( Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange ) Report. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted a request for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my SECOND REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted Complaint # XXXX with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau XXXX CFPB ) which details LexisNexis refusal to provide me with my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. LexisNexis response to the CFPB dated XX/XX/2023, failed to address my request for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA in any way. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my THIRD REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my FOURTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my FIFTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my SIXTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my SEVENTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my EIGHTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my NINTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my TENTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted Complaint # XXXX with the ( CFPB ) which details LexisNexis refusal XXXX provide me with my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, in response to my CFPB Complaint, LexisNexis provided a letter addressed to the CFPB which was, in the kindest of terms, another nonsensical mess. In their letter, LexisNexis states : RE : Request for File : On XX/XX/2023, LexisNexis mailed a copy of his file to XXXX XXXX for his review. LexisNexis intentionally misled the CFPB by failing to identify the exact report and/or file that they claim to have forwarded for my review. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted an ELEVENTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted my TWELFTH REQUEST for my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted Complaint # XXXX with the ( CFPB ) which details LexisNexis refusal XXXX provide me with my C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. On XX/XX/2023, in response to my CFPB Complaint, LexisNexis provided a letter, Consumer Number XXXX, ( See attached Supporting Document # XXXX ) addressed to the CFPB which was, in the kindest of terms, another nonsensical mess. In their letter, LexisNexis XXXX : This correspondence is in response to the complaint LexisNexis Risk Solutions XXXX ( LexisNexis ) received from your office on XX/XX/2023 on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX, in which XXXX XXXX is requesting a copy of his file. ... In response to XXXX XXXX complaint filed with your office, on XX/XX/2023, LexisNexis mailed a copy of his LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report to XXXX XXXX directly for his review. As of the date of this communication, LexisNexis is STILL refusing to provide me with the requested C.L.U.E Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA. Once again, LexisNexis sent a copy of my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report, NOT a copy of my XXXX XXXX ( Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange ) Report with COMPLETE SOURCE DATA as I have now requested XXXX TIMES!! Seriously, how hard is it to send a copy of the report that I actually requested?

So my Daughter put me on her inchurance through XXXX. They go through a company called XXXX XXXX who has the accident at fault. I don't know where they get their information but I called them to dispute and they would not help me I have the report from XXXX saying I'm not at fault and I just want to clear all this up thank you. Consumer Complaint: This is the 2nd attempt to get this issue resolved and LexisNexis keeps stalling by saying that they can't verify my identity, which is false because I provide that proof within each letter sent or they respond to a problem that has nothing to do with my complaint. From the 1st Complaint- XX/XX/23 Sent LexisNexis a letter asking how they verified a bankruptcy on my consumer report. XX/XX/23 LexisNexis received the letter XX/XX/23 Received letter from LexisNexis stating that they researched with XXXX but did not verify with XXXX XX/XX/23 Contacted Pacer to inquire if they verified the information for LexisNexis XX/XX/23 Received email stating that XXXX provides access but does not verify for LexisNexis XX/XX/23 Sent a 2nd letter to LexisNexis requesting removal of the bankruptcy on my consumer report as they did not receive verification from Pacer and therefore the information was not legally validated and requested an updated consumer report XX/XX/23 LexisNexis received the 2nd letter Never heard anything back from LexisNexis XX/XX/23 Sent LexisNexis a 3rd letter requesting removal of the bankruptcy on my consumer report as they did not receive verification from XXXX and therefore the information was not legally validated and requested an updated consumer report XX/XX/23 LexisNexis received the 3rd letter The response was that they could not verify my identity, which again is false as it's clearly shown in the letter attached. I then sent a follow-up letter to again verify my identity and request that they remove the item that they did not legally validate and their response has absolutely nothing to do with my request. They are using these stall tactics to avoid doing what they are legally required to act upon.

Inaccurate Public Record : There is a public record listed under the name " XXXX, XXXX. '' This name is not the correct spelling of my name, and the information associated with this record is inaccurate. I have called them multiple times and gave them updated info only to be told that the information never updated after I was told that it was and then they said supposedly the only way to update my old information to current information is to pay the old balances I owe, which frankly I don't understand. Does the system open up after I pay old outdated balances that magically allows them to update info?? The information reporting to LexisNexis is stemming from this company. Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis was asked to provide proof of documentation of my Bankruptcy file that their reporting to XXXX as being verified. I sent this letter out as of XX/XX/XXXX. As XX/XX/XXXX I have received the response from XXXX stating and I " Quote '' You are requesting to have the disputed items corrected or deleted from your report. At your request to conduct a reinvestigation, we contacted the public record vendor and asked them to verify the accuracy of the information with which you disagree. They responded and verified that the disputed information was accurate as reported. The result summary was sent to you for review on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Now I've reached out to the Bankruptcy Court house and in my the letter and they clearly states that and I " Quote '' they said ( other than a response to a specific request like the one you have made, the Court does not send files, or otherwise provide any information about any debtor to anyone! ) end " Quote ''. I'm the debtor and the courts clearly stated they don't share any information with anyone not XXXX, XXXX, XXXX or third parties period. So how can LexisNexis verify this information? IT IS CLEAR THEY DO NOT REPORT TO YOU OR ANY CREDIT BUREAU FOR THAT MATTER THEREFORE, YOU INTTIAL RESPONSE VERIFYING THE ITME WITH THE COURTS WAS EITHER AN ERROR OR A LIE. EITHER WAY, THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 16811 ). AND THE INFORMATION MUST BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY. 1. 15 U.S.C 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) Infringed Upon a Consumers right to privacy 2. 15 U.S.C 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) No Permissible purpose/ No written instruction I WILL FILE THIS AS FRAUDULENT WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. you have bluntly lied and confirmed this has been verified by a phone call but no proof!
