Consumer Complaint: First off ... the balance being reported as of today, XXXX with all three credit bureaus is incorrect. It states my balance is : Real Estate XXXX/NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE Last reported : XX/XX/2018 - {$120000.00} You stated on the response to my complaint : For your records, we are confirming that your principle mortgage balance as of XX/XX/2018, was {$120000.00}. *This needs to also be fixed with all the credit bureaus. I was to receive an email first regarding the information found by XXXX XXXX after speaking to him on the phone. He advised me that he would CALL me back. Per all three credit bureaus ... they can not change my credit score per my VA mortgage loan through Nationstar. This was told to me on the phone several times with the credit bureaus. Freezing nor not reporting after a complaint is a direct violation and shows once again ... retaliation on part of Nationstar since this complaint is directed to Nationstar, not XXXX. I have never heard of such a thing, yet only a handful of payments have been reported since opening my VA mortgage loan. Per letter from XXXX the final payments had been paid by XXXX as a means to close the forbearance loan. This after XXXX representative, XXXX XXXX misguided me and in turn, XXXX did find XXXX XXXX XXXX negligent. I was also told that my payments would then start reflecting on my credit per month as I have been paying per month, that also included my credit score. I only show 4 payments ... most recent payment for XX/XX/2018 being shown per all three credit bureaus. I do not see one time any increase within my credit score on a VA loan that I have continued to pay monthly. A mortgage loan should be one of the most single loans that can help increase your credit score. I have paid my payments on time ... yet it does not reflect any points per all three credit bureaus. This would appear to anyone to look as if I am in a rental ... no reflection of helping my credit at all. Retaliating against a Veteran .... when filing a complaint, ANY COMPLAINT, should be known to all those who hold a loan with Nationstar, as well if connected with XXXX. BUYER BEWARE! I will continue my complaints until this gets resolved. You may also want to contact each credit bureau on how reporting increases within each loan for consumer credit score works as they advised me on several occasions that the only ones who can change credit scores is the reporting creditor. On my VA mortgage loan that would be Nationstar or XXXX. It did not take, but less than 24-hours for Nationstar to fill out a form and submit to have my VA mortgage loan information corrected. Retaliation by you stating you will freeze any reporting for 2 months by my complaints to the CFPB is just that ... another retaliation. The next complaint will clearly show you the correct way that creditors report monthly payments. As XXXX XXXX has done with my loan for years. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX 17 year XXXX Veteran

Consumer Complaint: Complaint file against Nationstar Mortgage now called Mr. Cooper. The complaint is about the hazard insurance the lender obtained for the house located in XXXX XXXX. According to lender, they obtained insurance policy with {$1500.00} premium paid and asked me to pay for it. I sent them letter and told them I am not paying as I have complete insurance coverage for the property continously and no lapse or nothing. I sent the policy information provided to me by my insurance agent and confirming that the property is fully covered with hazard policy continously without interruption or lapse ofr that matter. MY insurance agent faxed to lender 's Insurance department the information about the insurance coverage of the property on XX/XX/XXXXbut lender failed to organize their records of receiving such faxed information. Now lender claimed not received the insurance information from my insurance agent, then obtained the policy with the insurer of their choice and now asking me to pay them for the premiums they paid. I sent them a letter to cancel the policy they obtained immediately and I have no obligation to pay them back. The property is fully covered with hazard insurance continuously without any interruption. My insurance agent, again faxed to lender the insurance coverage ( policy declaration page ) on XX/XX/XXXX. I also sent them insurance declaration page and confirmation of continous coverage that my insurance agent sent to me but there seemed to be questionable decision against accceptance of such insurance coverage on this propety. Please do something to curtail this kind of bad practices of lenders and their staff. It is business for them and bad for the victims of so many mortgage borrowers. Lenders ' staff are careless and negligent in keeping organization of borrowers ' communication to them as against mortgage loan borrowers. Thanks for your assistanced.

Consumer Complaint: Our mortgage was sold by XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX to Mr. Cooper. At the time we were told no changes would be made just our servicing mortgage company. Unfortunately, this was not the case.XX/XX/XXXX upon logging in to make a payment, I saw a notification of a shortage. My husbands property tax exemption was not transferred over and the shortage that was calculated was incorrect. I was told by the rep to call back 14 days later and it will be corrected. On XX/XX/XXXX I called and it was still not corrected I sent over the information via e-mail and was told it would take some time for them to complete another analysis, but it would be updated. The only thing we are paying via escrow is hazard insurance. On XX/XX/XXXX, I logged in to make a payment to see two conflicting statements. One that said my amount due was {$700.00}. And one below that said my escrow account was short by $ 39 monthly. I called Mr. Cooper and spoke to a XXXX who saw the conflicting information, and transferred me to an escrow rep, XXXX who placed me on a long hold once I explained the math and how the payment amount did not add up. I requested to have the escrow removed, and she said due to the loan not being at 80 % ( short of {$6000.00} ) she would be unable to Remove the escrow. She became very confrontational when explaining the number and I let her know that I was very frustrated because I did not request this transfer or have the ability to review any new terms that were set forth by Mr. Cooper.

About my loan! Your figures are incorrect as you and I both know. You told me on the phone credit from Hazard Ins, was XXXX? Not true. Credit you said on phone. XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX credit is, all below. Given to me by the Hazard Ins department. You imply PRINCIPAL & INTEREST XXXX this is Correct. That is all I paid as always with the money I wired to the Home Equity Escrow Department XX/XX/XXXX. As all the years prior to XXXX. Home Equity Department and their Escrow Department applied all payments correctly applied monthly in the past. Until now! Now the Escrow XXXX has not been applied correctly. You have tried to add interest only as you told me XX/XX/XXXX for the full year of XXXX for XXXX separate from my monthly payments? It is already included in my monthly payment. It can not be deducted on top of all payments that include as you wrote PRINCIPAL & INTEREST XXXX. The Hazard Ins can not be deducted out of any payment I have made. It is the law. Or added Interest on top of my payments! Also the Balance of my loan is incorrect! As I told XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, If the Hazard Ins. was paid by XXXX of XXXX then I will pay it now. I got no reply. That is all I owe, which makes no payments late. And all Payments for XXXX are paid in full. Get with XXXX XXXX, and get every payment applied to XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX payments. I wired in and paid XX/XX/XXXX, and credit all to my Monthly loan payments. And who ever rolled into my checking account XXXX needs to reverse it again, back to my loan as it was in the first place! I am not late or deliquent. And I never have been. I will be expecting a read out of all documentation sent to me of my loan showing corrected, and credited back to my loan. My monthly payments all ready have the interest rate included in every monthly payment. You Charging, borderes on Usury. You can not charge me additional payments on top of what I already paid. I payed all payments in advanced. My contract says monthly payments, not monthly payments only. As my money was wired in and held in escrow at Home Equity Dept at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and always in the past applied as monthly. Now the money is not applied correctly. This procedure has been in effect from the beginning and this establishes past practices excepted by XXXX, from day one. Money in escrow is missinng, I want all money applied by XXXX to my home equity loan as it always has been. XXXX is saying now I owe payments XX/XX/XXXX. But they moved some money from the home equity department, unauthorized and did not and wil not explain why they took it off my payments. XXXX refuses to apply all money back to my loan. Where is all the money I paid that covers my month to month loan for the year. I want all money applied to my loan immediately as it was was wired in XX/XX/XXXX, to pay every month for XXXX for XXXX always been applied in the past by XXXX correctly XXXX but now the money is missing, and they are demanding payment now saying I am delinquent. When I am not delinquent. They have told me to cease and desist calling anyone with the bank about my note ever again with out a attorney representing me? My current online reports now shows that they have removed that date and thus have re-aged this item. This reaging is a violation of the FCRA. Enclosed is print screen copy of my report from XX/XX/2018 showing the " On record until date of XX/XX/2018 ''. Also enclosed is a print screen copy of my current report no longer showing a remove by date.

Consumer Complaint: I live in Florida. I was affected by Hurricane Irma. So, my mortgage company agreed that I can stop payment for a few months. But they didnt mention any condition. They promised to work with me to resume payment. On the contrary, they were more willing to let my home go into foreclosure. I fought and made them design a payment plan for me. I complied faithfully with the plan. Nevertheless, they sent negative report to credit bureau. My score dropped by 150 points I asked them to fix the problem. They didnt do anything about it. I complained to the three credit offices. Recently, XXXX told me their investigation was completed. But I am still 60 days late in my account for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Nation Star told me they have a lot of customers and I have to wait. I feel like they are not doing anything to solve the problem. Please help me! I worked hard to build my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I am very pleased to report that, subsequent to my recent query through the Bureau, I received notification from Mr. Cooper that they are re-initiating the short sale, using the buyer who is offering their requested price. I am enclosing the letter I recently received, which requests all the usual paperwork to fulfill my part of the process. However, the XXXX file that was re-opened seems to reject the new short sale, and my efforts and the buyer 's agent 's efforts have not produced any resolution of that situation. We wish to send my paperwork NOW, but it is not being accepted by XXXX. So I am back again, hoping to communicate more directly about this situation so it can be resolved asap.

Consumer Complaint: I had added so much extra $ to principal I am 8 months ahead. OnXX/XX/XXXX I tried to make my regular payment on line but I could so I called to find out why. The girl said it was because the loan was almost paid off so she would have to do it on her end. After some research on her end she came back and told me an amount of {$1900.00} so I said fine and she put it into the system and it got paid. Later that week I received a payoff statement for the amount of {$5800.00} in the mail. This was an incorrect amount so I called them. I got no help immediately but finally got to a supervisor who saw it was over {$1500.00} higher than it should be and she said it would be corrected. I didn't receive any thing new so on XX/XX/XXXX I called in to make a payment again. The girl said she didn't know how to handle this so she transferred me to another supervisor. She suggested I just make my regular payment ( {$2600.00} ) since there was some confusion and she would have another final statement sent out. I made the full regular payment as she suggested. I received a final payment statement and wired the {$1400.00} as was asked for prior to the date asked and paid the loan off in full. The problem is because I didn't pay the {$5800.00} wrong amount on the payoff they sent out after I made the XX/XX/XXXX payment the are some how showing me 60 days late. I need to refinance because of a recent divorce in a limited time and I cant talk to anybody in the credit department. I have spoke to one supervisor XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXXwho has tried to help but her hands are tied. I also talked to an XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX who said he could see where it was incorrect and would do his best to fix it The fact the are reporting this wrong could cost me my house. I paid every payment I was told to pay when I called in They no the final statement for XX/XX/XXXX was in the wrong amount and they don't care. I called in and spoke to them every time I made a payment and THEY gave me the amounts and said everything was fine, I don't have 30 days to fix this and they don't care. I could lose my house because I cant get this fixed. Even if they just took the 60 late off the report till they figure it out it would be fine but they wont even do that They dont care.

Consumer Complaint: Mr Cooper formerly nationstar has XXXX workers there. But know one cares.. I have been applying for this scam of a modification for 7 years when I finally was accepted I sent over 15,000.00 and someone in the Dept cashed the checks and kept them. Why is it so difficult to find out this information.. I've been waiting on hold here In the mean time the house had a electrical fire and my son was in the hospital and recovering from XXXX from the fire. Still no help from nationstar. XXXX XXXX took all the money Her phone number XXXX Why can't anyone find the theif there Why do I have to suffer for 7 years because of nationstar workers.. No one has cared to help me over this terrible case .. I'm a victum here I have been waiting for a response from loss mitigation. I get nothing. My attorney gets no response because for 2 years they have failed to update my attorneys new address.. My hands are tied with this fraudulent company .. Please please help me
