Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I filed and submitted a FTC report to XXXX Credit Reporting Agency ( via certified mail - they received notice on the XX/XX/XXXX ) regarding creditor : National Credit Systems that appears on my credit report in which there's a balance of {$5800.00}. They have failed to adhere to the Fair Credit Report Act. By not removing this creditor. The initial dispute regarding this creditor began in XXXX of XXXX. This is my second complaint even with the CPFB. Please Help. This has been completely Unfair to me and my family. P.S I have intention on filing legal proceedings against XXXX and National Credit Systems, pending the outcome of this complaint.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I signed an addendum to a rent agreement that legally removed my name from the lease. The staying tenant also signed, agreeing to take ownership and responsibility of any charges on the account. I was forced to move out due to XXXX in the household and a XXXX XXXXXXXX order against the staying tenant. Due to the XXXX, the landlord and leasing agency were not allowed to hold me responsible for the charges, and they had a copy of the XXXX provided to them for proof. Also, a copy of the signed addendum removing my name and clearing me of the responsibilities. Now my credit statement shows a collections account from the landlord trying to make me pay {$4000.00} on an account that is not legally my responsibility. I tried to dispute the charge several times but the customer disagrees, being the landlord wants to make me pay the charges. I would like for this to be removed as it is not my account to pay for.

The statue of limitation in the state of Florida is 5 years for debt collection they failed to identify themselves with license to collect in the state of Florida and they refuse to provide proof of signature and ownership of the debt. They violated the XXXXederal Credit Right Commisions Act prohibitions.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM has yet to send supporting documents bearing my signature. I attempted to contact the company again via certified mail that was signed and delivered on XX/XX/2020 ; no response. Consumer Complaint: Hello I was a victim of fraud and several accounts were opened in my name. They just so happen to be medical bills, hospital bills and phone bills. I have submitted these documents to the collection agency and the credit bureaus. Both have continued reporting the fraud accounts on my reports. The collection agencies have refused to provide proof and continue to harass me by continue to report false information on my credit report. Please looking into this and I will provide documents and the list of collection agencies who continues to do this.
