude. The employees ar n't very knowledgeable. Not to mention there are no notes to the many detailed conversations nor payments.

Consumer Complaint: I have held a mortgage with Nationstar since XXXX 2013. Since that time, I have received revision to my monthly payments based on changes in taxes, the value of the property, and the balance of my escrow account. Last week, I received a notice from Nationstar that they were again revising our monthly payments based on a dis-balance in our Escrow account. This is all well and good, but the disconcerting fact was that they were raising my monthly mortgage payments by {$600.00}. Even worse was the fact that I was receiving less than 30 days notice as the new payments would be in effect starting XXXX XXXX. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the majority of the increase was due to a dis-balance in the Escrow account. Apparently, Nationstar had anticipated county tax for the to be around {$500.00} but the actual amount was around {$2000.00}. How could they not have accounted for such a huge discrepancy? Either their analysts are highly incompetent or ( which is more likely the case ) they intentionally lowballed Escrow payments the first year so that we would sign with them.

I am going to have to pay for an extension on my locked rate because this is all we are waiting for!!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: The issue I have with my mortgage lender, Nationstar, is that during my modification review the underwriter calculated the incorrect income and expenses that did not correspond with the supporting documents I submitted. My monthly expenses total {$3700.00} and my monthly gross income total {$5400.00}. The expenses the underwriter used for the review was {$4100.00} and monthly income of {$3700.00}. I have requested an appeal and escalated this matter with the lender. I want my loan modification application to be re- reviewed and I have submitted the most recent income documentation to the lender. The underwriter did not review the income and expenses that reflect my financial situation or correspond with the supporting income documents I submitter per lender 's request.
