Under usual circumstances I would formerly request for the original creditor in this case to provide contractual agreements stating the exchange of goods or services provided to me ; along with a permissible purpose to I.C. System Inc. is not an honorable or honest business that allows their alleged clients the opportunity to defend themselves. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and/or XXXX XXXX are aware they do not have a permissible purpose to contact me for any reason in regards to anything. There are no contracts in place to support we have agreed to honorably conduct business and I do not agree to pay/tender anything to I.C. System Inc., on behalf of XXXX, closed their business in XX/XX/XXXX. I am not a party to any agreements I.C. System Inc may or may not have with XXXX, closed their business in XX/XX/XXXX. I am not responsible for I.C. System Incs purchase / transfer from XXXX, closed their business in XX/XX/XXXX or any known affiliates. Who placed this account with I.C. Systems Inc, who authorized the use of my social security number to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and/or XXXX XXXX? During the validation process I.C. System Inc., failed to verify this debt belongs to me. ( See their letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. I.C. System Inc., flagged my credit files on XX/XX/XXXX stating account information disputed by consumer ( Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ) XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and/or XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX debt collectors for I.C. System Inc are the prime example of how debt collectors abuse their authority in efforts to force consumers to pay debts that they have no first -hand knowledge of. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX debt collectors for I.C. System Inc does not have my permission to contact me on my private phone line attempting to negotiate debts that do not belong to me. All calls are recorded for my safety. I.C. System Incs reply outside of the CFPBs portal, must be delivered via the US postal service. If the envelope is not properly stamped by the postmaster ; it will be returned to sender due to mail code violations. I will upload proof of return to sender if necessary. Consumer Complaint: Hello, I was put as the primary account holder on the bill for our XXXX & XXXX in XXXX of 2020. At the time, it was the height of the pandemic, and I was very low on funds. So were my housemates, who were also contributors towards the XXXX XXXX XXXX bill for our home. As a result, we were unable to pay our XXXX XXXX XXXX bill for the duration of our stay. I did make some payments, however, and did my best to stay on top of it. Sadly the bill continued to increase despite my best efforts, which were limited greatly by the pandemic. I am contacting the bureau with this complaint as more of an appeal to XXXX XXXX XXXX to consider any other possible means of collecting payment for the debt owed, perhaps through a pandemic relief package, or of that nature, that would resolve this debt and remove it from my credit report. The debt is by far the largest I owe, and is preventing me greatly from achieving my financial goals at this time, years later. It would be deeply appreciated if there was a way to resolve this debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX and with I C System Collections. Consumer Complaint: I had XXXX XXXX XXXX cable for 6 months while I rented an apartment during this time period. When I moved, the movers put the boxes in the attic with the many other boxes. After locating the cable boxes in the attic, I mailed them back to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Last month, my wife went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX store to add another phone line and she was told that the account is showing that there is a balance of {$480.00} due to unreturned cable boxes. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) two weeks ago and the representative confirmed that they received the cable boxes. I called on XX/XX/2023, to see if this issue has been resolved and removed from my account. I found out that my account was sent to IC System Collection Agency. IC System ( XXXX ) advised me that XXXX XXXX XXXX 's policy is to still charge customers if the cable boxes are returned after 180 days - even though the cable boxes were returned and received by them. Attached is a copy of my proof of return. There was never any disclosure provided to me by XXXX XXXX XXXX of this policy either verbally or in writing. This is deceptive and abusive business practices. I am seeking assistance from the CFPB to have this collection removed from my XXXX XXXX XXXX account and from the IC System collection agency. They are trying to steal money from people.

Via a disupute investagtion for incorrect information being reported the collection was removed from the both XXXX and XXXX. I attempted to submit a dispute on XXXX online but was unsucessful. I contacted XXXX via phone on XX/XX/XXXX and recieved my dispute letter on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX failed to remove the incorrect account information from my credit report dispite providing proff of the account beinf delted from both XXXX and XXXX.
