Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 I've been reaching out to this company to remove the alleged debt from my consumer report. While I'm in the process of reaching out to the company they never gave me any supporting documents nor written authorization that I started the debt. Every time I try to communicate with this company to dispute the debt they send me price reduction. The company National credit systems keeps sending me reduce prices of the debt instead complying with my request or showing me proof of the debt. I had the same account on my XXXX and it's still reporting to the other XXXX consumer agencies.

Consumer Complaint: I have been reaching out to National Credit Systems , Inc . XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX Email : XXXX Using the Toll-Free number the week of XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022 I have attempting to call to potentially work an arrangement to pay this debt I supposedly owe to get it off my credit ( even thought XXXX shows it as included in my chapter XXXX XXXX ). I spoke with the operator and she states that only XXXX XXXX can help me and she is out to lunch and nobody else can assist me with paying. Furthermore, she was supposed to transfer me to her voicemail and the line just died. I called back and XXXX XXXX 's direct extension of " 132 '' same result, no answer just dead line. I then tried to reach here my the dial by name feature their IVR service has, again, no luck. So, it doesn't seem very fair. Rather abusive and deceptive to me that I can just call to get this figured out - yet nobody is available to assist me? Clearly in business hours- I am calling around XXXX - XXXX. So, apparently they must not want to collect this debt, therefore they should just dismiss this and remove it from my credit bureau as it shouldn't even show as I owe on it on my XXXX and XXXX- like XXXX shows, it was included in chapter XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I was taken to Landlord Tenant court ; by XXXX XXXX I made an agreement to pay XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and Attorneys ' fees. I made all payments by XX/XX/XXXX except {$500.00} attorneys. I lost my job in XXXX. Which lead me to become behind in rent moved out in XX/XX/XXXX. When I moved out, I was in arrears {$4900.00}. For XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and partial XXXX. My security deposits were {$1400.00}. I did not receive it back which was understandable under the circumstances. XX/XX/XXXX, I received correspondence from National Credit Systems stating I owed {$5200.00} to XXXX XXXX for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX. Furthermore, National Credit Systems is collecting on XXXX behalf. I submitted supporting documents that those payments were made, and that security deposit was not deducted and that the amounts reported is inaccurate for two reasons. One, the months are not correct please request payment history from wincoram. Two, security deposit was not deducted. To no avail even with documentation National Credit refuses to update the account so I can make payments and with the credit agencies. I did not go into contract with national credit, nor did I accept the debit. Please assist me as to what I should do.
