Consumer Complaint: Falsely Reported on Credit Buros for over 4 years, damaging our credit records & causing us harms since been denied place to rent, live, having to paid pretty much over 50 % of our income at locals Hotel since we move from XXXX to XXXX XXXX on a New Job trends. We paid our rent on time, every month, on vacating date a review the premisses an release us conforming site rules and regulations without any additional charges with the promise of forwarding the initial deposit to our new address, ( We got a copy of that Doc & Deposit Cashier Check copy ) We didn't received the deposit instead we received a charge for {$530.00} We have disagree with the new charges and a dispute all these years along it. We might provide throug all places lived before a Clean Renters Records, this company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, through deb collectors National Credit System Inc, have placed us in a very bad situation since reported credit buros because we have been denied a place to rent and live due this situation, we have been living in a hotel room for over a month so far, our belongins in a XXXX storage pending on clearing this situation.

Consumer Complaint: I am reaching out for what I believe is an invalid debt on my credit report since the court hasn't authorized the debt as valid yet. This eviction was filed last XX/XX/2022 and we're still waiting on the court hearing date. Therefore, it is still an open case. Additionally, this was garnered by a habitability issue and I best believe that the case will go in my favor. Please see attached files that support my side. However, I do understand that the case is still open and the outcome has not been determined yet. I have reached out multiple times to XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX but they wouldn't consider. I have not receive a response from the National Credit System. How were they able to determine that the " Collection '' should be on my credit report when the Eviction case is still ongoing, we don't have a hearing date yet and no judge has ruled or decided on who should be responsible for the said collection. The apartment has inhabitable for months. I have submitted a counterclaim on XXXX XXXX that they actually owe me since I was not able to stay in the apartment that I was renting out because it was inhabitable due to raw sewage seeping through the ceiling. I had to pay for hotel stays, etc. for me to be able to stay in a safe and comfortable place. I just dont believe its fair that it is already reflected in my credit report, affecting my credit score when the case is still open and we dont even have a hearing date.

In XXXX I moved to XXXX Ga for 5 years. National Credit Systems has a outstanding balance of {$5200.00} with XXXX at XXXX. I am listed as a guarantor for XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX after my application was denied for a rental property ( XX/XX/XXXXXXXX ) due to this debt., XXXX XXXX XXXX she did not use my Identification to obtain residency at the XXXX on XXXX. XXXX claims she used her mom XXXX XXXX information to obtain residency. I have also contacted XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX with National Credit Systems concerning this balance. I asked XXXX ( ext XXXX ) for more information or seek a settlement for the debtor ( XX/XX/XXXX ). XXXX claims she reached out to the debtor. XXXX is the company in charge of XXXX on XXXX. I contacted XXXX on XXXX Account recovery manager XXXX @ XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) returned my call. XXXX XXXX ( account recovery manager ) states XXXX does not have any collection on my name or records. I reached out to XXXX a 3rd time and she stated that XXXX contacted them via email confirming they don't hold any debts pertaining to my name. XXXX claims she is reaching out to the debtor to resolve my concerns ( would get back with me its been over 3 months ). However, XXXX ext XXXX has not returned my call concerning moving forward with information from the debtor. XXXX has not succeeded in helping me move forward, XXXX will not give me any information who hold the outstanding housing debt account, or who she reaching out to help resolve my concerns. I need help getting this resolved. I have tried to dispute this outstanding housing debt to establish residency for my family. We are currently homeless. Please help! I have explained my concerns to XXXX XXXX with National Credit Systems at Ext XXXX, however she has not been helpful at ALL! Today XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to see if she has heard back from the debtor and she says that she can not release me any information but will contact me soon as she does. One hour later XXXX calls me back and says she called back by accident. This is very upsetting because my lively hood is being held in the balance while XXXX XXXX seems to enjoy keeping me in XXXX, only demanding {$5200.00}. I asked XXXX if I can make a payment of {$50.00} until in can get This case in a court room to clear my name ) she replied thats such a small amount on such an outstanding debt! She will not accept a payment or an arrangement under {$3000.00}.

I did contact the property they referred me only to the collection agency. I spoke with collection agency and they could not provide me with the information also asked to send me proof of debt and identity theft information not received. however, the collection agency did inform me to submit the identity theft and to report back to them.

Consumer Complaint: Starting on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX is when they started calling me, and I've told them if they don't want to provide the information I requested then I would not be cooperating with them until said information was provided. The calls slowed, but now they have gotten more aggressive calling twice a day nearly once a week and constantly using new phone numbers to get around my blocking to fill up my inbox with numerous voice-mails of the same thing over and over again. It's been 4 months now and they refuse to cooperate or stop harassing me. It's extremely ridiculous to the point where I've contemplated paying the money to change my phone number. I am including a screenshot of the calls from just the last few weeks to show their constant calling and voice messages.
