Consumer Complaint: Charges : {$270.00} and {$350.00} This dental office is incorrectly charging me for services not provided. My son had dental work done but ended up not needing anesthesia, however, the office never corrected the charges and has resulted in these bills being sent to collection. I've spoken with the office numerous times but the billing never got corrected.

Subissue: Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged
Consumer Complaint: I was threatened, called and harassed about these debts. I had lost my job and was in-between when some of this was happening and I tried to make payment arrangements but nothing worked and now my credit is damaged. I have worked so hard over the last 2 years to pay all bills timely and even to establish additional credit cards to build my credit. After I paid these items that I am referring to, I also took the time to call each and ask that they remove these damaging remarks from my credit report and I also called all 3 agencies to request they are removed as well. Please assist me with getting this corrected. I am a XXXX veteran and while I am privy to benefits this isn't one of them. I am trying to purchase my forever home and at a time where I can enjoy it. Please help!!

Consumer Complaint: XXXX sent a notice to IC Systems to collect payment from me. IC Systems notified me that they will have to report to consumer report on XX/XX/20. The date of call was XX/XX/20. I explained to IC Systems that I never had active service with XXXX and I asked them to look at the system as this is easy to verify. IC Systems verified with me that I used 0 mins, 0 gb of data, and 0 inbound/outbound, from the creation of this account. I was sent 2 sims that never worked back in XXXX, the day after I received the sims, I contacted XXXX to let me know that the service didnt work in my area. I was told on that day that I would receive a {$0.00} balance on this account and it would be closed because I never actually used the service. Now 2 months later Im being threatened and seemingly pressured into paying for something I obviously never used. I will attach pictures with this complaint. Please notice the dates as XXXX seemingly has a policy in place to create unfair billing practices. They obviously dont abide by their own dispute policy as well.
