Consumer Complaint: We contacted Chase Bank XXXX, whereas the Chase bank Representative advised us that they added the Assignment of Mortgage in Error, we even went XXXX way on phone call with Select Portfolio Servicing and Chase Bank, advising them that Chase Bank made in error and that Select Portfolio Servicing need to issue a Correction to get the Assignment of Mortgage ( removed ), they still refuse to make correction and then XXXX used the Fraudulent document to peruse a Foreclosure and get a Sale Date. We brought in the documents to Chase Bank twice ( XXXX and XXXX ) so they could give to their research department, they acknowledge they received XXXX, and advise they would have resolution by XXXX, Chase then sent us a Letter telling us they are not the Noteholder or Investor and it is XXXX who is our Noteholder, and that because they sold the Servicing rights to Select Portfolio Servicing, they were unable to issue Correction of Assignment of Mortgage, now the Servicing company XXXX refuse to issue XXXXrrection of Assignment of Mortgage, we then asked Chase several times for Documents showing when and where they sent our document to XXXX, still no response from Chase now there Executive Office refuse to take our calls, we then sent emails asking Chase Bank to give us a document showing that they added the Assignment of Mortgage in Error, still no response.

I called Chase TEXT Department and they tell me that day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they did not send me any text message. I never use wire transfer before and I don't pay rent because I owned my own house. Consumer Complaint: I believe I have reported before to XXXX and Chase this matter. I have a monthly charge from XXXX XXXX on XXXX of every month. We, my son and I, do not remember at all what it is. If it is my son 's game, I must have cancelled ; even though I believe he has used only free games. When I filed before, I checked XXXX XXXX. store and subscription, and I found I did not any subscription. Since I wondered again that there was another charge of this company, I tried to check XXXX again ; somehow, I could not get the authorization verification since I did not remember the password. Still, I could not open XXXX subscription site. Therefore, I have decided to check Chase itself and started the dispute. I realize every month the names of merchant type and category were different along with company name ; it called itself XXXX XXXX or just XXXX. It describes itself 'computer programming and design services, ' 'digital gemes, ' 'Cable and paid television services, ' and 'computer software store ' for its merchant type. And it calls itself 'professional services, ' 'entertainment, ' 'bill & utilities, ' and 'shopping ' for category. Since I do not remember what is this charge and company, I can not guess at all what is this company, whether it relates with XXXX XXXX ' and why I have charged this company about {$11.00} for years. I can not say at all how long I was charged, since the record of Chase starts from XXXX of XXXX. I tried to dispute all monthly charges, but I could not.

Consumer Complaint: Over 2 years ago, Chase closed my account after I received a XXXX ( Not a loan ) for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. After this, Chase asked for proof that I owned the business and that the XXXX money should have been sent to me. I provided this information via email to the Chase Executive team. Chased claimed that they are going to " send the money back to the government '' To this date, Chase has not done so. We are in XX/XX/2023. Chase has kept this money for over 2 years. I hired an asset forfeiture attorney to reach out to the government agencies that seize money. I have received letters back from the secret service that they never received any money from Chase and that there are no criminal cases against me. I, through another attorney received notice that Chase still has the money. I assume they are earning interest on this money. The government went through an extensive confirmation process before they gave my company this XXXX. Chase is and was trying to get the Secret service or FBI to make a case against me, so they could seize my money. They have not done so, because there is no crime committed. Chase has done this exact action to multiple XXXX recipients. The CFPB needs to start an investigation of all moneys unlawfully held by Chase. They need to look into all of the accounts that Chase has closed, without cause, but more importantly, why Chase is unjustly enriching themselves with money that was supposed to be used to make small independent business owners recover from the Covid pandemic. My business is a sole XXXX. The CFPB went after XXXX XXXX XXXX, for similar activity. Why is the CFPB allowing Chase to hold onto money, unlawfully for 2 years. Attached is the statement from the secret service that they do not and have not ever had money related to me. Also.. Do not let them lie and state that they never received the documentation, regarding the XXXX, because they did. They even confirmed receipt, via email. I attached that too as well as the approval email and application. But regardless, this is irrelevant as it has been 2 years. This is theft!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I deposited a check { {$37000.00} } to my account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with JP Morgan Chase Bank. They placed a hold on my check and closed my account. Chase representative informed me that they need to verify the check with the issuer before the fund can be made available. Actions taken to support the verification process through the years : Contact information of issuer is provided but not accepted by Chase as they were unable to verify it. Efforts to authenticate the contact information with XXXX XXXX XXXX billing, social media information, and power of attorney with contact details were also rejected. The presence of an attorney acting on behalf of the issuer is not accepted. As advised by the banker in branch, issuer has sent an attorney with Notarized Power of Attorney to present original ID to branch for verification purpose. Legal department of Chase has acknowledged the legitimacy of the POA yet commented POA should be in place before the check issue date, which is mission impossible. How come the issuer knows that an attorney is even needed at first place. And the request is confusing as the attorney is assigned to make presence on issuers behalf to verify information, not signing the check to make the check valid. Chase has called issuers bank ( XXXX XXXX ) and confirmed the validity and legitimacy of the check. After all, Chase refuse to release the check. Request to Chase : ( 1 ) Make the verification process work. With all my hard work through the years to make issuer support on the process, it seems only a contact information in bank 's verification system or personal presence in branch could work. How comprehensive is the verification system that Chase should ignore all other information not in its system? If that is the case, I think I need to be informed at first place that DO NOT DEPOSIT A CHECK if issuer is not in Chases verification system or able to present in the branch. ( The issuer is currently XXXX XXXX and has XXXX XXXX to XXXX babies in recent years. Considering her current circumstances, requiring her to leave her kids and travel to the United States is not reasonable. And I do see the process reflect a poor service level to clients. ) ( 2 ) If Chase can not cash the check, refund the check to the issuer. With all the intention from both me and issuer to cooperate the verification, if Chase can still not release the check, at least refund the check to the issuer. The fund should not be stuck in the middle forever. Chase mentioned they can return the check if XXXX XXXX ( issuers bank ) initiate the process. But XXXX XXXX has no ground to call back the check as issuer talked to XXXX XXXX, the check is correctly debited from issuers account and now holding in my account. If this is the direction to go, Chase should initiate the process of returning the check to the issuer. I have gone through a lot of back and forth communication with the bank, where a solution initially advised by banker end up not working at a later stage. Truly hope Chase can make efforts to resolve the long-standing issue

They couldn't give me any information, they asked for the account number and I don't have it because this isn't my account. This account balance shows {$8400.00}. Charged off as a bad debt as of XX/XX/XXXX. It was opened according to the info on my credit report XXXX XXXX, XXXX. This is all the information I have about this account. I was never notified about this account. My first knowledge of this account was when my credit score went from around XXXX to XXXX for no apparent reason I am never late on any payments. Had to file bankruptacy when my husband was unable to work due to XXXX back in XXXX. I have worked really hard to keep my credit in tack and for this to show up out of the blue is ridiculous. Especially with no explanation and I can't seem to get one either. This is totally unfair.

Consumer Complaint: I thought the chase plans were allowing no interest plans all of a sudden but I see that the first one was free but the second one was not free. I was unable to cancel over the phone or by app thus I was told to pay the statement in full to clear this. This should be incorrect and I should have been allowed to cancel any pending plans but ultimately the paying in full resulted in a fee that I did not agree to. I am disputing the fee of {$2.00} which I could not cancel or dispute on the credit card. I should be able to shutoff the chase plan option on the mobile app due to these deceptive marketing of zero interest plans.
