Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX a charity company with the IRS, so I thought told me to invest in money and theyll pay me back a certain amount back.They said that if I didnt pay them back that I would got to jail and their company would be sued if I didnt pay them, this went on for 2 days.All the money was sent through XXXX and XXXX XXXX to different numbers they claim they were banking managers reviewing the transactions.I started to get scared and stopped sending money all the money I had for XXXX XXXX ( {$6000.00} ) .So on XXXX XXXX I went to my back to report the fraud and that I had been scammed they still have my account on locked but when I was talking to their office manager he said that it was my fault and that my money wasnt going to be refunded back.I told them why and they just proceeded to say that it was my fault for believing them, I continued to tell them that they claimed that they were a charity organization working for the IRS.They made a claim just in case and I have a claim number they told me theyll do the claim but my money isnt going to be refunded to me.I still have my account is locked since they have the 10 business day investigation in my transactions but Im just scared that if I wait till they are done with that that my money wont be refunded back to me.Can you please help me get my money back I have all the scammers phone numbers used and email.I start school on XXXX XXXX and that was the money I was going to use. I have made a report to the federal trade commission as well. Thank you

The credit card providers indicated that the updates on the card balances were sent to the 3 credit reporting agencies however, my card balances haven't been updated and I need my report to reflect a lower credit utilization since I am applying for a mortgage. The delay in updating my balance is also delaying my ability to apply for a new mortgage. If I were 30-day late on any credit card payment, the 3 credit reporting agencies would've immediately update my credit report. I am requesting that the credit card balance on 5 credit cards be updated to reflect the lower amount which will increase my credit score..

Consumer Complaint: This mortgage was moved from XXXX XXXX ( old account at XXXX XXXX ) to Chase ( letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating new account number is XXXX ) effective XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried to log in online on XXXX, but was unable to as it was stating the account was not yet active. I called yesterday ( XXXX ) and was told that my mortgage was not active yet and would not be until around XX/XX/XXXX. With XXXX, I historically paid at the beginning of each month and paid more than the balance due - Chase can not take a payment from me until the mortgage is moved, however, I am being charged interest. I believe this is unfair to be charged interest on a mortgage that I am trying to make a payment on for the additional 7 days between XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Chase allowed a debit card transaction in XXXX from a gas station that was never authorized and would not reverse the charges or help me get the money back from the merchant. I disputed the charge and challenged the charge with no resolution from Chase Bank. The bank is telling me I need to contact the merchant in a foreign country to seek restitution of unauthorized charges. The bank would not do anything also because they wanted me to provide documentation to support fraud, when I asked examples of documents they would not give me any. The charge was fraud and I did not authorize {$450.00} to be charged nor was any service or items rendered to me from this merchant. After researching my situation I found many cases of others getting this scam/fraud. I need help in getting these funds back to my account.

Consumer Complaint: In the middle of XXXX I requested to update my XXXX name on WePay, which is a third party payment provider for my XXXX website. I prematurely did so because I was unaware that I had to send in the approved documents from the state to the IRS. Once I realized this, I went back into WePay, requesting to change back to my original business name so that they can release over {$25000.00} of my sales that they have been withholding since XX/XX/XXXX. There is no direct customer service - So Ive got a escalation number and have been talking with someone but they have to email back and forth with the trust and safety team. I uploaded all the proper documentation that matches the information was previously registered under. We have using WePay since XXXX & they have sent over {$1.00} XXXX dollars in sales since then. Now they keep resetting my information and will not accept or verify my documents & There is no one I can talk to directly that can tell me what the real issue is. My business is on the verge of collapse. I could not process payroll this week, I had to tell my staff that we can work next week & Ive had to tell all my suppliers to not cash any checks. I cant do anything, Im basically about to lose a XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX due to poor customer service and direct answers from WePay. Ive gone to bank branches, Ive talked to everyone I possibly could and have sent in countless emails with all the documentation & information needed for them to release my funds and due to their incompetence they are still holding all my money & keep resetting my business information instead of reviewing it and approving it like it has been for the past 3 years.

I immediately requested XXXX to delete these unauthorized in app purchases from the ipad and to refund me. XXXX then refused to reverse these charges after multiple requests and attempts, from around XX/XX/2023 to XX/XX/2023, they said to take it up with the credit card company. I called and submitted a dispute of unauthorized charges for unauthorized purchases over the phone with my XXXX card company around XX/XX/2023. They reversed XXXX of the XXXX charges for XXXXXXXX from XX/XX/2023. But refused to reverse the other XXXX charges. I then submitted a second request to the credit card company in writing to dispute these unauthorized charges around XX/XX/2023. The XXXX card company sent a message that said they would review this and then they sent me a letter dated XX/XX/2023 indicating that they reversed XXXX of the XXXX unauthorized charges but will not reverse the other XXXX of the XXXX unauthorized charges. I am formally writing to file a complaint against Chase credit card company for allowing unauthorized charges to my XXXX card and then refusing to remedy the unauthorized charges.

Consumer Complaint: I was at a bachelor party in XXXX XXXX, LA. My phone was stolen while it was unlocked. The thieves withdrew money through my debit card and paid themselves through XXXX. I immediately disputed these charges with all credit cards, debit cards, and financial institutions/third parties. XXXX told me there was nothing they could do. I reported the fraudulent unauthorized charges to Chase. They issued me a refund while they investigated. I just got the results from their investigation. They are going to take back the credits that they sent me because they said that I authorized these charges. I asked them for information about how they came to this decision. They sent me the transaction logs showing the 14 transactions within 5 minutes. I asked them how they decided this when this obviously was not me. They mentioned transactions I made in XXXX and XXXX of this year as proof that I authorized the charges. I do not believe I should be responsible for someone basically stealing my identity and taking my money.
