Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems has failed to send proper documentation to me regarding my request to validate this debt. It became increasingly clear the company is being willfully negligent in rectifying my affairs. Over the past few months, Ive made multiple attempts to have this debt reasonably investigated in accordance to federal law. There were no supporting documents and probable evidence sent to me to validate the debt. I am demanding that the above mentioned debt be removed from my credit account. Attached are supporting documents proving my attempt to dispute this debt multiple times and the laws that apply to this particular negligence on the companys behalf.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit System refuses to speak to me about the alleged debt and says their attorney is the one who will be taking care of the debt. The office is not a real attorney office and National Credit Systems is a third party with no rights to collect. 3-203. TRANSFER OF INSTRUMENT ; RIGHTS ACQUIRED BY TRANSFER. Primary tabs ( a ) An instrument is transferred when it is delivered by a person other than its issuer for the purpose of giving to the person receiving delivery the right to enforce the instrument. ( b ) Transfer of an instrument, whether or not the transfer is a negotiation, vests in the transferee any right of the transferor to enforce the instrument, including any right as a holder in due course, but the transferee can not acquire rights of a holder in due course by a transfer, directly or indirectly, from a holder in due course if the transferee engaged in fraud or illegality affecting the instrument. ( c ) Unless otherwise agreed, if an instrument is transferred for value and the transferee does not become a holder because of lack of indorsement by the transferor, the transferee has a specifically enforceable right to the unqualified indorsement of the transferor, but negotiation of the instrument does not occur until the indorsement is made. ( d ) If a transferor purports to transfer less than the entire instrument, negotiation of the instrument does not occur. The transferee obtains no rights under this Article and has only the rights of a partial assignee.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed a collection with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and National Credit Systems over an alleged debt. I disputed the alleged debt on XX/XX/2023 and as of today XX/XX/2023 I haven't heard from the credit bureaus or National Credit Systems. I have sent 2 round of dispute letters and have been purposely ignored. I requested the following validation of the debt : 1. Your lawful authority to collect without my consent or 2. A copy of the original contract between myself and the original creditor where I agreed to the assignment of the alleged debt ; with my ink signature 3. An original contract between me and National Credit Systems Inc with my wet signature 4. The original purchase agreement that shows I'm the legal owner of this alleged debt. Please include all the terms and conditions that are included in the purchase agreement. 5. An affidavit signed under penalty of perjury that your organization has not violated any portion of the FCRA and FDCPA. 6. A verified certificate of authority and proof that your company is licensed to collect debt in my state. Provide me with a license number and registered agent or agent of service.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX added debts to several previous tenenats and then immediately sold them to debt collector right before closing their entire company. I didnt find out for several months until it was on collections on my credit. The new property management company doesnt have information because XXXX never transfered their information to the new company. The debt collection agency had a person claiming to be an attorney not with the collection agency telling me that the property bought back the debt and hired him. This is untrue since he is an employee of the collection agency. I proved i do not owe this debt however there is no end in sight.

Consumer Complaint: I settled any debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX also known as XXXX XXXX XXXX, with on XX/XX/XXXX. There is a negotiated and signed court settlement of {$1900.00} agreed signed by me ( XXXX XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Tenant on the lease ) an XXXX XXXX Representative that attended the court hearing. As there was no clause added to signed agreement to send this matter to collection agency policy, I ask and pay for an one extra month to move my items, the XXXX XXXX Representative said I had to show I was moving out and I said I will have a XXXX truck on my last day of occupancy to show and pick up my furniture that was mine. I also ask that since the original lease will be terminated, I would not be liable for the condition the unit since I had only a month and half to move out and I did not an eviction place on my record after I left the property, the XXXX XXXX Representative agreed as long as the payments were made, we all so agreed that former occupants will not liable for the conditions of unit, due to time limit set by the XXXX XXXX XXXX to vacate the property. The mediator and XXXX as a witness. So, the terms were explained all parties by the judge to end the Lease on XX/XX/XXXX, and make the guaranteed payments on the dates required in the terms of the signed the agreement. As stated in the agreement, The XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed never file writ possession with the court as long as the certified funds where pay by the former occupants ( me and My brother ) and since the previous lease term and conditions were voided, and we ( occupants ) would not be liable for the condition of the unit since the move out day was XX/XX/XXXX as stated the signed agreement. I was shocked to learn months later when I applied to a new apartment at different complex that XXXX XXXX XXXX had placed my closed account in collection and violated signed agreement. I decided to start the process of discovery for lawsuit, and I had a paralegal assist me in contacting the court to get a copy of the Filed Signed agreement. While wait on that evidence, I pay extra charge for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to prove that I did not violate the signed agreement so I could get move in to place I had apply for early that month, unfortunately I had to pay an extra for deposit or lose my apartment. I received the result in XX/XX/XXXX which confirm that I have no eviction on my record, and it proved I had followed the court order agreement that I signed. I sent the results to XXXX XXXX XXXX via a certified mail, to ask them to remove the false collection and or I will be filing a lawsuit again them for filing a false claim and for breach of signed, the letter was refused and returned to me. Unfortunately, a few week after this my mother die and my father XXXX XXXX due to her lost and was now, he will have to retire due to XXXX of cause damage of his XXXX. I decided to pursue that lawsuit and give up my finishing college since now that I had false debt stopping would stop from applying for personal loan to help with my father care. It was not easy, and this false claim has caused me to miss many opportunities both professionally and financially.
