Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Was not notified of investigation status or results
Consumer Complaint: It was communicated to me to reach out to each individual agency to expedite the removal. As of the date of this letter, it has been over sixty days with no compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681 ) enacted by the United States Congress. By their findings, it is now my legal right to have these accounts and inquiries ( FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681n ) removed. I understand the individual in receipt of this letter is most likely not an attorney. Therefore, I have attached the laws and definitions to educate any person of my legal rights in the United States of America. I appreciate you understanding how this adversely effects me and is in violation of my rights. Thank you for helping me take this federal matter seriously!

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported that I owe {$1100.00} with the listed account number as XXXX under my social security number. I have made 3 attempts to login to the National Credit systems website to both verify the debt and pay it. I have emailed the company with the issue that the website does not recognize my social security number, the account number the debt is reported under or the " exact amount owed '' listed on their web portal. The Original creditor listed is XXXX XXXX Apartments ; however the amount listed in my credit report does not match up to any communications by email or otherwise received from them. All communication needs to be via email for legal records purposes and ease of communication. I am located in XXXX and reasonable contact hours are not available from National credit systems. They have my email as I have emailed them multiple times.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX as a consumer, I filed a rental application with XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ga. The application fee of {$150.00} was paid in full. I never moved in the apartment. In XX/XX/XXXX a collections account appeared on my credit report from National Credit Systems representing XXXX XXXX. As a consumer, I was in the process of finalizing a mortgage loan and a career advancement opportunity with an executive search firm. Due to the gross negligence of National Credit Systems and XXXX Apartments, my immediate credit score plummeted in excess of 100 points in mid review. It irreparably damaged my relationship with the financial institution and caused professional embarrassment with the executive search firm. My credibility was assailed. I contacted National Credit Systems and asked them to remove the collections report due to the gross error on their part after providing them with proof of their error. They refused to remove the derogatory entry from my report.

Consumer Complaint: I signed an apartment lease with my parents from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. My parents passed away in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX. I moved out on the last day of the lease. XXXX XXXX XXXX said I didn't owe money. However a collection debt in all joint names was sent to Nat'l Credit Systems acct no XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX for {$5000.00} from XXXX XXXX to reporting agency. I called them sent in the lease and death certificates for my parents. A property I applied at denied me residency due to this report. I disputed it through 3 bureau 's. The XXXX XXXX property I applied at denied my application before the dispute was announced. Which is still pending. I wasted {$100.00} app fee and a lot of time and was treated poorly for a clerical error. XXXX XXXX XXXX even went as far to not give me the application refund and told me even though my parents died and we were all clearly out the XXXX XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX that I also absorbed their debt portion. Now I'm living in a hotel. Hopeless.
