States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604A. Section 2 : also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account with my information. The accounts listed above not only are in accurate but also reporting as ( PAST DUE ) on my report which is a VIOLATIONS. Continuing to collect on a closed ( debt ) account after it has been sold unlawfully theres also a violation to a third-party damaging why credit leading me further to financial hardship. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally complain about an ongoing issue I am facing with IC Systems, a collections agency, and XXXX, one of the major credit reporting agencies. I have been diligently trying to resolve this matter, but have encountered significant difficulties, and I hope the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau can assist in resolving this issue. On XX/XX/2023, I made a payment directly to XXXX ( instead of the collections agency ) for an outstanding balance, as confirmed by my bank statement and receipt. This payment was intended to settle the debt in question with the company itself, not the collection agency. I have retained all relevant payment records as proof of this transaction. Spectrum assured me this would be removed from IC Systems hands, and it has not. Despite making this payment and having the necessary documentation, I was shocked to discover that IC Systems continues to report this debt on my XXXX credit report. This has adversely affected my credit score and financial standing, making it difficult for me to access financial products and services. I want to emphasize that I have taken the necessary steps to dispute this inaccurate information with XXXX. I submitted a dispute through the XXXX website, attaching all relevant documents, including proof of payment and a letter explaining the situation. However, I have not received any resolution or acknowledgment of my dispute from XXXX. I kindly request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigates this matter and intervenes on my behalf to ensure the accurate reporting of my credit information. I believe that the continued reporting of this debt is in direct violation of my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving this dispute.

It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! Consumer Complaint: In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I.C. Systems sent an account made by someone else to my collections for a total of {$630.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called and had it straightened out let them know this was not me, made a police report and they removed it from my credit report. Then again in XXXX the same thing happened again, same amount, same account from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called I.C systems again and they will not talk to me since the account doesn't belong to me therefore stopping my progression in getting the matter fixed.
