Consumer Complaint: I declare under the penalty of perjury ( under the laws of the United States, if executed outside of the United States ) that the forgoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAW to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements to omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 U.S.C 1001. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C 1621. This alleging that a person or a company without my authorization used my personal identifying information to apply for goods, services or money and was successful in creating some accounts. All is being investigated by the FTC.

Consumer Complaint: This is a follow up from a previous complaint ( XXXX ) filed onXX/XX/2023. I filed a complaint against another collection company and it was closed due to fraud. The alleged debt was obviously sold to a different another debt and they are trying to collect the same debt which is a fraudulent account. Please see attached letter. Furthermore, IC System is not an authorized debt collector for the state of XXXX per XXXX Therefore, I demand this illegitimate debt buyer cease further communication with me immediately. I also demand the alleged debt be removed from my credit reports immediately if it has been reported to the credit reporting agencies.

I never received any services for the things that people are charging me for. Approximately a month ago, I submitted a request for an investigation since I suspected that a certain item was being inaccurately reported. However, I never received any type of response. I kindly request you to elucidate the process of your investigation and furnish me with details on your method of verification. I need to emphasize that I have been a victim of fraud, as I never had a I.C system account. Furthermore, the inaccurate fraudulent and incomplete information you reported has caused me immense emotional distress. Please include the following details in your response : Please explain what your representatives uncovered to lead them to believe that the item ( s ) were being reported legally. What certified documents were reviewed to conclude your investigation? Please provide a complete copy of all the information that was transmitted to the data furnisher as part of the investigation. What was the cost incurred by your company to obtain the documents needed to complete your investigation? Please provide proof of your timely procurement of certified documents. Did you speak directly to any agent of the company that was reporting the information to confirm the accuracy of what you are reporting? If yes, please provide details such as the name, position, date, and duration of the conversation, as well as the telephone number called, and the name and position of the employee who spoke directly to the above party. Provide copies of all correspondence and any conclusive documentation to prove that you have conducted a reasonable investigation of the account in question. Provide the date of the commencement of delinquency. Please provide the specific date on which the items will cease to be reported. I kindly asked for a notarized affidavit to validate the accuracy and truthfulness of the provided information, in accordance with my civil rights protected by various federal laws. It is important to emphasize that a generic response letter will not suffice. If you are unable to promptly provide all the required details as outlined in multiple laws, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I hereby insist on the immediate and permanent removal of this entry from my credit report.
