Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, a closing was to take place for the sale of a residence I own. The sale has been postponed due to the following. On XX/XX/XXXX, my closing Attorney contacted my Mortgage Bank, Mr. Cooper, and was advised that I owe {$85000.00} on a Balloon Mortgage. A Mr. Cooper employee e-mailed the Balloon note to us. This loan originated on XX/XX/XXXX, when I closed on the loan of a Conventional Fixed Mortgage for {$85000.00} with XXXX XXXX A comparison of the Balloon Note, and my closing documents I kept from the closing, clearly show that the signatures on my closing documents and the Balloon Note are in no way similar, and both documents are dated XX/XX/XXXX. To date, I have never received copies of closing documents from XXXX XXXX. At closing they refused to supply same. When the notary left the room, I made copies of same which are attached. In closing, I have never signed a Balloon Note. The loan originated with XXXX XXXX, was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX, and serviced by Nationstar / Mr. Cooper. My documents regarding the Mortgage is, The New Loan Payment Form list the loan type as a Conventional Mortgage, not a balloon. The form also list the term as 180 months with a payment of Principal & Interest. The Mortgage Loan Commitment list the loan as a Fixed Rate with boxed marked, the Balloon box is not marked. The Lock-in Agreement list the loan as fixed ( no Balloon ) with 180 months with Principal & Interest. The Itemized of Amount Financed, NJ Application Disclosure, Occupancy Certification, and Mortgage, are all signed and clearly do not resemble the signature on the Forged Balloon Note. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding obtaining my Mortgage Loan Documents related to the Forged Balloon Note. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received forged copies of an Itemization of Amount Financed, Truth in Lending, and Notice of Right to Cancel. An examination of the Itemization of Amount Financed from XXXX XXXX XXXX, is a completely different document from my Itemization of Amount Financed I signed at closing listed above. The signatures and contents of the document are completely different. All contacts with Mr. Cooper are attached documents

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar appears to not be answering when letters were sent to them. A Notice of Error was sent with Certified Receipt and no response came back. The last 3 months, " New Evidence '' was provided by a Federal Agency that shows that a wrong claim is being represented. This pertains to XXXX having already said they were only lender/beneficiary and had accelerated this note in XX/XX/XXXX. The SEC states that the named Trust is Terminated. It was taken back to XXXX XXXX XXXX to which they said that the " Assignment in XX/XX/XXXX '' is a MISTAKE. And that Trust could not have been assigned to XXXX 's note. XXXX also had caused a NOD in XX/XX/XXXX ' Solely naming XXXX. There was no such Trust as being named that Nationstar says they work on behalf. I think that " XXXX '' had transferred to Nationstar a Note that was time barred as of XX/XX/XXXX, Exceeding the CA COMM CODE 3118. No ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS REMAIN. However, Nationstar will not answer this topic. And the Attorney firm XXXX XXXX XXXX was also provided " Certified Mail '' and a Demand to Release this Lien as per CA Civil Code 2941. et seq. XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed all 3 of my properties were in fact time barred and past the Statutes. XXXX XXXX is not answering either and stated that Nationstar will answer. Neither one is answering me on this very important topic. This can lead to stealing property from another and which I think that is what they are trying to do. They will not look at the facts. I am asking to Please answer the requirements of which were sent in the mail. Proof of receipt and yet they continue to state they will be answering. I am waiting for the confirmation of the Release of the Lien. This has been twice time barred. Over 12 years and stale debt being claimed. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: Mr Cooper sends warnings that my mortgage has not been payed. I submit proof that it has been paid. An email arrives announcing that the monthly arrived. I receive letters and emails every month stating I owe the payment plus late fees. However, the payment is taken directly from my checking account twice a month by XXXX and I show proof of the deductions every month. I sent a certified letter to customer relations asking for help. There has been no reply. I refinanced last XX/XX/XXXX. The previous lender Mr Cooper and XXXX deducted the payments prior to refinancing. Consumer Complaint: We have had this mortgage for about 15 years, and it has been sold a couple times to other providers. We pay more than the payment every month. We have been doing this for years. Over the last two years there has been multiple times, the additional amount is applied to payments, and not the principal. We call, they apologize, and they say it won't happen again. There has been at least 4 times we have caught this. Due to us not seeing this in the past, it appears they are doing this intentionally.

Consumer Complaint: The problem began for the tax collector in the middle of XXXX when my name and tax amount was not included on the printout of payments from Mr. Cooper. This was just about the time that the files were being transferred to the XXXX XXXX. It went around and around and on XX/XX/XXXX when there was still no payment, he called me to get involved. I called the company. The funds had been withdrawn on XX/XX/XXXX and after that - no one had a clue. I spoke with XXXX XXXX who provided me with a direct phone number and had promised to expedite the issue and would get back to me on XX/XX/XXXX. That did not happen. On XX/XX/XXXX I telephoned your office, left a message for your administrator assistant and NEVER got a call back. Spoke with XXXX who again promised to expedite the issue since that had NOT been done by XXXX. XXXX assured me that she would do it, but it would take 3 business days and though I called first thing on the XXXX, that day did not count. I again called the corporate office and spoke with XXXX who promised to get back to me by XXXX XXXX ET on the XXXX as he was presenting the issue to his VP, XXXX. At XXXX XXXX ET I called XXXX who had forgotten and then called his VP while I was on hold. He told me that it had been reissued on the XXXX and he would give me a tracking # when he had it. He also told me that my taxes were not due until XXXX which is not true. An email from him this morning told me that the check, in fact, had not been reissued, but would be today and overnighted. As of XXXX XXXX ET, I have heard nothing. With each conversation, the facts as they appeared to Mr. Cooper continually changed. I have been lied to, snickered at, patronized, misled, and have had an experience so horrific.

I got a divorce about 11 months after the fact and doing that gave my wife or ex-wife rights to the house. Now here it is XX/XX/XXXXwhich is 12 years later these companies Mr. Cooper/XXXX mortgage are still posting a negative balance And falsely showing that Im been making a payment 120 days ago because thats what reason my card for 120 days late. This is the question I have is it legal for a company to sell the house twice and still charge the guy that bought the house or XX/XX/XXXX which is 12 years ago in the back penalties or whatever theres any need to do whatever no I dont think so when you sell the house I thought it was him free of all liens indeed and whatever else. So my question is this, if Mr Copper can do whatever he wants, we may as well just go ahead and just throw the Civilian right away that I served in the XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX to defend, Im sorry but these big companys in our country get off to easy with no legal action taken against them for the Unconstitutional and illegal actions that they decide they want to do.My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX my phone number is XXXX please call me and get the rest of the story I have all documentation and representation I need to go to court if you want no I want just going to go down I want to sue them I want him to fix my credit for the past 10 years of mess it up and be punished for it, if nothing else make them give me the XXXX XXXX for the E legal documentation this representing on my credit report as of today 120 days late is 12 years old whats up. Bottom line is this I dont give a care about the money or whatever discount you need to go down just because of doing wrong and I was sick of it. And heres the kick in the XXXX I cant use my VA loan because these punks have got me two points off of the qualifying close score to qualify for it so they are hindering me from doing what I want to do because theyre doing some illegal so hows that right

Mr. cooper offered a pre approved modification After the 3 trial payments got the modification paperwork and was appalled my mortgage lenth went from 20 years to 40 years. When I called them was told oh a modification isnt always a good thing. How can they justify doubling from 20 to 40 its not right at all. Also from the moment they took over as servicer there has been numerous issues. I spent a lot of effort to get my ex husbands name off and now its back on there. i need help they take no responsibility for any issues at all ....

I'm a victim of there fake modification scheme to take your money and your house.. I have tried over and over to renegotiate the loan re write the promissary note.. The house is under water. The house burned down in XX/XX/2013 and was never fixed correctly, no heat no air conditioner no nothing in over 5 years. But all I get is misunderstood and mistreated and let me tell you how It is very hard to be disadvantaged, a single mom of disadvantaged children and continually unheard ... The loss mitigation Dept can not figure out who there all stole my money?? They are involved in securities fraud, there note is fraudulent because they do not have one.. They are trying to hurry and get rid of there fraudulent loans and push to get my property sold, all to cover up there own misfortune. In the mean time they wil not provide the note, they will not renegotiate the loan amount or terms after I have tried for over 7 years. Where is the assignment Who has the right to forclose on my property? Where was this recorded? Mr Cooper can't even get my attorneys new updated address right in over 3 years? How could this even be possible? I want to know on. who's behalf are they selling my property? Not mine I want a quite title action brought against Mr. Cooper because they have not got one thing right in my case. They are involved in fraudulent activity I do expect punitive damages just like they expect there XXXX in interest in the last five years me and my kids lived with no heat no air conditioning, nothing working. I'm asking for an injunction from them selling my property..
