Consumer Complaint: Method of verification Highly Requested Under15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 7 ) Method of verification As a consumer I request to know all the steps your agency took to insure these items were 100 % accurate under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 7 ) Method of verification- Description of reinvestigation procedure. A consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer a description referred to in paragraph 15 usc ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) - a notice that, if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business nameand address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available ; by not later than 15 days after receiving a request from the consumer for that description. Please send the following information used to validate the validity of the invalidated items below { XXXX XXXX XXXX } Items Highy Requested 1. The name of the original creditor 2. The creditors address and telephone number 3. The persons name they verified the dispute with 4. The Valid documentation used to validate the dispute. 5. Consumer Complaint: The creditor failed to send me notice about the alleged account. I learned of the account via my credit report. The account shows an open date of XX/XX/2023 and an adverse report date of XX/XX/2023. Typically an account goes into collections after 90 days. However this was not the case, because on XX/XX/2023 the account would legally be called a charge off. At that point, the alleged account qualified for collections. The collection agencys illegal practices are damaging my credit. I demand that National Credit Systems remove this account from my file Immediately.

Consumer Complaint: i got a letter from National credit system from XXXX GA, saying i owe XXXX ive know nothing about this i was never told why i owe this. i file a dispute with XXXX XXXX. they took care of it saying it was a fraud or in inaccurate so it was erased off my credit report. but now its on XXXX and they want take it off .im not sure if it on XXXX. i dont know why they put it on my credit report. we never been to court. i file bankruptcy in XXXX and all of the sudden this account pops up in XXXX my rent was paid i didnt break my lease and ive gave them 30 days notice that i would not be renewing my lease. because the apartment was flooded every time it rain

Consumer Complaint: This a collection with National Credit Systems for a debt that is not correct in amount. I disputed this amount with XXXX and XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, and twice in XXXX of XXXX. I requested physical proof, not just invoices or being told the amount is owed, copies that {$4500.00} is owed. Hard evidence. Each time disputed, these bureaus are saying the debt is valid with no research. I cant get in touch with National Credit Systems through any method of communication. I have sent email messages as well. The company knows there is no hard evidence or proof of this debt so they are avoiding and keeping it on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I lived at XXXX at XXXX from XXXX with a roommate, XXXX. XXXX stayed in the apartment after I moved out, and we both signed a roommate addendum to remove me from the lease and all responsibility for rent went to XXXX. I never heard from XXXX at XXXX or XXXX after I moved out. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a collections letter in the mail from National Credit Systems stating that I owe {$2300.00} and that I have not made any arrangement to pay it. The itemized charges online say that two months of rent are owed and that our move out date was XX/XX/XXXX. I moved out long before this and was supposed to be removed from the lease by the apartment when I signed the document in XX/XX/XXXX. I never received any other notice from the apartment or collection company before receiving this letter. I have an email between me, the apartment, and XXXX XXXX giving permission to make the addendum for us to sign, but do not have a copy of the addendum because XXXX at XXXX did not respond to my requests for a copy of it.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023 in regards to the inaccurate information the business was reporting. They intern sent me a outdated lease, and some more papers they considered validated the debt. I sent them the paid recipt and email verification. i received a call from a screaming woman stating she was an attorney and et. i explained to her that they bought outdated information that could potentially land hemin court she hung up. I kept asking her her name she kept yelling saying she was an attorney and if I couldnt provide her with a check number then it will stay on my credit. I personally would like to see them in court. I was very intimidated by the threats and offended because in all actuality they are fraud. Conspiracy to hinder the fruits of my labor.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a complaint, again, against National Credit Systems. I requested that they remove the collections from my accounts because my signature and that of my late husband, did not match ( not even close ) to the paperwork they have on file, I also filed an affidavit for Identity Theft as I have been dealing with that a lot more lately. They have removed the collections from my XXXX report, but not from XXXX and XXXX. why is that? Will they please just remove it already. According to XXXX, it was voluntarily removed by National Credit Systems.
