Subissue: Debt is not yours
Consumer Complaint: I have sent an affidavit to the company National Credit System and have yet to hear back from this company. I have filed several disputes with XXXX and have not received why this is still on my credit report. This is a fraudulent account and does not belong to me. As I have explained several times my wallet was lost with my ID and my social security card inside. I have been trying for months to clear up the damage that this mishap has caused. XXXX /national credit system continue to not correct and removed this item from my report. I have done all that was asked of me from National Credit and they have not even responded back to me. XXXX continues to not remove or even explain why this is still on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I moved from an apartment complex by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. The housing complex absorbed my deposit which was around {$1400.00} and the debt was written off by the original creditor. I was contacted countless times by National Credit Systems Inc.the collection agency that I have to block them. I was surprised for them to still be able to call me just using another line of sorts. I was informed I could write a letter to have them cease communication with me in regards to the collection. I disputed the collection which in the amount of {$3000.00} with both the collection agency and the credit bureaus ( debt was opened listed XX/XX/XXXX ). I've written multiple dispute letters and none of the agencies can provide validation letters of the debt proving them amount owed or if it's even my debt. The collection agency forwarded me only a copy of a lease with what I assume are supposed to be my initials, but there isn't a clear signature. I keep asking for this debt to be closed and removed off all credit bureaus or renting database so that I can acquire housing, but they refuse stating the debt is valid even though they can not prove the debt and amount is even mine.

Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive notice of right to dispute
Consumer Complaint: Recently became aware of a derogatory item that has been reporting inaccurately on my credit report since XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I moved out of XXXX XXXX apartments after satisfying the requirements of my lease. I had signed a 12 month renewal that began on XX/XX/XXXX and expired XX/XX/XXXX. I lived there from XXXX until moving out in XXXX. Prior to leaving, I provided written notice as requested in the lease agreement, and also made sure that the apartment was left in a better condition than when I moved in. After cleaning the place top to bottom and taking pictures of each room, I left for good. It was only recently that I found out that National Credit Systems has a collections account for almost {$2600.00} that I was never made aware of under my rights of the FDCPA. I contacted them directly to dispute the debt and they sent me a copy of my lease along with an itemized claim of inaccurate damages. First and foremost, for over 4 years now they have inaccurately reported the creditor as " cross lakes apartments ''. On top of that, the claim is for 2 months of unpaid rent and late fees for the months of XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. My lease expired in XXXX! Why am I being harassed for 2 months of rent payments that I was no longer liable for? Third, all of the miscellaneous cleaning fees claiming damages outside of normal wear and tear are just a joke. I have photos to this day that show a complete different story. The bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen were all immaculate when I left and photographed them. Furthermore, I lived there for 5 years, and I know that the carpet is replaced after a tenancy of that long. Charging {$150.00} " carpet cleaning fee '' is absolutely ridiculous after I had paid a cleaner to come do it prior to leaving. On top of all of this, they had the audacity to add on a {$730.00} " collections fee ''. I asked why I was never provided written notification of the debt as required by federal law, or allowed the opportunity to dispute it before now. I was told by the representative that they " called and left messages ''. I asked what phone number they were calling and she gave me phone numbers that belonged to my relatives. She told me that they didn't have my address to send me written notice. I advised her that by law they are required by law to provide WRITTEN notification, as well as ensure the accuracy and validity of the debt being claimed in order to legally report to the credit bureaus. I reminded her again that they didn't even have the name of the original creditor correct that they have been reporting for nearly 5 years now, as well as attempting to collect debt that is not legally owed due to being outside the dates of my contract. I requested immediate deletion of this due to being in blatant violation of the FDCPA and being inaccurate and unverified, but the representative refused to comply. I have reported to the XXXX as well, and am preparing to exercise my legal rights to recover any damages to which I may be entitled.

Consumer Complaint: NCA is reporting an un-verified account on my credit reports. I have no knowledge of this company or alleged debt. i disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and it came back verified i have since then contacted the company and haven't received a response. This alleged account is 6 years old past the statue of limitations for my state of GA. NCA deleted the account between XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 Then re-inserted the account on XX/XX/2019 without me receiving any knowledge of it. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately.

When I moved out they said I owed for a washer and dryer, I had them move out their washer n dryer because I had my own. Only heard about it when had actually went to collections and than they would not provide with sufficient documentation said charges besides a sheet of paper that said " cleaning '' and " damages '' with no description. I finally get the ledger and there's a XXXX dollar charge for a washer and dryer. Consumer Complaint: This is an Apartment lease, not a Mortgage, but mortgage was similar to Apartment in the option box. This third party keep calling me about an alleged debt I have with them. I wrote them requesting the following documentation, so that I may settle any financial obligation I might lawfully owe : Validation of the alleged debt ( the actual accounting ) ; Verification of your claim against me ( either a sworn affidavit or a hand-signed invoice in accordance with The Bills of Exchange Act 1908, Section 23 ) ; & A copy of the contract signed by both parties and therefore binding both parties. They threatening to impugn my reputation by publishing derogatory Information about them on my credit report and now my credit is ruined. I was misinformed according to Contract Law & there was no Valuable Consideration given by all parties. P.s. this constitutes wire fraud, because they claim I owe a delinquent payment. I was contacted via telephone, by them requesting a payment.

Consumer Complaint: I rented a room in XXXX XXXX, now XXXX on XXXX XXXX, from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. When signing the lease, the apartment management did not require a security deposit. On XX/XX/XXXX, three months after I had moved out, my mother received an email from the management with an invoice for the following charges : {$73.00} for a coffee table, {$50.00} for a bedroom door, {$160.00} for a mattress, {$45.00} for bedroom/bathroom cleaning, and {$5.00} for an electrical overage, totaling {$340.00}. They claimed that they had notified me about these charges on XX/XX/XXXX via email and uncertified mail, neither of which I received. On XX/XX/XXXX we sent a letter via certified mail disputing the charges, and including check # XXXX for the electrical overage. The coffee table had been paid for by my roommate who had caused the damages. The bedroom door had already been paid for on XX/XX/XXXX by check # XXXX which they deposited on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not do any damage to the mattress or room other than normal wear and tear. I believe this error may be because I switched rooms with permission of the management, so they may be charging me for damage done to the old room by whoever moved in after me. On XX/XX/XXXX, the manager acknowledged via email that we paid the overage. This collections claim was added to my credit reports in XX/XX/XXXX for {$340.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I started receiving collections letters from National Credit Systems for {$330.00}. After getting in contact with them, we sent documentation to show that these were illegitimate and unwarranted charges. The most recent letter on XX/XX/XXXX says that they adjusted the balance and reset it to {$340.00}.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: To XXXX I am writing this message in regards to a letter i received a few weeks back. I wish to have a description of the procedure used to codetermine that the information your sent to me was valid. Looking at a computer screen does not make it valid that is a violation of my rights as a consumer. You have violated several things within the FCRA, FACTA and you have violated the procedure to factually through the dispute process by allowing a computer to dictate if an account is verified that is fraudulent. You've made a serious mistake by placing an account that doesn't belong to me on my consumer report. I received an alert as to the account being fraudulent due to several breaches. I have mention this time and time again that i am unaware of the debt with National Credit Systems. Also i have inquiries that i didn't authorized or never gave any consent to credit bureaus nor creditors. It can not be factual evidence when i didn't give anyone authority to view or touch my credit file without my authorization. What procedure was taken to insure that this inquiry belongs to me? Did a computer verification pre determine that as well? Now this a major problem and violations and you could be sent to jail for this by law. I've asked for original documents of the contract, and the procedure used to verify the accounts listed. I never received any actual original documents there for you must remove this accounts immediately. I will not fall victim by being a fool to the credit bureaus. An account can't be verified by a computer. It is impossible. I want to see original actual contract documents with my wet signature with that i owe a debt. I have been harassed by your company and creditors for something i have no clue about. I will be filing a lawsuit upon your reply and actions you take this get this matter resolved. I am a consumer that is aware of my rights and i have the right to dispute any accounts that are not mine. I didn't give anyone and rights to to add any account or view my credit report without my consent. That is breaking the law and i want compensation of {$1000.00} for each error that is listed on my credit report. I've sent in several certified letters dating back to a year ago. I am now dealing with a lawyer that realized the errors and mistakes that you've caused to my consumer report. I am requesting a listing of the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the people they contacted at your bank. I am also aware of XXXX v. XXXX XXXX XXXX., No. XXXX ( XXXX. XX/XX/1995 ). request that you respond to my letter in 14 days max within the time period i will following up on my credit file to ensure this matter is resolved within that time frame.
