Consumer Complaint: Nationstar is foreclosing on my home on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX despite the fact that I originally requested assistance from XXXX XXXX XXXX who serviced my 1st and 2nd mortgage. There has been numerous owners of my loan as well as assignments of which I was never given notice, furthermore, the Assignment of Deed of Trust executed on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, shows XXXX as Nominee for XXXX Lender transferring/assigning to XXXX Bank XXXX, the Holders of the XXXX XXXX XXXX Securities, with the Trustee being XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, a Corporate Assignment of Deed of Trust was executed for value received from XXXX XXXX as Trustee for XXXX XXXX which assigned and transferred to Nationstar Mortgage. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX a Substitution of Trustee was executed from XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which I received no notice, in addition less than one month a Notice of Default was filed on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, how could XXXX Nominee for XXXX Lender substitute the Trustee when the loans was transferred to Nationstar prior? XXXX XXXX XXXX who serviced my loan after the fall of XXXX Lender wherein, my loan number was XXXX collected my mortgage payments for years however, I do n't see them on any transfers or assignments, and this point, I feel I have been shuffled around with no one offering any mortgage assistance. My home is currently worth {$600000.00} maybe? I have requested numerous times a principal reduction from XXXX XXXX I currently owe, however, Nationstar will foreclose the property with less money rather than assist me in keeping it.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage is currently in foreclosure with an auction date of XXXX. The nationstar agent and i reviewed my transaction report and agreed i am no only current but ahead of payment schedule. They said they could not complete due process by the XXXX date and the only alternative, given the time frame, is to send them almost XXXX. I began in XXXX trying to find out why they think i owed them XXXX. It was the last of XXXX when i received a foreclosure letter. I have documentation but the form will not allow me to upload it.

Consumer Complaint: Approximately XXXX, 2015 paperwork was filed with NationStar Mortgage for a loan modification. NationStar informed the modification was not received so the paperwork was sent again. Again it was apparently not received. XXXX of 2015 I XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX was hired to sell the property prior to Foreclosure Auction. XXXX investors discussed an offer of {$100000.00}. An offer was then submitted and accepted for {$110000.00}. According to the original payoff information provided by NationStar that would cover the XXXX & XXXX mortgage. XXXX XXXX, 2015, current payoff information was obtained by XXXX XXXX as closing on the sale was set for XXXX XXXX, 2015. At this time it was discovered that there was not enough funds to cover the sale. A short sale process was initiated. Information was sent to NationStar a XXXX time and also uploaded through the " XXXX XXXX ''. This was approximately XXXX XXXX, 2015. XXXX XXXX, 2015 Notice was given through XXXX that the short sale request on the first mortgage was denied and to continue working on the XXXX mortgage short sale. This has been an ongoing process. Property is set for Foreclosure Auction XXXX XXXX, 2015 and NationStar is neglecting to proceed in completing the short sale request to complete the sale and remove the auction Status. This is email sent today by XXXX XXXX to Asset Manager, Supervisor and " ManagerNSProcessing '' through XXXX. " My client and I would like to know who to file a complaint with regarding these loans and the status. XXXX XXXX has sent in paperwork twice for a loan modification which NationStar told her were not in the system. XXXX XXXX I began the process of short sale on the property and we have been in constant communication since. XXXX XXXX is our XXXX XXXX, he is who I have been working with. Last week I asked about progress on the loan, XXXX XXXX stated he would send a request for the XXXX, it was not on file yet. I just got of the phone with Rep who says request was sent yesterday! My client spoke to someone this morning referring her to a XXXX XXXX and was informed we are handling the process incorrectly and I should have spoken to a manager and provided XXXX and much more. All of this has been provided through XXXX and much more. Foreclosure auction is set for XXXX XXXX for at {$75000.00}, we have an offer and buyers waiting to complete sale at {$110000.00}. ''

Consumer Complaint: Refinanced condo about 5 years ago and they have change banks XXXX times and now with Nationstar. They are trying to force me to go with direct payment by mailing their bill to me late so they can charge me a late fee. I have contacted them by phone about this on XXXX different occasions and received it in a timely manner this month ( XXXX XXXX ) but they failed to remove late fees as agreed. Please try calling them at customer service XXXX and you will understand why I am sick of dealing with Nationstar! My credit rating is over XXXX!

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage paymeny increased approx. {$600.00}. The mortgage company indicated that my escrow account did not have enough to cover property tax increase. I have spoke with several different mortgage reps. Its like a game of tag ( pass customer ) get them realy confuses or XXXX. I do not want to loose home to fore closure. A refinance counselor mentioned that I should ask if the mortgage would remove my Mortgage Insurance. He indicted that by the FHA guidlines a customer is requiredto make the payments for 5 years. Is there ant truth to that? I have been paying for over 5.5 years.. ( HELP )

I hired an attorney and spent over {$20000.00} to obtain amortgage modification from Nationstar who apparently purchased myloan from XXXX. I received a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 detailing a refund due mefor a " Modification Delay '' in the amount of {$3900.00}. On XXXX XXXX, I contacted Nationstar via email requesting a check in the amount of {$3900.00} for the refund. On XXXX XXXX, Nationstar acknowledgedreceipt of the request. I have not received a response or refund check todate.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage was sold to Nation Star Mortgage servicing by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) After the mandated settlement with th US XXXX, Bank XXXX sold my loan. I have no chance of negotiating with XXXX XXXX XXXX - directly. XXXX purposely removed itself of responsibility once it settled because - the settlement did not require that XXXX keep the troubled mortgages -- THIS IS CALLED A LOOPHOLE. all the while hopeful homeowners were waiting for stipulations from the multi milllion dollar, XXXX sold our loans.Therefore once again finding a loophole to beat the system and not pay money back of help the consumerI have been trying to negotiate a reasonable mortgage payment since 2009.I have never accomplised the goel. XXXX bought my loan from XXXX in 2009. Realistically XXXX will never negotiate my mortgage because Bank XXXX XXXX in New York is true owner of my loan and multiple investors. Instead XXXX continues to lie year after year. This information is sent to XXXX credit reporting agencies and my credit score is very, very low. You see, I stopped paying the mortgage about 4 years ago because fo financial hardship. The payment that XXXX offered me as more than I was paying before I stopped paying them. Recently, I have rec 'd a letter from XXXX of Nation Star 's group of lawyersthreatening FORECLOSURE now.

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar Mortgage has insisted for over a year that I have insufficient flood insurance despite the fact that I have provided proof. Nationstar deducted from my escrow a payment for supplemental flood insurance and when I contested this they refunded the money and agreed I had sufficient coverage. Nationstar recently started up again claiming insufficient flood insurance and they are deducting from my account again to pay a supplemental policy. I have tried repeatedly to solve this problem, but to no avail. Can you help? They are stealing from me and are a disreputable company.

Consumer Complaint: I have been in financial difficulty for over five years so I researched what I could do for help with my mortgage adn found I was under a XXXX loan and qualified for a Government Loan Modification Program HAMP, my mortgage, NationStar company was listed as authorized to do the modification so I contacted then in XXXX and applied in early XXXX 2015. I was proactive and called them to be sure I had everything filled out and all the information they needed. I also found a nonprofit organization, XXXX XXXX that helps with the proceses so I called them at XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX and she helped me to be sure I had filled out the application correctly also. On XXXX XXXX I received an e-mail from NationStar stating " Please email your missing documents to your Dedicated Loan Specialist, XXXX XXXX ". I called then sent in what they asked for and once again was asked for more documents. I sent in those document the next day. Then I called XXXX and had her call NationStar with me, she did and they told us they had recieve the document requested ; I then asked if the process would be completed by my payment for XXXX 2015 adn I was told it would take about three days or so so it should be done before my payment was due.. I sent in those document the next day. On the XXXX of XXXX I sent an e-mail to XXXX at the modification department e-mail address I had been given asking him is my loan modification had been processed yet. The same day I received a response e-mail from XXXX XXXX ; I responded the same day with my loan number. Well they did not process my loan modification application and have continued to drag it out telling me I am all set then calling me back asking fro something else. XXXX called with me again in XXXX and we were told again it was all in adn they were going to send it to the underwriters but it has never been sent to them as of yet! I was still current on my loan giving in priority of other things I owe, so then they tried to get me to refinance my loan with them now telling me it would be quicker and taht I qualified for a refinancing loan. they gave me a numbe to call adn I call and corresponded with XXXX XXXX of NationStar XXXX # XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX. She work very quickly to process the loan electronically offering me a 4.8 % loan where mine is at 6.7 %. She told me her mom had tried to get a modifcation on her loan and it was over two years adn she still had not completed a modification that this was better and faster, and I could leave the modification application in an d see which XXXX came through first.. I did waht she asked me to do and in less the two weeks everything was in and they were calling to come to my home to do an appraisal. I looked over the good faith offer and it was not much help. It would only drop my loan payment at most {$80.00}, adn it was going to add over {$3000.00} to my already upside down and extend the loan to a 30 year loan so I would be paying on it at 90 years old not much of a help at all. SO I told the to hold off on the loan I needed to process the modification was ll the would really help me now. Once again in XXXX XXXX called with me again and we were told all was good they were just once again reviewing my information to be sure it was ready to send in to the underwrites but it should be done before my XXXX payment. Well you can guess what happened. I was not able to pay all my loan so I only paid the principle XXXX interest I did not pay the escrow of {$110.00}. So now I am considered to be behind on my payment but it is their fault that I am. XXXX has explained to me that the modification will drop the interest to 2 % for 5 years, this is what I need XXXX I need it ASAP. XXXX XXXX XXXX
