Consumer Complaint: Over the course of the dates ranging from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, I have had a series of fraudulent ACH debits to my Chase Business Checking account. This began with a dozen very small charges for less than a dollar starting XXXX XXXX XXXX2. I brought this to my banks attention that same month and since the small charges were reimbursed they were not concerned. I do not use this account often since it is a secondary business account for me. It has only come to my attention on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that there were in fact many fraudulent ACH charges that went through over time. I filed a fraud claim the next day. Chase refuses to refund all of the amounts. I spoke with the fraud department again today. They claim that they are only liable for 30 days and place the blame on me for not catching it earlier. I find that ridiculous since they control the security of my account. I don't use checks with this account, so can't conceive of how my account and routing info got out into the world. I've been a Chase bank member for close to 20 years and have move quite a bit through my accounts over time and have never filed any sort of claim before. I find the handling of my case to be despicable. The charges in question are as follows: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Chase responded by reimbursing only the following charges: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Hi, let me briefly explain my situation. Back in the month of XXXX, I got involved in this app called XXXX, I'm sure most people heard of this by now. Essentially, if you get new app referals, it counts towards winning big items like switches that were legit and everything. I was involved in this XXXX XXXX server for a while and they had this system of verified sellers that would sell referals for people to complete their game. This one specific seller called XXXX sold new app referals and sold quite a few for some time and got the trusted seller role as he built his reputation. Eventually he started offering referal sales for a XXXX XXXX to which dozens of people bought because he was trusted. I paid this guy {$120.00} through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and he ghosted everyone who paid within a few days. I waited 2 days and I realized he left with my money and learned that others were scammed as well. I also reached out to XXXX who only gave robotic responses as well as those online who had similar situations with XXXX. I filed a chargeback with my bank Chase and gave sufficient evidence in a PDF file that I was scammed as well as others and I did not receive my goods and services specifically. I was confident I would win the chargeback due this story I saw. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I also learned from another person who was scammed on the PDF file, that she got her money back of {$150.00} with her bank XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Chase contacted me for more information to which I specified I never receieved the referals that XXXX was selling, and I was just notified XX/XX/XXXX that my claim was denied, and their reasoning was because XXXX refused the claim and that there was nothing they could do.

Consumer Complaint: JP Morgan Chase is committing theft. They took {$80.00} from me in the form of unauthorized duplicate payments and XXXX money transfers and refuse to refund me. They told me I " might '' get my money back but no guarantee. I spoke to 7 people and all of them told me the same thing, then they refused to give me any kind of documentation or report about this claim. They are thieves and incredibly corrupt. I am pulling all of my money out of Chase and closing my account permanently but have to wait 10 days until they " decide '' whether or not I deserve my money back that THEY stole from me. Then, when my friend tried to send me money, they told me they are withholding my transfer. Chase refused to look into it and said HE has to call, even though the money left his account and his representatives ( also at Chase ) said I have to call. So we are just going round and round with no resolution. One of the " supervisors '' even hungup on me.

Consumer Complaint: Long story short, I disputed 2 transactions because the service was not provided and for 1 I received the refund and the other one I didn't, my bank communicated incorrectly the issue with the second transaction and now the merchant says it's too late to dispute the transaction, this is clearly a communication issue from my bank and they have to fix it somehow, I provided evidence about my flight reservation cancelled on XX/XX/XXXX by the airline without a clear reason, I struggled so much to get a hold of them that I decided to engage my bank for help, they successfully communicated the issue for XXXX transaction, but they failed to do it for the second one. Please help me this has been the worst experience that I've had.

Consumer Complaint: I was booking a hotel through the Chase app. The app crashed and charged my account the full amount without a notification. I waited several minutes for an email or for the charge to appear on my account. It did not. I then tried again and this time was able to submit while also selecting " DO NOT USE POINTS. '' After this transaction was submitted, I received an email for the first transaction attempt and the second ( in the same minute ). The app essentially double booked ( duplicate charge ) and used points for both purchases which was not selected by me the user. I called Chase directly and was redirected 5 times. The last person I spoke to told me I needed to call back to verify the " vender '' would approve the refund. I told them it was not my responsibility as they illegally charged me. They said they would call back and they have not. Additionally, the last person said they were going to transfer me to another person to dispute both charges all together. Once I was transfer 'd I was hung up on. Chase bank is avoiding me when trying to dispute their criminal charges against me. What they did goes against their terms and conditions as well as criminal law for fraudulent charges. They have not rectified the situation.

Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have 4 bank accouts, 2 car loans,3 credit cards, and an investment account with Chase so I am not a new customer.Over the last several months I have been XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and charging my clients credit card through J.P. Morgan Chase card processing to go into my business checking. All those numerous charges for this client have been in large amounts close to {$25000.00}, several were in consecutive days, all went through and were funded right away. On XX/XX/XXXX, after installing the delivery of all the furniture, because there is a {$25000.00} limit per transaction I ran a charge for {$25000.00}, and a second charge for {$24000.00} and the 2 transactions totaled the amount owed. I was scheduled to leave for the furniture market in XXXX on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX, and on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX at night an email was sent to my husbands address ( which has never been given to Chase ) that WEPAY was holding the deposits and they wanted verification. Well you can't talk to anyone there, so the morning of the XXXX we went to the bank and met with XXXX and she called " XXXX XXXX '' and was told that they were stopped because we put through 2 charges, and we were only allowed 1 {$25000.00} charge a week. First I was NEVER told that, and second, several of the charges went throught before in the same week to this very same client. So while there I sent in the 2 invoices and a ledger sheet for the client, and she told XXXX that the 1st deposit would be approved and would fund at XXXX on the XXXX. So I drove to XXXX 2 hours late, thinking it was solved. Well it DID NOT deposit on the XXXX, and nobody even had the courtesy to inform us, so we called XXXX and the branch manager, and they said they could do nothing, and I should call the supervisor at XXXX XXXX This was a conversation out of the twilight zone. After putting me on hold for 20 minutes he comes back and says that they reviewed the 2nd dposit and approved it and it would fund to my account at XXXX on the XXXX and that he had no idea when they would review the 1st dposit or when it would fund. Excuse me... I asked him, please explain WHY WOULD THEY REVIEW THE 2ND DEPOSIT FIRST??? And why woul n't they go ahead and deposit it because I was entitled to XXXXne deposit the first week instead of holding it for another week. His explaation was that it made sense because they could do it that way if they wanted. WAS that justification???????? So I said that it made no sense and that he was a supervisor and he should have the authority to fix something if it wasn't handled properly. He said he didn't have that authority ... ... what is the title " supervisor '' just a joke? That's waht a supervisor does so I asked to speak to someone over him, and he said he was it ... .nobody with more authority. Oh and he said he had to protect himself from me. He was worried that he had to protect himself from a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who has multiple accounts with the bank, a credit score 0f XXXX, and who had put trough {$100000.00} worth of charges on the last 6 months mostly from this client. Well he lied, nothing funded on the XXXX, and we are now at the XXXX, not XXXX XXXX went into my account, no communication from anyone at the bank, or WEPAY, or XXXX XXXX ... ... just silence, except a notification that my account was overdrawn, because I had written checks to vendors that would have cleared if the money was in my account that was supposed to be in my account. And this is what is REALLY TAKING PLACEXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX got caught scamming people by double charging fees and overdrafts etc, but Chase is scamming their customers in a much more subversive and sneaky way ... ... ..they are targeting large credit card deposits for review and holding the money that has already been funded to the bank and they are earning the interest on it instead of the customer, and yes it isn't a significant amount if it's just one deposit of {$50000.00}, but if they are doing this to hundreds of customers across hundreds of locations, well XXXX always said nickels make dollars! They have almost {$50000.00} of money I worked hard for over a year to earn, and they are keeping it with no regard to what significant harm they have done ... ... I wasted 5 days in XXXX because I couldn't place orders and conduct business with my account being compromised by the bank, They have shown a complete disregard for my business, for my personal well being, and have failed to show even the slightest logical reason for holding those funds.
