Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Chase Bank accepted a 3rd party check in the amount of {$2500.00} That was Endorsed and Signed and deposited Completed Said there would Be a hold and Funds would be available October 5th 10 days for funds to Clear On XX/XX/XXXX the funds Clear and are available for use But XXXX use funds and now accounts Restricted so I contact the customer service for Chase and was told the third party had to be verified which there third party verification database they're trying to verify with phone number for the third party and if the third party does not have a number in the system it will not verify them I tried to go into a local branch with the third party to identify with ID they would not accept also try to have the third party on the phone with me talking to customer service they would not verify that way either I was later then told that I had XXXX grace period or the account would be restricted and closed well and XX/XX/XXXX they close the account with the remaining balance of {$2500.00} when contacted the customer service for Chase after receiving a letter from Chase regarding the closed accounts and what Debit XXXX standed and meant on my statement was told account closed and Funds Would Not be Sent out VIA it was a XXXX party check That they can't verify so they can't send me my Funds from account even though check was cleared and deposited

Consumer Complaint: This is the refilling of my complaint to JPMCB CARD. I accept that my data is being abused and detailed as wrong. In my credit report from XX/XX/2023, I discovered some slanderous things that I didn't know about. I found late installments which never occurred and account with mistaken data, like payment history, status, balances, and date of last activity. As per 15 U.S.C. Area 602 and 15 U.S.C. Segment 604 A Part 2, I have the right to protection and a buyer revealing office can't outfit a record without my writtien instructions.

Consumer Complaint: I have a chase freedom credit card that had a XXXX credit limit. Recently noticed my credit limit was changed and no notice was ever given to me as to why the change. It is now {$500.00}. I called yesterday XX/XX/2023 they told me it could possibly be bc of a late pmt. I was not late on any pmt. I was looking forward to using my card for XXXX purchases this year. Now I will not be able to bc my limit has changed and I have a balance on my card of XXXX. I would have liked to be notified of the change with my limit change! I have been a card member for 4 years!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 I used the mobile Chase app to deposit a check made out to cash in the amount of XXXX. On XX/XX/23 I noticed the money was there but I couldn't use it. When I called Chase they told me my account was frozen because the check was made out to cash. They needed to verify that the check was meant for me. I called my boss, who wrote me the check. She then called the bank to and informed them that the check was meant for me. She told me it would be cleared within a few days. After a week and about XXXX phone calls later, it was still not clear so i went in person to the bank. The bank teller informed me the only way to clear this was to have my boss call the bank, which was done already - XXXX times. Every time we call, they say something different. Now my account is completely closed and they are holding the money. My boss who wrote the check tried to cancel the check but Chase will not allow that either.

Consumer Complaint: Chase Bank Private Client Checking Account # XXXX I reported my private client debit card as lost/stolen on XX/XX/XXXX on the phone with an agent from the claims department. There were many transaction on the card that I reported as unauthorized, however, unfortunately, the following XXXX had already been posted onto my account : - Non-Chase ATM Withdraw XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1900.00} - Non-Chase ATM Withdraw XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1900.00} On XX/XX/XXXX, I received temporary credit for these transactions. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from chase that the transactions were processed according to the information I provided or were authorized, and that the temporary credits will be reversed This is absolutely unacceptable : Since XX/XX/XXXX that I reported the unauthorized activity on my account, I never received a call/letter from JPM Chase Bank XXXX requesting additional information, prior to my claim being denied. To solidify my case, please note that I have also filed the police report # XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX # XXXX. According to laws and regulations, for any unauthorized charges made on my debit card, if reported promptly, I must not be held liable. If the bank decides to deny my claim, I must be provided with an explanation that sets forth the reasons for the banks belief that the billing error alleged by me is incorrect, in whole, or in part, and I must also be provided with copies of documentary evidence that was used by the bank in determining my indebtedness. Given the police report that has been filed ( under the penalty of perjury ), as well as the prompt reporting of the unauthorized charges on my debit card, I would appreciate it, if JPM Chase Bank could reconsider its decision, re-open my fraud claim, and reimburse me for the fraudulent charges that has occurred on my debit card. If JPM Chase Bank still decides to deny my claim, with all the new information that has been provided here, I, hereby, request the bank to provide me with the documentary evidence used in making this conclusion. Consumer Complaint: Bank is holding a certified check from a major company and bank and refuses to electronically verify it, instead wishes to hold it for longer than the XXXX business days Regulation CC and Expedited funds availability regulations dictate. They only give me a nonsensical and non-specific reason as to why they are holding funds. I regularly deposit and withdraw large amounts monthly and the reason they give it that a certified check " gives them specific information it will not be honored '' ( won't disclose what that specific information is, is a major company I have done regular business with, and I have an established high direct deposit relationship with the bank, and have never had a bounced check )

Consumer Complaint: I withdraw a {$600.00} cash from Chase ATM from my savings on XX/XX/23 one time. On next day, I checked my transactions on my Chase mobile that shows a duplicate transaction was made. I filed a claim thru Chase and there was a decision that there was no error on the ATM so they couldnt reserve the duplicate transaction. I was not very happy and furious about the decision. So I contacted them again explaining that where for me to ask and help to get my money back. They kept telling me there is. Nothing I can do. I understand that their investigation found no error and so on and they only followed their protocol. But me as consumer, I lost {$600.00} and no one is responsible for this. Thats why I am here to file a report for help.

I took off work yesterday and lost time to visit a local Chase branch. I was given the number XXXX and told to hit XXXX #. I did and automated response was this is an invalid response. Im really tired and frustrated wasting my time trying to cancel this card due to poor customer service and the inability to speak to a representative.
