Consumer Complaint: In review of my XXXX credit report on XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed a " Collection '' account being reported by IC System Inc. I do not know who this is and why they are reporting a collection on my 3 credit bureaus credit file. I have not received any communication form them in any for or fashion. Furthermore, they have violated my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act Regulation F. This law was enacted on XX/XX/XXXX and clearly states that Actions Which Must be taken Prior to Credit Reporting Prior to reporting a consumer debt to a credit reporting agency, the debt collector must now actually speak with the consumer about the debt, either on phone or in person, mail the consumer a letter about the debt and wait a reasonable period of time to receive a notice of undeliverability, or send the consumer a message by electronic communication and wait a reasonable period of time to receive a notice of undeliverability. The purpose of this amendment is to avoid the practice of debt collectors from reporting debts to collection agencies and then waiting for the consumer to contact them after the negative credit reporting is discovered by the consumer. This company has not done the above and should remove this account from my credit files.

Consumer Complaint: This account was opened over 10 years ago. This date keeps changing each time a new creditor receives the account. Now its saying opened for 6 months. Something definitely isnt right. Maybe it was the fact that I told them that its not on my credit and very old, so I wasnt going to pay it. All of a sudden, its been opened for only 6 months. Im trying to currently repair my credit, and this inaccurate information/fraud isnt helping. This is not fair and against the law.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX system attacked my credit with no warning in early XXXX. They never sent debt verification and when I disputed then they flagged my account for more money. These flags damaged my credit so bad I am still trying to recover. Due to this company not having debt validation they were removed from my credit reports. They then waited and in XXXX they sent my information to another company XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX which practices the same abusive tactics, no information two 5 year old accounts with no debt validation. I am trying to secure my sensitive information because of this company so This is a California consumer privacy Act request, opt out ( do not sell my personal information ), Right to Know, Right to delete. IC system will have 30 days to comply with no extra days allowed.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing this complaint because I was notified via mail of an XXXXXXXX XXXX account that has been placed into collection. This account and debt do NOT belong to me and are a result of identity theft! There are many inaccuracies in the information on the account in question. My name, the account was used at an address that I have never lived in or been associated with, the email address on file does not belong to me, and I have not physically lived in XXXX or rented or owned an apartment or home since XXXX. My parents have lived in the same house all my life and their address is not the one where the XXXX account was used. I have NEVER had any services with XXXX. As a matter of fact, back in XXXX I was a victim of identity theft and had to dispute a previous XXXX account that was opened using my identity. That dispute was successful. I have reached out to XXXX who is both the original and current creditor, but all attempts at having this account removed have been unsuccessful. I have also reached out to I.C. System Inc to dispute the ownership and inaccuracies of this account with no result. I have attempted to have this resolved many times since first being notified of its existence almost 3 years ago.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/, ( I C System ) attempted to fraudulently collect a debt of {$1500.00}. Not only did they attempt to collect, they caused damage of creditXXXX GoodName by reporting false signatures and information to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and. XXXX. I did not give them permission to discuss or disclose anything about myself or my personal credit. They are violationg Consumer laws 15 U.S.CODE 1692 ( d ) & ( e ), 15 U.S.CODE 1681 ( b ) & ( c ). I will also bring a cause of action for tortious interference against the acting parties involved and seeking penalties under, 15 U.S.C. 1640- Civil liability section ( A-L ) monetary damages to be proved at trial. I demand that they stop this predatorily fraudulent misconduct ; revoke my signature for all unauthorized usage.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed several years ago, that XXXX hired " XXXX XXXX to get me to pay for a bill that was not in my name and for service at a location that no one lived at. I contacted XXXX and the collection agency each time they placed the debt on my credit report. They told me when the bill was for and where, but when I disputed the information, they changed the information to my name. The collection agency was changed to IC Systems the third time and I called them and told them this is not my debt. I contacted XXXX each time and they investigated and removed this item from my report. Today I checked with a different company credit reporting company, and they have IC Systems reporting this same XXXX dollars that I have disputed 3 times already with XXXX. XXXX does not have it listed this time. I don't know how to stop this ; I never had a bill with XXXX in my name during the time they claim this debt is owed. I have a brother with the exact same name, and he had a bill with them. I spoke to him he had a cell phone tied to services that he did not pay. This is not my debt. I can provide proof of the brother with the same name. I have been fighting creditors all my life because of this. I even placed a disclaimer on my XXXX Report warning creditors of the 2 brothers with the same name. IC Systems and XXXX keep trying to place this debt on me. Each time they report this, my credit score and image gets wiped out and I get refused credit.

Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer report and noticed a collection account on there that is invalid. I. C SYSTEMS is reporting on my consumer reports that I owe them an alleged debt. I sent them a letter via certified mail to ask for validation of this debt and it was delivered on XX/XX/2023. They have not responded to this. Again I will ask them for the forward flow agreement NOT BILL OF SALE. I also asked for proof of contract that I have with I. C SYSTEMS and finally I revoke any implied consent for them to be reporting to my consumer report and having my personal identifiable information. No consent is identity theft. I demand that I. C SYSTEMS immediately delete the false, inaccurate, and illegal reporting of my consumer report.
