Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I paid in full upfront for one year of service for my rental property with XXXX. That service was completed on XX/XX/XXXX. Then in the fall of XXXX, I receive a call from XXXX asking for payment for the fall treatment. I told the lady, I paid for the one year service and was finished with my service. I did not ask for or authorize XXXX to go back out to the property after my paid in full service was completed. She put me on hold, had a conversation with someone, came back to the phone and said she understood and would write it off and take care of the {$70.00} charge. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX. I now see on my credit report as a collection. I never received anything in the mail asking for this money. Only the phone call and I was under the impression the bill was writen off because I did not order the treatment. As you can see from my credit history, I have a very high credit score and pay my bills ontime, everytime. I never would have let {$70.00} go to collections. This is very disturbing to me that a service can be charged to me that I didn't ask for, then send to collections with no written notice to me along with a verbal conversation with the company saying they were sorry and would take care of it. Please have this collection removed from my credit. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I received notice via my credit reporting monitoring service that IC Systems placed collections account on my credit in the amount of {$120.00}. I have not received any communication regarding this debt by mail or telephone. I immediately went and paid the balance in full. I am requesting that this collection be removed from my credit report immediately due to non-communication by IC systems and the fact I have paid the account off in full.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is claiming that I owe them money after I removed my son from their facility for what I felt to be poor care. When I removed him, I was paid in full, now they are claiming that there is a balance. They are using a collection company, IC Systems, and reporting this on my XXXX Credit report. They are also reporting this as a loan. This is not true, and I have paid no money towards a principal on any loan from this company ( a daycare center, not a bank ), nor IC Systems ( collection company )

Consumer Complaint: I have continuously received a debt collection letter from a company called IC System. This debt is supposedly for an overdue phone bill that I owe to XXXX XXXX. The issue here is that I, XXXX XXXX, have NEVER been a customer of XXXX XXXX in my life. I have never owned an account with them. So this is either a complete mistake or fraudulent collection notice. This collection notice resulted in a " hold '' on my credit report with XXXX, which resulted in my denial of a loan with my bank. On XX/XX/2020 I opened a dispute on this account with XXXX. The dispute was settled on XX/XX/2020. However, this item was not removed from my credit report. I then contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2020 to dispute the collection, and was told they could not help me. The woman that I spoke with said that I needed to contact IC System directly to dispute the collection. However, I have called IC System on three separate occasions, and was unable to reach a service representative. I waited for a rep to become available until I could no longer wait. Thus, I was never able to speak with anyone. It is for these reasons that I am filing this complaint. I want this false/fraudulent debt collection completely removed from my credit report altogether.

Consumer Complaint: I have a property in XXXX, GA, managed through a management agency. The property management informed me in XX/XX/XXXX that the tenant had told them that the HVAC was not functioning. I worked with the property management to replace the HVAC unit by XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, my property had new property management, with the new management still having access to records from the old management. In XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I received several unresolved collection letters from I.C. Systems, Inc., about a past-due bill for {$560.00} for work that XXXX ( HVAC company ) had supposedly performed at my property. I reached out to the new property manager to inquire about the letter and the charges. The property management investigated the note and informed the HVAC company claimed to have performed work that was not approved by me. The property management showed me the statement from the old property management, indicating the actual HVAC work that I accepted and paid for out of my reserve funds from the management company. The property management informed me that the HVAC company did neither go through my old property management, the maintenance that worked with the property management ( XXXX XXXX ), or me to get this work done. They are charging me for a job that I did not request and did not approve, and I do not see a work order in the property management system matching the one on my bill. Unfortunately, I'm not sure of how I should go about disputing this collection, and it is a charge that I am not responsible for paying. I reached out to XXXX to find a resolution to the matter, but I was informed the bill had already been solved to the collection agency.
