Consumer Complaint: Company stated that this debt is no longer with their office but this debt is being verified by this same company on all three of my credit reports. If you no longer own the debt or have the debt in you office delete this debt from my credit report. You can not verify or keep reporting something that you have no access to any longer. Its unfair and against the law to keep doing so.

Consumer Complaint: I offered to make a payment and try to settle with the company to have this collection deleted from my credit report XXXX XXXX by mail. A week after sending the letter national credit systems contacted me and threatened to sue me and ruin my credit. A few days following an attorney from XXXX XXXX office called repeatedly and left several voicemails telling me good luck in court. I could never contact anyone back at the law firm. I would like for this to end and this collection to be deleted or settle for the amount I initially asked, delete from my credit report, and do not ever contact me again.

Consumer Complaint: I rented an apartment and lived there for approximately 5 years. When I moved out in XXXX of 2014, I did a walk through with the Manager, XXXX, at XXXX XXXX XXXX. She said everything looked great and I didnt owe anything. Now, six years later, Im applying for a mortgage and a debt from the apartment says I owe {$2000.00} for pet damages. I never had a pet. I called the apartment office and they said all of the records were taken by the previous management company. They gave me the name of XXXX XXXX who apparently ran the complex while I was there. The said the records were all left at the apartment. Finally, I called the collection agency and they told me to pay the debt and they would remove it from my records. I told him that I still had no written copy of why I owed money. I spoke with XXXX XXXX at National Credit Systems , Inc . He sent me a copy of an apartment move out checklist dated two and a half months after I moved out and not signed by me or the apartment manager. It says I owe {$2000.00} for pet damages. I never had a pet and my lease shows that. In addition, I have a witness who lived there at the time that said after we moved out, apartment employees lived there with pets. I have truly tried to resolve this.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX XX/XX/2020 National Credit Systems , Inc . XXXX : XXXX XXXX, Collection Representative XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XXXX : Account Number XXXX Dear XXXX XXXX, This is my second letter to National Credit Systems , Inc. concerning an obligation to XXXX XXXX XXXX. My previous letter was dated XX/XX/2020, and was sent to National Credit Systems , Inc. via United States Postal Service ( USPS ) certified mail with a return receipt requested. As of Thursday, XX/XX/2020, I have not received that return receipt. In my letter, dated XX/XX/2020, I expressed that the first written correspondence I have received concerning this obligation was the letter from National Credit Systems , Inc. dated XX/XX/2020. I specifically requested that National Credit Systems , Inc. provide verification that this obligation was factual by providing me with the following information, in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCA ) ( Section 1692g ) : Proof of my agreement to pay the original creditor ; A copy of the final account statement issued by the original creditor ; A breakdown of the total amount due, showing principal, interest, and other charges ; and For all other charges, the date of and basis for each charge. I also specifically stated that the debt should not be reported to the credit reporting agencies because I am disputing the obligation. Since I have not received neither the requested information nor any other written documentation from National Credit Systems Inc., I was dismayed to learn that this obligation has been reported to the credit reporting agencies since I am disputing the validity of it. Consequently, I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the state of Georgia Office of the Attorney General, the state of Georgia Department of Law Consumer Protection Division, the XXXX XXXX XXXX, and will be disputing the obligation with all three credit reporting agencies. I will reiterate that National Credit Systems , Inc. should contact me regarding this matter until the requested information is provided and the obligation verified. Thank you and be well. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX Cc : Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Federal Trade Commission State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division State of Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Division XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: As a young man with minor responsibilities I went into school to better my future. Like any young adult I was not financially stable and needed assistance to do so with a student loan. Fortunately, as I became a student I made the decision to get married to the love of my life and then came our beautiful two children. My responsibilities increased as my family depended on me. I had to divide my time to attending school, working a full time job and to spend time with my loved ones. Things were getting too stressful, so my time as a student has stretched out into part time student credits. Up until now, I still am a XXXX XXXX trying to tackle my tasks, one at a time. I was deceived by being told that I did not need to start paying off my student loans until after I graduated. I've contacted this company about my outstanding debt. I pleaded that they allow for a settlement or a payment plan in order to pay the large sum. It was denied. I am trying to purchase a home but unfortunately this is putting a strain on my credit report and is preventing me from doing so. This is effecting me from providing my family with a decent lifestyle. I wish there was a way we can come up with a resolution and dispute this enormous amount. The NTL Credit Systems has failed to provide me with a compromising settlement agreement.
