Consumer Complaint: I tried to increase my credit limit on my XXXX XXXX XXXX Card ( with Chase ) multiple times but it has been denied almost every time. They gave a very awfully low credit line of {$1000.00} on my card. Because of this credit limit, I couldnt even buy my favourite products from XXXX during the XXXX XXXX XXXX Sale ( XXXX XXXX ). It is an irony that I can not use my XXXX XXXX card on XXXX days to buy products off XXXX. This credit limit is the least of any credit cards I have and Chase wont increase for some non-concrete reasons. They dont even try to listen to customers perspective and just keep denying extra line of credit. My monthly income is three times more than Chases credit limit. It is that meagre. I believe that Chase treats me unfairly and is discriminating me.

This bank doesn't care about their customer and they only want the money. Charging fees whenever they want to. This is ridiculous! No consideration at all. Also they haven't fixed my previous issue about my credit card limit increase which is an unfair practice considering I've done everything they told me to be eligible for the increase.

Consumer Complaint: I had my graduation party XX/XX/2023 and received graduation checks. When I tried to deposit the check I forgot to write my name on one of them so Chase Bank restricted my bank account around the beginning on XXXX. They told me they had to verify the checks but refused to contact the correct numbers for those people that gave me the check. The money has been taken out of their account and chase is holding on to the money and refusing to release the funds. They are saying that THEY have to call the numbers that are attached to whatever address is attached to checks even though those number do not work. Also they refuse to receive verification when they go into the bank face to face. So they are holding on to {$300.00} they refuse to release. I tried multiple times to go into the bank and they dont do anything and when calling over the phone they dont do anything either. This is illegal.

I have A1 credit there is noway my interest should be 28 %. No one can explain anything and when I request a immediate review of my account the customer representative and next level management cant be of assistance either. They a intentionally being vague with information pertaining to my account .I want them to be transparent with my account. And I want my account to be reviewed for a lower interest rate

I was informed that I could receive up to three credit cards offering different benefits. I decided to come into the branch and complete the proceed the application. After the submission I was denied, per Equal opportunity credit act : This Act ( Title XXXX of the Consumer Credit Protection Act ) prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, XXXX, religion, national origin, XXXX, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, or good faith exercise of any rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Also, 15 USC 1602 ( p ) The term unauthorized use, as used in section 1643 of this title, means a use of a credit card by a person other than the cardholder who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use and from which the cardholder receives no benefit. I am demanding correction of the application status from denied to approval with the credit limit of {$50000.00}.
