Consumer Complaint: i had made an agreement to purchase two XXXX XXXX 's from XXXX. I was going to find a buyer for the second phone. XXXX would not sell just one phone at the time. I purchased two phones and listed the Second phone on XXXX. I had two buyers that bought the phones. The first buyer was out of the country when I selected the auction to be a US ONLY auction. This resulted in loss of sale. I listed the phone again and sold the phone to a second buyer and again the buyer was an out of country buyer. This again resulted in loss of sale. I finally went to XXXX/XXXX to list the phone. The phone did sell for about {$500.00} dollars less than the first listing and I never received the proceeds.

Consumer Complaint: I C systems. The company was trying to collect a debt that was supposedly originally from XXXX. I have a current account with XXXX. They told me that the account was from an address in XXXX, after I already moved to XXXX. XXXX removed the account from my credit report, however, IC systems sold the account to XXXX XXXX, who placed the account back on my credit report. I have disputed the account with XXXX, but they will not remove it, even though it is clearly fraud.

Consumer Complaint: The company is reporting as new debit and not reporting it to the credit agency as continued date the account was originally opened in XXXX with XXXX XXXX and they are reporting this as current date as of XXXX. I have called and they admitted that the the original date of the debit is XXXX and its not on the end its the credit agency. I have called both them and XXXX to get this resolved and keep getting anywhere> This is fraud and what they doing is illegal under the guidelines of the fair credit act, they can not change dates and names of the debit owned. Also the amount is wrong as well.
